Aplikasi Absensi Berbasis Global Positioning System (GPS) Dan Foto Wajah Di Kantor Kecamatan Bengkalis
The Bengkalis Sub-district Office has the main task of carrying out government authority delegated by the Regent to handle some regional autonomy affairs. In carrying out their duties, employees of the Bengkalis Sub-District Office with a total of 61 employees consisting of 26 ASN employees, namely the Head of Sub-District, Sub-District Secretary, Head of Social Welfare and Culture, Head of Finance and
Equipment Subdivision, Head of Community and Village Empowerment, Head of Peace and Public Order, Head of Administration, Head of General Services, Head of Program Preparation, General and Personnel Subdivision and 35 non-ASN employees, namely Administrative Personnel, Public Service Administrators, Security, Office Concierge & Cleaning Service, Computer Operators, Public Service Operators, Chief Driver have an obligation to take attendance. The Bengkalis District Office still uses manual attendance by putting a signature in the attendance book, but this system has inaccuracy problems because there is no special time to sign attendance, so employees take attendance irregularly. The attendance method using the application needs to be done so that employees are absent on time and in accordance with the office location. To overcome these problems, the design of a GPS-Based Attendance
Application and Facial Photos at the Bengkalis District Office is Web-based to improve the accuracy of employee attendance at the Bengkalis District Office. This
application is designed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework and MySQL database. This application simplifies the employee attendance process with the feature of submitting leave or sick permits accompanied
by evidence. Admins have the ability to input and monitor employee, position, and leave data, as well as set coordinate points, office radius, and working hours. In
addition, this application allows admins to approve or reject permission applications and view attendance recaps automatically per month. This application can speed up
the attendance process and it is hoped that the amount of data that can be managed and the accuracy in the employee attendance process can increase drastically
Rancang Bangun Belt Conveyor Untuk Sistem Muat Barang Pada Kapal Di Pelabuhan Ayan
The research problem discussed in this study is the inefficiency and length of the process of loading goods onto ships at Ayan port, Dumai. The aim of this research is to design and build a Belt conveyor system to optimize the loading of goods onto ships at Ayan port. This methodology involves an in-depth exploration of the mechanics and principles of Belt conveyors, including their components and working principles. The participants in this study are not specified, but the context is the port of Ayan in Dumai, where the current loading process and challenges are observed.
The findings show that the use of Belt conveyor systems can significantly reduce the time and manual labor required to load goods onto ships. This study highlights the potential of Belt conveyors to optimize the transfer of goods from warehouses to ships more efficiently and safely. The implication of this research is that the implementation of a Belt conveyor system can lead to a more streamlined and efficient loading process, reducing manual labor and increasing operational safety
Aplikasi Pemutar Playlist Videotron Berbasis Android
In 2022, Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis (Polbeng) implemented digital
information media in the form of a videotron. This implementation not only
beautifies the appearance of the campus environment, but also becomes a medium
for the Polbeng Public Relations team to convey information, announcements, and
other content to the academic community and the surrounding community. Videos
are displayed and updated every time there is content from new activities that want
to be displayed on the videotron. The video update process is carried out by
replacing the content via a flash disk connected to the controller at the videotron
location. This makes the video update process inefficient. This research proposes
the development of an Android-based Videotron Playlist Player Application. This
application is a practical tool for Polbeng Public Relations operators in displaying
videos on videotron’s online via the website without having to visit the location.
The development of this application aims to improve performance and effectiveness
in delivering information to the public through videotrons, with benefits including
making it easier to manage videos and increasing efficiency in management. With
this videotron playlist player application, it can provide an effective solution for

Penerapan Metode Rapid Application Development Pada Aplikasi Pembelian Kupon GAS LPG 3 KG Berbasis Android
The increasing demand for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has necessitated an
efficient, accurate, and easily accessible sales system for the residents of Tameran
Village. Currently, the LPG 3 KG gas voucher sales system in place relies on
manual approaches or outdated methods that are not optimal. This inefficient
transaction method can often leave the local community without access to the
available LPG 3 KG gas vouchers. Therefore, an innovative solution is needed to
improve the quality of the LPG 3 KG gas voucher sales system. The development
of a mobile-based LPG 3 KG gas voucher purchasing application using the Rapid
Application Development (RAD) method will be an innovative and beneficial
solution for the residents of Tameran Village, Penebal, and Damai Village. The
implementation of the Rapid Application Development RAD method for the LPG 3
KG gas voucher purchasing system will benefit the Doa Orang Tua LPG 3 KG
station and its customers because it will provide convenience for the station to sell
vouchers more accurately. The results of this research will streamline the sales
process, which previously took a long time, and will become faster and more
organized with the introduction of this system. Furthermore, the voucher
purchasing system will make it easier for customers to buy vouchers without the
need to queue at the station
Perbandingan Quantity Take Off (QTO) Gorong-Gorong Persegi Beton Bertulang Berdasarkan Standar Dirjen Bina Marga Dan Building Information Modelling (BIM)
This research aims to evaluate the advantages of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Quantity Take Off (QTO) calculations for box culverts. A case study using Autodesk Revit 2023 was conducted to compare the calculation results with conventional methods. The results show that BIM can
produce more detailed and accurate 3D models, thus facilitating QTO calculations. Additionally, BIM also increases work efficiency as the calculation process can be done automatically. The comparison of the iron weight produced by both methods shows a difference of 0.20428%, indicating the superiority of BIM in terms of accuracy
Lubang Resapan Biopori Sebagai Alternatif Penanggulangan Banjir di Halaman Gedung Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis
The decreasing ability of soil to absorb water is due to changes in land use, especially with the construction of the Civil Engineering Building at the Bengkalis State Polytechnic. The large number of cemented areas and small drainage measures around the building cause rainwater to overflow onto the road when it rains. To overcome this waterlogging, one of the proposed solutions is to use an Environmentally Friendly Drainage System (SDBL), including the use of biopore absorption holes. This research aims to determine the classification and permeability of soil, the design of Biopore Absorption Holes (LRB), and the number of LRB that can be applied in the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Civil Engineering Building Yard. The type of research used is direct testing in the field. The research results show that the soil classification in the Civil Engineering Building Yard is silt with an impermeable area of 267.57 m2. The Biopori Absorption Hole (LRB) design is designed with a depth of 50 cm with a distance of 16 meters. The LRB implemented in the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Civil Engineering Building is 14 holes
