Negosiasi antara Hukum Adat dan Hukum Pidana Islam: Praktik Sanksi Adat terhadap Pencurian Ternak di Aceh Barat Daya, Indonesia
Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan sanksi pidana adat terhadap kasus pencurian ternak di Kecamatan Susoh, Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya, dengan fokus pada integrasi antara hukum adat dan nilai-nilai syariat Islam dalam penyelesaian konflik berbasis keadilan restoratif. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, wawancara, dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa lima desa di Susoh menerapkan sanksi adat seperti denda, pengembalian kerugian, kerja sosial, dan pembatasan sosial sebagai bentuk pemulihan hubungan sosial antara pelaku, korban, dan masyarakat. Penerapan sanksi ini tidak hanya mencerminkan kearifan lokal, tetapi juga sejalan dengan prinsip maqāṣid al-sharīʿah dan konsep ta‘zīr dalam hukum pidana Islam. Dengan demikian, penerapan sanksi pidana adat berbasis keadilan restoratif di Kecamatan Susoh berpotensi memperkuat sistem hukum masyarakat yang lebih responsif, kontekstual, dan efektif dalam menjaga ketertiban serta mewujudkan keadilan sosial di tingkat lokal
The Influence Of Brand And Price On The Purchase Decision Of Sneakers Among Generation Z In Banda Aceh
A purchase decision is an action taken by consumers to purchase a desired product or service. Brand and price are two factors among other factors that can influence purchasing decisions, especially among generation Z. Therefore, it is important to understand the influence of brand and price on purchasing decisions to design effective marketing strategies. Therefore, it is important to understand the effect of brand and price on purchasing decisions to design effective marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand and price on purchasing decisions for sneakers by generation Z in Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach method with data analysis methods using multiple linear regression. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the brand and price variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, brand and price together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for sneakers for generation Z in Banda Aceh.

Exploring The Impact Of E-Commerce And Digital Skills On The Consumptive Behavior Of Muslim Generation Z In Banda Aceh
The advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are closely connected with e-commerce and digital tools. This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce and digital skill on the consumptive behavior of Muslim Generation Z in Banda Aceh. A quantitative approach was used through a survey of 100 purposively selected respondents. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both e-commerce and digital skill have a positive and significant influence on consumptive behavior, both partially and simultaneously. E-commerce measured by cost efficiency, platform reputation, and transaction ease contribute to impulsive buying behavior. Digital skill including the ability to assess digital information, use social media, and engage in online transactions also increases consumption tendencies, particularly in the absence of ethical awareness. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.637 indicates that 63.7% of the variance in consumptive behavior can be explained by the two variables. These findings are crucial in the context of Muslim communities, where excessive consumption contradicts Islamic values such as tabzir (wastefullness) and israf (extravagance). The study suggests promoting Islamic-based digital literacy to balance technological competence and consumption control
Konsep Kesuksesan Belajar (Analisis Pandangan Imam Asy-Syafi’i)
This research aims to analyze the concept of learning success according to the views of Imam Asy-Syafi\u27i. Imam Asy-Syafi\u27i is an influential Islamic scholar and thinker, providing in-depth views on the concept of success in learning. In his view, successful learning is not only about achieving broad knowledge, but also includes strong spiritual and moral aspects. Imam Asy-Syafi\u27i emphasized the importance of knowledge based on the Al-Qur\u27an and Al-Sunnah, religious knowledge is a solid foundation for pursuing knowledge, as well as the role of sanad or chain of transmitters in science. The research method used in this research is literature study. Data was collected from various literary sources including the works of Imam Asy-Shafi\u27i and writings about his views on education and learning. The research results show that learning success according to Imam As-Syafi\u27i is not only measured by academic achievement, but also by the formation of good character. Imam Asy-Syai\u27i emphasized the importance of sincere intentions, perseverance, patience, and respect for teachers as key factors in achieving learning success. He also taught that the learning process should be valued more than the end result, because each stage in the process brings valuable learning and wisdom. Understanding the principles taught by Imam Asy-Shafi\u27i can provide valuable guidance for students of knowledge in achieving holistic success
Kepemimpinan K.H. Abdullah Abbas dan Transformasi Pondok Buntet Pesantren Cirebon
This article examines the leadership of K.H. Abdullah Abbas in developing Pondok Buntet Pesantren Cirebon as an Islamic educational institution responsive to the challenges of the times. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and document analysis, this study focuses on three main aspects: the leadership profile of K.H. Abdullah Abbas, the transformation of the educational system under his leadership, and the role of the pesantren as an institution for education, dakwah, and social welfare. The findings show that K.H. Abdullah Abbas applied a democratic and progressive leadership style, successfully integrating traditional pesantren values with modern educational reforms. He improved the quality of education through the establishment of formal institutions such as madrasah, a nursing academy, and language and computer institutions, without neglecting the traditional study of classical Islamic texts. This article emphasizes the importance of visionary leadership in transforming the pesantren into an adaptive and relevant cultural institution amid the dynamics of contemporary society
Konsep Kedisiplinan Pelajar dalam Perspektif Hadis
This study aims to examine the concept of student discipline from the perspective of hadith as a foundation for character formation and the improvement of Islamic education quality. Using a library research method, this study analyzes both the matan and sanad of hadiths related to values of discipline in learning, worship, and interaction with teachers and the educational environment. The findings indicate that Islam views discipline as an integral part of moral and spiritual teachings, reflected in the encouragement to use time wisely, seek knowledge earnestly, and maintain proper manners and responsibility in the learning process. Discipline in this context is not limited to academic compliance but encompasses the broader dimension of moral consciousness, self-control, and devotion to Allah. The application of discipline values derived from hadith helps develop students who are not only intellectually competent but also spiritually grounded and socially responsible. Therefore, student discipline represents the internalization of Islamic ethical principles that guide individuals toward balanced, productive, and meaningful lives in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad
Membaca Kembali Realitas Sosial melalui Karl Marx: Refleksi Kritis atas Pendidikan dan Pengabdian Keagamaan
This article aims to analyze academic and religious life through the lens of Karl Marx’s thought, particularly the concepts of historical materialism, alienation, and ideology. Using a qualitative reflective-hermeneutic approach, the author reflects on personal experiences as a postgraduate student, Islamic boarding school administrator, and teacher at a Qur’anic Education Center (TPQ). Historical materialism is employed to examine how economic structures influence life choices, work routines, and educational orientations. Meanwhile, alienation is identified in the disconnection between idealized spiritual values and the technical, repetitive nature of daily work. Ideology is analyzed as a symbolic mechanism that normalizes social inequalities in the form of academic meritocracy and the romanticization of religious service. The findings reveal that critical awareness of social and ideological structures is key to understanding both limitations and the potential for transformation in everyday life. This article further emphasizes the importance of praxis in the form of reflective-transformative action as a synthesis of consciousness and social change. Such an approach is highly relevant in the context of Islamic education, aligning with the value of muhasabah as an evaluative effort toward a more conscious and liberating orientation of life and action
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Interaktif Setting Kooperatif Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pembelajaran Teknik Pemograman Mikroprosesor dan Mikrokontroler di SMK.
This research aims to determine the influence of the cooperative setting interactive learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students in the Microprocessor and Microcontroller Programming Engineering learning subjects at SMKS Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. The approach used in research is quantitative, using experimental methods. The sample in this study was 12 people. To collect data, pre-test and post-test techniques were used. The research results show that there is an influence of the cooperative setting interactive learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students in the Microprocessor and Microcontroller Programming Techniques learning subjects at SMKS Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. This influence is marked by an increase in pre-test scores of 70 up to 80 in post-test. The hypothesis test shows a p score of = 0.005 < 0.05, so Ha is accepted, meaning that the interactive learning model of cooperative settings influences the learning outcomes of class XI students in the Microprocessor and Microcontroller Programming Engineering learning subjects at SMKS Muhammadiyah Banda Aceh. It can be concluded that interactive learning in a cooperative setting has been proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of vocational school students
Asas Pembuktian Terbalik pada Tindak Pidana Korupsi Ditinjau Dari Teori keadilan John Rawls Dan Teori Keadilan Hukum Islam
Penerapan asas pembuktian terbalik dalam tindak pidana korupsi menimbulkan perdebatan, terutama terkait dengan prinsip praduga tak bersalah yang dijamin dalam sistem hukum pidana Indonesia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan asas tersebut dari perspektif teori keadilan John Rawls dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual dan perbandingan hukum. Sumber data diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan yang mencakup peraturan perundang-undangan, teori hukum, serta pandangan ulama terkait beban pembuktian dalam hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam teori keadilan Rawls, asas pembuktian terbalik dapat dibenarkan jika diterapkan secara adil dan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat luas, tanpa melanggar hak dasar individu. Sementara dalam hukum Islam, beban pembuktian umumnya dibebankan kepada pihak yang menuduh, tetapi dalam kasus tertentu, seperti korupsi yang merugikan kepentingan umum, pembuktian terbalik dapat diterapkan untuk memastikan keadilan dan kemaslahatan. Dengan demikian, kedua perspektif ini memberikan landasan yang berbeda tetapi sama-sama mengakui bahwa penerapan asas pembuktian terbalik harus memperhatikan keseimbangan antara keadilan individu dan kepentingan masyarakat
Penegakan Hukum Bagi Muncikari Penyedia Fasilitas Jarīmah Ikhtilāṭ di Kota Banda Aceh: (Studi Kasus Polresta Banda Aceh)
The practice of pimping in the country of Sharia Aceh, especially in Banda Aceh City, has become a social, moral and legal polemic that still needs serious attention from many parties. In fact, there are cases of pimps providing jarimah ikhtilāṭ facilities. For this reason, the legal aspects to be studied are the law enforcement carried out by Banda Aceh Police for pimps providing jarīmah ikhtilāṭ facilities from the perspective of Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law. This research study uses a statutory approach and conceptual approach, with the nature of the analysis is descriptive-analysis. The types of criminal acts of pimps in jarīmah ikhtilāṭ that occur in Banda Aceh City are in the form of providing facilities or places to commit jarīmah ikhtilāṭ, then in the form of intermediaries between customers and prostitutes. Pimps find prostitutes or prostitutes themselves who ask to find customers. Law enforcement carried out by Banda Aceh Police for pimps is in accordance with the provisions of Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law
