    This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand equity on customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Stabat. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. Brand Awareness has a significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudharabah savings. So that if brand awareness increases, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Brand Associations have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings. So that if brand associations increase, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Brand Loyalty has a significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings. So that if brand loyalty increases, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Perceived Quality has a significant and positive relationship with customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings. So that if perceived quality increases, customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings will increase, and vice versa. Brand awareness, brand associations, brand loyalty, and perceived quality together or simultaneously have a significant effect on customer loyalty in saving marhamah mudaraba savings

    This study aims to reveal the role of the creative economy in increasing the income of embroidery craftsmen in Indrajaya District, Pidie Regency. This thesis uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study illustrate that the creative economy of the embroidery industry in Indrajaya sub-district, Pidie Regency is already good, it can be seen from 15 craftsmen found that 9 craftsmen experienced an increase in income, 6 craftsmen with stable income from 2019 to 2020. While in the Islamic economic perspective, the craftsmen have fulfilled the production process , marketing markets, government policies, economic conditions and partnerships, but have not met the management and financial indicators

    A person\u27s moral is reflected in morals. This can be obtained from education, especially Islamic education as al-Zarnuzi\u27s thought is known for his moral messages in his Ta\u27lim al Muta\u27allim work, but so far many students have found failures in terms of moral competence, then this paper is discussed using library research that is by searching to collect, read and analyze the research problem in the books. The findings show that learning must intend and have a goal to seek the pleasure of Allah, written, repeated lessons that have been learned, deliberation, Taammul. In addition, al-Zarnuzi also explained some of the requirements in seeking knowledge in order to succeed. The students must be smart, have high curiosity, be patient, have money, listen to the instructions from the teacher, and have time to study. Furthermore, when viewed from the area of ​​time setting and the place where Shaykh al-Zarnuji lived, distance and time stretch between the past and the present. The problem that may occur today that it can be called weakness is that the instruments and tools used to develop education certainly cannot be applied just like that in the present. One example is the role and behavior of respecting teachers. If what al-Zarnuji says is explained exclusively, what ultimately happens is unconditional obedience. This is where future education will lose its significance. So a possible weakness arising from al-Zarnuzi\u27s thought is a textual understanding of his work

    Memorizing the Qur\u27an is not an easy job. Parents need to be involved in guiding and motivating children to memorize the Qur\u27an at home, so that children\u27s memorization be increases and strong. Sometimes, parents do not guide children back at home, only leave it to the teacher at school. So that children are less enthusiastic in memorizing the Qur\u27an. Thus the target of memorization that has been set has not been achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of parents in children\u27s memorization Qur\u27an education, the motivation of parents to send their children to memorization Qur\u27an education, and how parents motivate their children to take part in memorization Qur\u27an education at Integrated Islamic Elementary School Cendekia Darussalam. This type of research is qualitative research using field research methods. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation analysis techniques, then the data were analyzed using descriptive methods. The results obtained indicate that in the process of memorization Qur\u27an education for children, parents can act as mentors, managers, motivators and facilitators for children. The motivation of parents to send their children to memorization Qur\u27an education is so that children become memorizers of the Qur\u27an, parents get a crown in the hereafter, children who memorize Qur\u27an can be intermediary for parents to get a crown in Heaven, and add religious knowledge for children and parents. The way parents motivate their children to take part in memorization Qur\u27an education at Integrated Islamic Elementary School Cendekia Darussalam is to give praise, give gifts, give punishments, and tell stories, and call on children to love Allah and the Prophet. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that if parents do their roles well, children will be encourage, move and direct to memorize the Qur\u27an, so that learning destination are achieved

    This thesis discusses environment-based education at Dayah (traditional Islamic board school) Ummul Ayman 1 and 2, especially on the planning and implementation of environmentbased education, and the obstacles faced during its implementation. In this thesis, the study used explorative research with the inductive approach. Data were collected by observation and interview. The results of the study indicated that the planning of environmentbased education at Dayah Ummul Ayman 1 and 2 had been implemented by the teachers. This was due to firm instructions from the leaders of both schools that all teachers pay attention to the environment-based education program incorporated in the learning process. The planning of the program was developed in the learning materials of the teachers. In addition, the implementation of the program was conducted in proper stages following the relevant situation and needs as well as deeply-rooted traditions in the schools, so that the program could be wellimplemented. On the other hand, the obstacles encountered during the program implementation in both schools were not particularly significant. However, in Dayah Ummul Ayman 2, some problems occurred related to the students’ discipline as well as the teachers’. Some teachers were found smoking, making some students follow suit, although they smoked outside the school environment

    This study aimed to determine the understanding of PAI teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Sigli on the concept of RPS based on HOTS, the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli in preparing HOTS-based Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), and the factors that influence the competence of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sigli in compiling HOTS-based RPP. To achieve these objectives, this study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are done through interviews and document analysis. The subjects of the study were 3 PAI teachers from SMA Negeri 1 Sigli, the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Sigli, and the Deputy of Priancipal of SMA Negeri 1 Sigli in the curriculum. The results showed that: (1) In general PAI teachers who served in SMA Negeri 1 Sigli had a good understanding of the HOTS-based RPP concept, but one of them was still lacking, this was evident from his doubts in answering questions that the authors asked even there were some questions answered do not know. Besides that, it can also be seen from the discrepancy between the explanation submitted and the compiled lesson plan; (2) The results of the analysis of the Teacher\u27s Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) indicate that the majority of PAI teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Sigli already have good competence in preparing HOTS-based RPPs, although they still need to be improved through trainings, while 1 other teacher does not yet have good competence, (3) Factors influencing pedagogical competence of PAI teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Sigli in preparing HOTS-based RPP consist of internal and external factors, each of which is differentiated into supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting internal factors are self-motivation, while internal inhibiting factors are: (1) age, health and years of service and (2) ability to use media and IT-based tools. Supporting external factors are: (1) motivation and appreciation from the school; (2) participation in the district MGMP PAI forum, and (3) training, while the external factors inhibiting are: (1) limited infrastructure; and (2) the condition of students who tend to be passive

    Extracurricular activities are learning activities that are held outside of class hours which are arranged with the need for knowledge, development, guidance and habituation of students to have basic supporting knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of character development through religious extracurricular activities and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of character development through religious extracurricular activities in Banda Aceh City Senior High School. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. From the research conducted by the researcher, the results obtained are that the implementation of character development through religious extracurricular activities held by the Banda Aceh City Senior High School is praying together and reading yasin, zuhur prayer obligatory in congregation, reading and writing program of the Qur\u27an, activities Islamic holidays, sharing Friday programs. The supporting factors for character development through religious extracurricular activities include support from teachers and school principals as well as enthusiasm from school residents, and adequate facilities and infrastructure, while obstacles in these activities of course exist such as there are still some students who do not take part in these activities and also some facilities. inadequate infrastructure if there are larger activities such as isra\u27 mi\u27raj and the commemoration of the Prophet\u27s birthday

    Pengaruh Hidden Curriculum terhadap Pembinaan Karakter Religius Peserta Didik di Dayah Jeumala Amal Pidie Jaya dan Dayah Al-Furqan Pidie

    Hidden curriculum helps manifest the development of students’ religious characters; however, it is often neglected and not used properly in the learning process. The questions posed in this study include: How is the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the development of the religious characters of students? To what extent the hidden curriculum influences the development of the religious characters of students? and What is the impact of the hidden curriculum on the formation of the religious characters of students? This mixed methods study obtained data by means of questionnaire, interview, and observation. The subject of the study had a sample size of 153. The study employed the SPSS ver. 25 to analyze the quantitative data, whereas the qualitative data were presented descriptively. The findings indicate that the hidden curriculum has been applied inside and outside the classroom. The study revealed that the hidden curriculum implemented at Dayah Jeumala Amal and Dayah Al-Furqan reached the medium level of 40% and of 34.78%, respectively and also created students with high religious characters of 51.54% and of 43.48%, respectively. Further, the simple linear regression test obtained the value of 0.00, at the level of significance α = 0.005, indicating that there was an influence of the hidden curriculum on the development of the religious characters of students. The influences of the hidden curriculum in the forms of role model, habituation, coaching, and attitudes from an educator have resulted in the birth of exemplary values ​​that are more long lasting and impactful within the students. In addition, the influences in the social and environmental forms have triggered the establishment of a harmonious relationship with other people and yielded an attitude of concern for the environment in which the students live. Moreover, the implementation of the hidden curriculum in the form of worship carried out in schools has also enabled the development of religious attitudes, including honesty, patience, and trustworthiness, within the students

    This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance

    Human is the creation of Allah swt who have morals, potentials, orientations, and tendencies toward positive and negative things. It is a characteristic and moral tied in every human. To neutralize and create a better human which is in accordance with the main purposes of  His creator, it needs specific ways to maintain a pure human appearance in their daily life. One of the ways to return and maintain their pureness is through dhikr. It has been implemented by one of the traditional educational institutions in East Aceh, namely the Islamic Boarding School Asasul Islamiyah and the Islamic Boarding School Darul Muta\u27allimin. In addition, besides teaching a religious subject as the main subject matter, they are also having daily dhikr-routine, before and after praying, and it becomes the main purpose to develop students’ morals. This study explores the implementation of dhikr as a development toward Islamic boarding school’s students’ daily morals in East Aceh regency, with aims (1) To figure out what kind of the several dhikr in the Islamic Boarding School Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta\u27allimin, East Aceh regency, (2) To figure out a mechanism of implementing dhikr in the Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and the Islamic boarding school Darul Muta\u27allimin, East Aceh, (3) To know an implication dhikr toward daily morals’ development in Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta\u27allimin, East Aceh. This present study is qualitative research which is used as a field research method and uses primary and secondary data. The data collection methods used are observations and interviews. The present study found that the varied of dhikr words which are pointed in Islamic boarding school Asasul Islamiyah and Islamic boarding school Darul Muta\u27allimin, East Aceh Regency is istighfar, tauhid (لا اله الا الله), tasbih, tahlil, shalawat (remembering The Prophet), yassin, reciting Al-Qur’an verses and having a close-by reciting do’a. The mechanisms of implementing dhikr used in both Islamic boarding schools, methodology and time, are similar; using dhikr dzahir and dhikr sirri, in addition, the time is daily; before and after praying. Moreover, one of the dhikr implications toward the students’ daily morals development is enhancing Islamic spirituality through remembering Allah SWT in order to form a balancing life between the world and the day after, also have good morals toward humans (habl min al-nās)  and Allah SWT (habl min Allāh)
