    The effectiveness of snort rules in detecting network attacks is still a question that needs further research. Although snort rules have been developed and updated regularly, network attacks also continue to evolve and may have patterns that have not been detected by existing snort rules. The main objective is to develop and analyze the effectiveness of snort rules in detecting attack patterns on the network. Benefits Provides a better understanding of the effectiveness of snort rules in detecting network attacks. The result of this research is that the development of snort rules that have been carried out is able to filter attack patterns that were previously undetectable such as DDoS attacks and is able to provide telegram notifications

    Konstruksi adalah suatu kegiatan pembangunan sarana maupun prasarana. Selain itu konstruksi juga dapat diartikan sebagai bangunan maupun satuan infrastruktur dalam satu atau beberapa area. Konstruksi sangat dibutuhkan pada suatu bangunan apalagi pada bangunan bergerak seperti kapal contohnya karena sangat berpengaruh bagi kekokohannya. Pada tugas akhir Windah Natarida dengan judul Desain Bus Air Bengkalis – Sungai Selari penulis telah membuat desain Bus Air tersebut. Penulis sebelumnya telah mendesain lines plan dan general arrangement. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan perhitungan konstruksi dan ketebalan dari tiap – tiap komponen dari Bus Air Bengkalis – Sungai Selari yaitu : Transverse Frame 50 x 75 x 65 ketebalan 5 mm, Side Longitudinal 60 x 90 x 65 ketebalan 5 mm, Bottom Longitudinal 60 x 90 x 75 ketebalan 5 mm, Beam 50 x 75 x 65 ketebalan 5 mm, Deck Girder 50 x 75 x 65 ketebalan 5 mm, lebar dan tebal Keel 542,1 x 12mm, ketebalan side shell 5,4 mm, ketebalan bottom shell 5,7mm, ketebalan Superstructure 4,32 mm, ketebalan deck 5,15 mm, Ketebalan Center Girder 8,308 mm, ketebalan side girder 7,481 mm, tinggi dan tebal floor 68,75 x 3,332 mm. selanjutnya mendapatkan gambar konstruksi dan detail gambar konstruksi secara 3D pada Bus Air Bengkalis – Sungai Selari

    One of the projects that is currently developing is the Pratama Island Rupat Hospital construction project. In 2023, there are buildings that have been submitted to the Bengkalis Regency Government, Riau Province, especially for building permits for Pratama Pulau Rupat Hospital. One effort to overcome work accidents is to analyze the risks that may occur or can be called risk analysis.The process used in risk analysis in this research is Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). HIRARC is an effort to prevent and reduce the potential for work accidents. This research aims to identify hazards, analyze risks, and provide occupational safety and health (K3) risk control. This research was carried out using literature study, distribution of questionnaires and interviews. In the identification and analysis process using the literature Guidelines for Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control From the research results, 85% of workers felt comfortable/at home at work and found that the environment was running well in the North Rupat Hospital construction project. This research concluded that several aspects needed to be improved, especially in the formwork and casting work process, the location of the steel reinforcement work was at a height. . The dominant risk variables that may occur include materials almost falling on tools/facilities/workers, and workers being scratched by reinforcement during work, stepping on nails, etc. Risk control that can be carried out is supervision using personal protective equipment (PPE) such as installing guardrails, horizontal and vertical safety nets, K3 signs, supervision by K3 staff for each job, and using PPE to improve work safety

    This final assignment aims to examine the impact of berthing barriers that PT. Pelayaran Samudera Karana Line Sub Branch Dumai and the efforts made by the agent to overcome these problems. The formulation of this problem is to find obstacle factors, impacts and efforts, so that in the future the berthing returns to normal. The purpose of this research is to understand the duties of the agent from the beginning of the arrival and departure of the ship, the author knows more about the impact of the berthing obstacles, understands and knows what efforts are made by the agent when there are obstacles to the berthing of the ship that is agented by PT. Pelayaran Samudera Karana Line Sub Branch Dumai, this research was conducted from July 2023 to November 2023 this research uses qualitative methods, shows that the implementation of berthing or berthing in the dumai peraiaran is experiencing obstacles due to cargo that is not ready, export documents, replacing ships that are docked and maintenance on the inaportnet system. The agent must re-create a new PPK (Determination of Ship berthing) on the inaportnet system and directly coordinate with KSOP, the impact of obstacles also causes complaints from the ship charterer which has an impact on the relationship between the charterer and the agent becomes less good

    The aim of this research at PT Tjs Marine Indonesia for the ship's crew is to determine the ability and knowledge of Maritime English and also to find out whether the use of Maritime English has a big impact on the ship's crew in their performance on board the ship. This uses a data collection method that uses observation techniques and direct interviews with the ship's crew. at PT Tjs Marine Indonesia uses English as the main language in carrying out duties on board the ship and is also used to communicate between foreign ships to avoid collisions between ships. This research was carried out from March to May 2024. The results and research using a questionnaire with a sample of 20 people shows that the effectiveness of implementing the mechanism and the use of Maritime English is low so that its implementation is still less effective for the crew at the shipping company PT Tjs Marine Indonesia

    In an effort to help oil palm land owners monitor their oil palm land, because the land in the Bengkalis area is prone to flooding, monitoring is needed so that oil palm land owners can easily find out what the condition of the land on their oil palm land is. This tool uses solar panels and batteries as a source but can use a power bank as an alternative. Altitude and humidity sensors are the main components of this tool and the brain of this tool is the Arduino Uno. From the results of testing SMS sending and SMS requests, different data was obtained, namely that the delay in sending SMS was faster than requesting SMS. The longest delay for sending an SMS is 7.21s, while for SMS requests the longest delay is 44 minutes 29s
