Analysis of The Concept of Ji’alah in Determining Success Fees For Civil Lawyers: Case Study of Lawyers in Banda Aceh
Get PDFThe practice of setting success fees for civil law attorneys in Banda Aceh often sparks debate, particularly regarding its compatibility with professional ethics and Islamic economic principles. This study aims to analyse this practice from an Islamic law perspective, using the concept of ji’alah as a theoretical framework. Using a normative-empirical approach, this descriptive-analytical study collected data through interviews and documentary studies. The results show that solicitors in Banda Aceh systematically set success fees, with compensation generally ranging from 10% to 25% of the value of the assets recovered. The main findings show that this practice substantially reflects the elements of ji’alah, including an agreement at the outset and the provision of compensation based on the success of the work. Furthermore, this practice is considered to be in accordance with the principles of muamalah, including justice (‘adl), willingness (tarādhī), and the prohibition of gharar, because compensation is only given if the work is successful.
Praktik Sewa Papan Bunga dalam Perspektif Akad Ijārah bil Manfa‘ah: (Studi pada Arja Florist Aceh Besar)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik sewa papan bunga di Arja Florist Aceh Besar dalam perspektif akad ijārah bil manfa‘ah. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah bagaimana kesesuaian praktik sewa papan bunga tersebut dengan prinsip-prinsip akad ijārah bil manfa‘ah dalam hukum ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis, memadukan data lapangan yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik dan pelanggan Arja Florist serta data kepustakaan dari literatur fikih muamalah dan hukum ekonomi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik sewa papan bunga di Arja Florist umumnya telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat akad ijārah bil manfa‘ah, di mana manfaat barang yang disewakan bersifat jelas, harga disepakati secara transparan, dan tanggung jawab atas kualitas barang dijalankan oleh pihak penyedia jasa. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa kelemahan seperti tidak adanya kontrak tertulis dan kurangnya dokumentasi transaksi yang berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahpahaman di kemudian hari. Dengan demikian, praktik sewa papan bunga di Arja Florist dapat dikategorikan sesuai dengan prinsip ijārah bil manfa‘ah, meskipun perlu penguatan administratif agar lebih mencerminkan nilai-nilai kejelasan dan kehati-hatian dalam muamalah syariah
Hubungan Iklim Organisasi Dengan Workplace Well- Being Pada Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Aceh Barat
Get PDFIklim yang baik pada sebuah organisasi sangat mempengaruh workplace well- being yang dirasakan oleh anggota organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan workplace well-being pada Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Alat ukur penelitian ini yaitu skala iklim organisasi yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi dari Lussier (Indrasari, 2017) dan skala workplace well-being yang disusun berdasarkan dimensi dari Demo dan Paschoal (2016). Jumlah populasi sebanyak 269 pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Aceh Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 149 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rho (????) sebesar 0,614 dengan p=0,00 yang menandakan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara antara iklim organisasi dengan workplace well-being pada Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Aceh Barat. Artinya semakin tinggi iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi workplace well-being, sebaliknya semakin rendah iklim organisasi maka semakin rendah workplace well-being pada Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Aceh Barat
Neuroticism and Celebrity Worship Among NCT Boy Group Fans (NCTzen): A Psychological Exploration
No full textThis study aims to determine the influence between neuroticism on celebrity worship in fans of the NCT boy group (NCTzen). This research uses quantitative methods with simple linear regression methods. The subjects in this study were adolescents to early adults aged 14 to 25 years who were fans of the NCT boy group who lived in Bekasi City with the sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. The participants in this study totaled 172 people. The data collection technique used a Likert scale. The results of this study found an influence between neuroticism personality on celebrity worship with a significance (p) of 0.001 (p <0.05) which means (Ha) is accepted and (Ho) is rejected. The correlation value obtained is 0.793 and shows a strong relationship but the categorization test results get the results of neuroticism at a moderate level and celebrity worship at a low level

Group Self-Control Therapy as a Social Rehabilitation Model to Reduce Online Gaming Duration among Adolescents
No full textThe phenomenon of excessive online gaming among adolescents has emerged as a growing social concern in the digital era. Such behavior can disrupt adolescents’ social, academic, and psychological functioning, highlighting the need for interventions that not only address maladaptive behavior but also restore the individual’s ability to play a positive role in society. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of Group Self-Control Therapy as part of the social rehabilitation process in reducing online gaming duration among junior high school students. The participants were four male adolescents aged 13–14 years in Malang City who reported daily online gaming durations of 3–6 hours. Assessment techniques included interviews, observation, the Culture Fair Intelligence Test (CFIT) Scale 2B, and the Game Addiction Scale for Adolescents (GASA). The intervention was delivered in seven sessions, covering initial contracting, goal setting, problem identification, commitment building, implementation of self-control techniques (self-talk, physical guidance, situational inducement), evaluation, termination, and follow-up. Results demonstrated a significant reduction in online gaming duration, from an average of 3.3–5.8 hours to 1.7–2.2 hours/ day, alongside a decrease in GASA scores from the moderate to the low category. These changes were accompanied by improvements in social functioning, such as increased school participation, reduced verbal conflicts with peers, and enhanced family interactions. The findings support the use of Group Self-Control Therapy as a school-based social rehabilitation strategy to address digital addictive behaviors in adolescents
Parental Attachment and Peer Support as Predictors of Adolescents’ Psychological Well-Being at X Junior High School, Yogyakarta
Get PDFThis study predicts the role of parental attachment and peer support in adolescent psychological well-being among students at SMP "X" Yogyakarta. The participants consisted of 181 students, the majority aged 14 and 15 years. The research employed a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The instruments used in this study were the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) to measure attachment, the Social Support Questionnaire for Children (SSQC) to assess peer social support, and an adolescent psychological well-being scale. The results showed that parental attachment and peer support significantly predicted psychological well-being (F = 9.14, p < 0.001, R = 0.138). Further analysis revealed differences in psychological well-being based on class, age, and gender. The implications of this study highlight the importance of parental and peer roles in enhancing adolescents’ psychological well-being through fostering positive relationships and strong social support. This research provides a foundation for developing interventions aimed at improving adolescent psychological well-being by strengthening social and family relationships

Quantitative approach with associative research type and probability sampling technique with cluster random sampling type of 94 farmers in 18 villages in Serba Jadi District, East Aceh Regency. Analysis Of Customer Understanding Of The Murabahah Contract Concept In Mitraguna Financing At Bank Syariah Indonesia, Langsa Branch: A Review Of Practice And Sharia Principles
Get PDFThe development of Islamic banking in Aceh Province, particularly in Langsa City, is becoming increasingly competitive, highlighting the importance of public understanding as part of Islamic financial literacy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the understanding of the people of Langsa City regarding Mitraguna Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) financing products and their implications. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, structured interviews with 10 Mitraguna BSI customers in Langsa City who are payroll employees, and documentation studies. The results of the study reveal that the majority of informants interviewed were in the “Less Understanding” category regarding the sharia principles of BSI Mitraguna products. The factors causing this low level of understanding include a lack of in-depth socialization from the bank and a lack of background knowledge of sharia finance among customers. As a result, customers tend to focus on the ease of access and financial benefits of the product without paying attention to their understanding of the sharia contract and obligations attached to it. The research conclusion shows that there is a gap between product utilization and understanding of the accompanying sharia principles. Therefore, this study recommends the need for more effective education and communication strategies from BSI to improve customers\u27 sharia financial literacy, thereby mitigating risks and ensuring the sustainability of healthy products.

Penyelesaian Kasus Poliandri Secara Hukum Adat : Studi di Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar
Get PDFAbstrak: Poliandri merupakan perbuatan yang dilarang dalan hukum Islam dan Hukum Positif, namun faktanya kasus poliandri terdapat di Gampong Tungkop Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Pertanyaan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana proses penyelesaian kasus poliandri secara hukum adat dan bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap penyelesaian kasus tersebut. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa proses penyelesaian perkara poliandri secara hukum adat dilaksanakan secara adat gampong atau musyawarah. Kemudian sesuai dengan musyawah bersama, mereka mengambil kesimpulan bahwa wanita tersebut diberikan hukuman atau sanksi berupa dikeluarkan dari gampong Tungkop. Hal ini sejalan dengan Qanun Aceh Bab VII Pasal 16 Ayat 1 Nomor 9 Tahun 2008 Tentang Pembinaan Adat dan Adat Istiadat. Tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap hukuman bagi pelaku kasus poliandri seperti di keluarkan dari gampong tidak terdapat dalam hukum Islam, namun hal ini tidak bertentangan dengan hukum Islam mengingat sanksi tersebut bertujuan untuk menjaga tatanan sosial dan moral masyarakat. Selain itu jika dilihat mengenai sanksi yang diberikan berupa dikeluarkan dari Gampong itu sejalan dengan peraturan Qanun di Aceh. Di Aceh sendiri peraturan Qanun sering kali dirumuskan dengan mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai syari\u27at Islam. Maka dalam hal ini, sanksi berupa keluarnya gampong tidak menyalahi aturan atau sudah sesuai dengan hukum Islam
