Rancang Bangun Alat Penyortir Barang Berdasarkan Ketinggian Dan Jenis Bahan Logam Dan Non-Logam Berbasis Plc Outseal V.2 Slim
In the manufacturing industry, the process of sorting items based on height and material type is often done manually, which can lead to inefficiencies and errors. To address this issue, an automatic sorting device based on the Outseal V.2 Slim PLC has been developed. This device is designed to sort items automatically by utilizing photoelectric sensors and proximity sensors to detect height and material type, namely metal or non-metal. The Outseal V.2 Slim PLC acts as the main controller, managing the sorting process based on data from the sensors, and is equipped with mechanisms to push and direct items to the appropriate category. Testing was carried out with various items, and the results showed that the sorting device could separate items with high accuracy and efficiency. The system effectively reduces time and errors in the sorting process. Overall, the test results were consistent with the design, and the device operated 100% effectively according to the intended design
Rancang Bangun Pembuatan Biodiesel dari Minyak Jelantah dengan Kapasitas 30 Liter
Waste cooking oil, commonly derived from various types of frying oils such as corn oil, vegetable oil, and ghee, is typically a byproduct of household usage. While it can be reused for culinary purposes, from a chemical composition standpoint, waste cooking oil contains carcinogenic compounds that form during the frying process. When improperly discarded, this oil can flow into water channels, altering the water's composition and rendering it unfit for use. This problem has led to the idea of designing a biodiesel production device with a capacity of 30 liters using waste cooking oil. The objective is to design a 30-liter capacity biodiesel device and to determine the quantity of biodiesel produced from the constructed device. This device is designed to mix raw waste cooking oil with methanol and a KOH catalyst, which are stirred in a tank and heated using a gas stove. The device is equipped with a speed controller for the mixer. The results were obtained after testing
Redesaian Masterplan Kampus I Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis
The Masterplan design carried out in this study is a redesign of the previously made masterplan, because the previous masterplan is not in accordance with current
conditions. The purpose of redesigning the masterplan is to model the Bengkalis State Polytechnic masterplan against current conditions which will be added to the layout design
plan for buildings, roads, parking lots, gates, and land use in the future, so that data from the masterplan can be used for the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Campus for now and in the future.
The software used in this research is AutoCAD software which is used for 2D drawings, Sketchup software which is used for 3D models, and Lumion software which is used for making Masterplan animation videos. The results to be achieved are to produce a 2D drawing of the Masterplan, produce a 3D model of the Masterplan, and a Masterplan animation video that provides an explanation of how the visualization form of the masterplan design area. Design of Areas in the form of buildings in the form of Main Gate, Incubator, Student Flat, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Security Post, Retention Pond, Polbeng Mosque, GKT Building 1, Building E, Building D, GKT Building 2, Main Building, Building C, GKT Building 4, Electrical Building, Integrated Workshop Building, Informatics Building, Multipurpose Building, Building B, Mechanical Engineering Warehouse, Campus Park, Parking
Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pengecekan Kapal oleh Balai Kekarantinaan Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Dumai Wilayah Kerja Sungai Pakning
This final project is a stage in conducting research aimed at understanding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ship inspections by the Port Health Quarantine Office Class I Dumai, Sungai Pakning working area. The goal is to identify the obstacles faced in implementing these SOP. The research problem is formulated as follows: How are the Standard Operating Procedures for ship inspections by the Port Health Quarantine Office Class I Dumai, Sungai Pakning working area applied? And what challenges are faced in implementing these SOP.The research method used is qualitative, including field observation. The research is conducted at the Port Health Quarantine Office Class I Dumai, Sungai Pakning working area from March to August 2024. The results indicate that the implementation of the SOP for health quarantine inspections on ships at the Port Health Quarantine Office Class I Dumai, Sungai Pakning working area involves important stages, from the notification of ship arrival to the reporting of inspection results. Most ships undergo inspection without significant health issues, with an average inspection time of about 2 hours. However, there are deficiencies in SOP compliance, particularly in the inspection of ship crews, which can increase the risk of communicable disease spread. Major challenges identified include limitations in equipment and supplies, restricted maintenance of facilities, communication difficulties with international crews, and unfavorable weather conditions. Recommendations include improving equipment procurement, implementing a structured maintenance system, language training, and adjusting procedures according to weather conditions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the SOP
The Influence Of Service Quality And Store Atmosphere On Consumer Satisfaction At Cafe Zamatra
This Study aims to determine the influence of service quality and store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at cafe Zamatra. The independent variables are service quality, store atmosphere and the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have visited Cafe Zamatra. Data processing uses SPSS application program version 25. Based on the tests carried out, these results were obtained. The research shows a T value of 1.193 for service quality, meaning that service quality has no effect on consumer satisfaction, the store atmosphere variable with a T value of 7.283, for service quality and atmosphere the effect on consumer satisfaction and the F test with a value of 37.038 which shows that simultaneously service quality and store atmosphere influence consumer satisfaction, it can be seen from the R Square table of 43.3% which means the service quality variable, store atmosphere influence the consumer satisfaction variable and 56, 7% of other variables influence consumer satisfaction outside of this research
Analisa Pengendalian Waktu Pelaksanaan Proyek Gedung Poliklinik RSUD Pratama Rupat dengan Metode Fast – Track
Construction activities involve three phases, namely: planning, determining construction activity schedules, and controlling. With the objectives of the activities to be achieved are cost, quality and time. One way to speed up time is to use Fast Track in scheduling to reduce project implementation time. By applying the fast-track method in a project where work is carried out in series or sequentially, it is planned to be carried out jointly and must still pay attention to the logical relationship between these activities. By implementing Fast Track in a project we can reduce the duration of the project, but we must also pay attention to the impact of implementing this fast-track method on labor requirements and material requirements on a project. The object of study in this research is the Rupat Island Pratama Hospital Polyclinic building construction project. The analysis process is carried out by rescheduling so that scheduling alternatives can be compared with and without fast-track, as well as labor and material requirements. The results obtained through this final project are that the fast-track method can provide overall project duration savings. However, it is also worth notingthat fast-track also has other influences such as changes in resource allocation during the project
Animasi 3D Metode Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Gedung Command Center Bengkalis
To create an animation of a command center building, start with planning, which involves defining the animation goals and collecting design data for the building. The next step is modeling, where a detailed 3D model of the building is created. Once the model is ready, textures and materials are applied to achieve a realistic appearance. Animation is then developed by setting up the camera and showcasing the building's activities. Rendering produces high-quality images or video from the completed animation. After rendering, post-processing is performed, including video editing and adding elements like text, graphics, and audio. Finally, the animation is evaluated and revised based on feedback, and then presented in a suitable format for presentation or distributio
