ANALISIS PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PEMBIAYAAN BERMASALAH PADA PT. BPRS HIKMAH WAKILAH BANDA ACEH
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah serta penerapan manajemen risiko dalam upaya pencegahan terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah pada PT. BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor terjadinya pembiayaan bermasalah terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Adapun penerapan manajemen risiko yang digunakan yaitu identifikasi risiko, pengukuran risiko, pemantauan risiko dan pengendalian risiko. Keempat proses manajemen risiko di atas mencakup analisis 5C, kelengkapan dokumen, serta monitoring rutin dengan melakukan kunjungan harian. Dalam penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah PT. BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh menggunakan pendekatan persuasive dengan melakukan musyawarah yang kemudian diterapkan penjadwalan kembali (reschedulling), persyaratan kembali (reconditioning), penataan kembali (restructuring), hingga eksekusi jaminan. Penerapan manajemen risiko yang digunakan sudah berjalan dengan efektif dalam meminimalisasi risiko pembiayaan bermasalah. Hal ini di buktikan dengan penurunan tingkat Non Performing Financing (NPF)
Peran Lajnah Baḥthul Masā’il Mudi Mesra Samalanga dalam Merumuskan Istinbāṭ
Get PDFLajnah Baḥthul Masā’il MUDI Mesra Samalanga adalah salah satu penetapan fatwa dengan merunjuk kepada turath fiqih madhab Shāfi’ī, dalam penetapkan hukum menggunakan teks-teks kitab sebagai patokan dalam penetapan fatwa. Adapun tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode istinbāṭ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum Islam doktrinal dan sosiologi melalui pendekatan kualitatif kemudian di komparasi untuk menjawab permasalah di atas. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh bahwa: Metode istinbāṭ Lajnah Baḥthul Masā’il mengikuti pendapat ulama Shāfi’īyyah yang ada di dalam turath, dengan pendekatan qawl yaitu sebuah metode mencari teks-teks kitab yang ada, berdasarkan kedudukan sebuah kitab. Jika tidak didapatkan qawl ulama, maka mengunakan pendekatan ilḥaqi, yaitu sebuah metode untuk menghubungkan permasalahan hukum baru dengan permasalahan hukum yang telah sebut sebelumnya, dengan melihat pada masalah tersebut kecocokanya, kesamaanya yang terdapat di dalam turash kemudian akan di-ilḥaqi (mulḥaq bih) atas dasar persamaan di antara keduanya (Wajhul ilḥaq). Dan apabila pendekatan ilḥaqi tidak dapat dijadikan sandaran untuk fatwa hukum, maka akan mengunakan pendekatan qawa’īd fiqihiyyah, yaitu mengunakan qā’idah yang terdapat di dalam kitab uṣūl al-fiqh
Keteladanan Akhlak Nabi Ibrahim AS: Kajian Terhadap Ayat-ayat Pesan Moral
Get PDFAlquran tells the stories of Prophet Ibrahim pbuh, whose contents are inseparable from moral messages. This study identifies the moral messages of verses on Prophet Ibrahim pbuh’s; determine the relevance of verses on the Prophet’s akhlaq with moral development in today’s society; and reveal the wisdom of stories about Prophet Ibrahim pbuh’s exemplary akhlaq. The research method was qualitative, employed via the library research approach. Research data were analyzed using the analytical descriptive technique. The results showed there are three moral messages that can be gained from verses on Prophet Ibrahim pbuh. First, patience and resignation of self to Allah (QS. Al-Ṣāfāt ayat 99-113). Second, being gentle and preaching argumentatively without resorting to violence (QS. Maryam ayat 46-47 dan QS. Al-Anbiyā’ ayat 51-72). Third, submission and obedience to the commands of Allah (QS. Al-Ṣāfāt ayat 102). The moral messages contained in these verses are highly relevant to the moral development of a society. There are countless wisdoms that can be gained from stories of Prophet Ibrahim pbuh’s akhlaq, but they can be reduced to seven points. First, faith and tawhid will create free and responsible individuals with good morals, trustworthy, and spread goodness. Second, encouraging oneself to think empirically. Third, patience and resignation when facing any calamities. Fourth, politeness and gentleness in spreading Islam. Fifth, persistence in attitude and effort to achieve the desired result or objective. Sixth, the story on sacrifice evokes mutual assistance in the society. Seventh, the story of Prophet Ibrahim pbuh also provides understanding on the power of supplication and effort
Keteladanan Guru dan Implikasinya terhadap Kecerdasan Emosional Siswa SDIT Teuku Umar Meulaboh Kabupaten Aceh Barat
Get PDFTeachers are educators who can become role models for students and their environment. Teachers’ exemplary attitudes in educating are part of powerful and effective methods in preparing and shaping the moral, spiritual, and social aspects of the students. Teachers are an ideal example in the view of their students, with their behavior and manners often imitated. Whether the students realize it or not, all of these exemplary behaviors will be instilled within themselves and their feelings and manifested both in words and actions. This study used a qualitative approach. The data came from primary and secondary sources, collected through observation and interview. The subjects in this study included male and female students, homeroom teachers, and school principals at SDIT (integrated Islamic elementary school) Teuku Umar Meulaboh, West Aceh District. The results of the study showed that: 1) The actualization of role modeling carried out by the teachers at the SDIT included courtesy, greetings, interpersonal acts, discipline, handshaking, and establishing rapport with the students; 2) The obstacles in developing the emotional intelligence of the students at the SDIT consisted of bad influences from non-educational entertainment, family, and friends as well as environment. The solutions for these included collaboration of teachers and parents, in which both the school and the parents were open to receiving input/opinions; and 3) The implication of teachers’ role-modeling in learning on the emotional intelligence of the students at the SDIT is that the teachers as role models motivate the students to learn and behave well so that the students can have a capital for developing exemplary daily behaviors
Strategi Pemasaran Digital Lembaga Filantropi Islam: (Studi terhadap PKPU dan Rumah Zakat di Indonesia)
Get PDFStrategy digital marketing is a step taken by the Islamic philanthropic institution in introducing all products or social programs by disseminating information, approaching/offering to potential donors to be willing to help materially and morally by using online digital media in a certain period of time. Islamic philanthropy is the act of a Muslim who loves his fellow human beings and the value of humanity, thus contributing his time, money, and energy to help others with Islamic values. The purpose of this study is to examine the marketing strategies used by PKPU and Rumah Zakat through digital media in disseminating each program of the institution and to analyze strategy digital marketing to the collection and distribution of ZIS funds by PKPU and Rumah Zakat from 2012-2017. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method that focuses on the primary data source and secondary data. Methods of data collection are observation, interviews, and online media surveys. The results show that strategy digital marketing used by PKPU and Rumah Zakat with an Integrated digital marketing method consisting of content marketing, mobile marketing, continuous marketing, visual marketing, personalized marketing. Strategy digital marketing is giving a positive influence on the collection and distribution of people\u27s funds by PKPU and Rumah Zakat. It is suggested that to develop institutional capacity in providing human resources of Islamic philanthropy is expected to keep increasing the creative and innovative IT capability in marketing the program and also make it easier for potential donors and donors to access the offered programs
Pemahaman Masyarakat terhadap Nusyuz dan Dampaknya terhadap KDRT dalam Rumah Tangga
Get PDFIslam regulates the resolution of nusyuz (disobedience) for husbands and wives in the Qur\u27an Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 and an-Nisa’ verse 128. Within the Islamic law, the resolution of nusyuz does not promote any violence against wives. Beatings to wives as stated in Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 should be interpreted as actions to give lessons. However, some cases of domestic violence, relate to the understanding of nusyuz developed within the community. People generally understand nusyuz as an act of a wife\u27s disobedience towards her husband. This inaccurate understanding of nusyuz may lead to domestic violence by the husband, under the pretext of a disobedient wife, while most often it is the husband who is disobedient. In this present study, the field research approach was used. The data collection techniques included interviews and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the qualitative descriptive analysis by interpreting and describing the data. The results of the study revealed that there were three groups of people that understood the concept of nusyuz differently at Ingin Jaya Subdistrict of Aceh Besar District. The first group perceived that nusyuz could be present both in the wife and in the husband. The second group argued that the nusyuz attitude only existed within the wife, whereas the third group had no idea of the concept of nusyuz at all even though they might have done it. The public understanding of nusyuz is very likely obtained from their educational background. Those studying in Islamic boarding schools have had more knowledge of religion and vice versa. Here, most of the interviewees stated that the concept of nusyuz was closely related to domestic violence because public perception had been highly influenced by Surah an-Nisa’ verse 34 concerning the beating of a nusyuz wife. This perception has then given the husband a valid reason to physically beat the wife who has been considered nusyuz. Thus, it is difficult to separate the Islamic doctrine that has long developed within the lives of today’s Muslim communities
Penilaian Kualitas Akustik Masjid Raudhaturrahman Padang Tiji Menggunakan Simulasi Ecotect
Get PDFMosque is a place of worship for Moslems. It has profound religious significance for the community; it is important that people feel serenity therein. In addition, they need to be able to hear sounds clearly so that they can perform their religious rituals like prayers smoothly and it is also crucial for them to hear speeches with a high degree of intelligibility. This study assessed the acoustic quality of Raudhaturrahman prayer\u27s room, having a unique shape with the dome ceiling covering all dimensions of the building. This study aims at finding the condition, causes, and improving the acoustic quality to meet the prayer\u27s room acoustic needs. This study specifically focused on calculating the background noise and reverberation time using the Ecotect Simulation method. The simulation result demonstrates that the calculation of reverberation time (RT) and the measurement of background noise have not met the desired standard. This study found that the value for RT with occupancy 0%, 50%, 100% is 18, 29s, 7, the 80s, and 4, 71s. In addition, the result of the background noise is 60 dB. In conclusion, the acoustic of the Raudhaturrahmah mosque prayer\u27s room is of inferior quality since it does not meet the standard of reverberation time (RT) and background noise for the speech purpose of the room
PENGARUH INFLASI, BOPO DAN PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA BANK SYARIAH DI INDONESIA
Get PDFProfitabilitas merupakan indikator yang paling tepat untuk mengukur kinerja suatu bank. Profitabilitas yang baik dibutuhkan Bank Syariah guna keberlangsungan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh inflasi, BOPO dan pembiayaan mudharabah terhadap Return On Aset (ROA) pada Bank Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Data di peroleh dari publikasi data inflasi oleh Bank Indonesia melalui website BI dan laporan Statistik Perbankan Syariah melalui website OJK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dan variabel yang digunakan Inflasi, BOPO, Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Profitabilitas (ROA). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program spss versi 25. Hasil penelitian secara parsial dengan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas sedangkan BOPO dan Pembiayaan Mudharabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan dengan uji-f menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi, BOPO dan Pembiayaan Mudharabah berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas (ROA)
ANALISIS EFEKTIFITAS DANA DESA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM DI KECAMATAN SUKAMAKMUR KABUPATEN ACEH BESAR PERIODE 2015-2019
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dana desa serta bagaimana pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan ditinjau dari segi konsep ekonomi Islam yang ada di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), serta tujuan dan arah penelitian adalah deskriptif. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder, data primer diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari Geucik 12 desa di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang dijadikan sampel penelitian selama periode lima tahun yaitu 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan dana desa telah berjalan efektif di Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan nilai mencapai 100 persen dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat jika ditinjau dari beberapa sisi diantaranya: tingkat pendapatan masyarakat dan proses pembangunan masyarakat, dari segi konsep ekonomi Islam juga berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat yang sesuai dengan konsep dari Imam Al-Ghazali yaitu agama (ad-dien), hidup atau jiwa (nafs), keluarga atau keturunan (nasl), harta atau kekayaan (maal), dan akal (aql), kunci dari pemeliharaan tujuan dasar tersebut diperoleh dari tingkatan pertama yaitu kebutuhan terhadap pakaian, makanan, dan tempat tinggal yang artinya dengan adanya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan nya serta dapat memelihara tujuan dasar kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam konsep Islam

No full textThe principle of a marriage of Islam is forever, so all efforts must be made so that the marriage bond can continue. However, marriage travel is not always as smooth as it is desired since problems must be encountered that sometimes arise from unheard of directions. If the problem can not be solved, then lead to divorce, divorce itself is the last resort to live. The Syar\u27iyah Aceh Singkil Court has received, examined and severed every case that came against it, especially the divorce case which is the highest cause of 301 cases from 2014-2016 and continues to increase. Looking at the data the authors are interested in examining the factors that influence the high rate of divorce in the Syar\u27iyah Aceh Singkil Cour. The results showed that the factors that influence the high number of divorce account that is the absence of harmony in the household, no responsibility husband and wife, low economic, low level of education, moral crisis, third party interference and polygamy unhealthy. Divorce factors are in the background behind the low spiritual and emotional aspects, economic aspects, aspects of education and aspects of the times
