    This research aims to analyze vibrations in centrifugal pumps for the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at PDAM Tirta Terubuk Bengkalis. The centrifugal pump used at PDAM Tirta Terubuk plays an important role in clean water distribution operations. However, excessive vibration can cause damage to the pump and related components, thereby compromising operational efficiency. The methodology used in this research involves measuring and analyzing vibrations in centrifugal pumps using vibration measuring equipment. The results of this analysis are then used to develop more effective predictive maintenance strategies, focusing on the improvements that are truly needed to reduce downtime and increase system availability. Research results: The x-axis (horizontal) has characteristics of vibration values that continue to increase as the operation progresses, the y-axis (vertical) has characteristics of fluctuating vibration values, and the z-axis (axial) has fluctuating vibration values but has the highest vibration value of 1,139,983 mm/s. This implementation certainly has a good impact on centrifugal pumps, so the preventive maintenance period is proposed every 2 days, this is because the pump continues to operate every day with an average vibration efficiency value of 24%, thereby avoiding misalignment problems

    This research was conducted in the Bengkalis District, specifically to understand the primary needs in ordering and purchasing gallon water, which are priorities for students living around the Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis campus in Bengkalis Regency. The main focus of this research is to develop a website-based gallon ordering system that provides better control for consumers, allowing them to monitor their orders and receive accurate information regarding the delivery process. The main features of this system, including an easy-to-understand ordering form, integration with online payment systems, and real-time delivery status updates, have been tested to ensure functionality and user satisfaction. The testing results show that these features effectively facilitate the transaction process, improve the accuracy of delivery information, and provide a better user experience. Additionally, text message notifications providing important information such as order confirmations and delivery status have proven effective in increasing customer trust in the system

    Bridges are vital infrastructure that require routine maintenance. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using UAVs in identifying and classifying damage to bridges based on the Bridge Inspection Guidelines 2022. UAVs are used to take aerial photographs of bridges which are then analyzed using software. The research results show that the UAV can accurately detect various types of damage, such as cracks in concrete, corrosion on bridge frames, damage to expansion joints and damage to bridge frames. Based on the results of the analysis, maintenance priorities are formulated to extend the lifespan of the bridge. This research concludes that the use of UAVs for bridge inspections is an effective and efficient method and can improve the safety of road users. The condition value for the type of bridge frame structure was 0,9, for balustrades it was 0,1, for expansion beams it was 1, for sidewalks and curbs it was 1 and for safety posts/pillars it was 4. The average result obtained was 1,2 with minor damage. Based on all damage to the bridge structure, the remaining lifespan of the bridge is 20,3 years

    In this digitalization era, the Service Information System (SIMPEL) has become an integral part of various organizations to improve efficiency and quality of service. This research aims to audit the information system on the SIMPEL Website using COBIT 5 as a structured IT management framework. This research involves an indepth analysis of the aspects of data security, integrity, availability, and compliance on the SIMPEL Website. COBIT 5 was used as a guideline to assess the maturity of IT processes and provide relevant improvement recommendations. After calculating 2 respondents with 15 questions at Disdukcapil bengkalis, the results show that the overall maturity level value is 4.13 or at level 4 - managed and measurable. In terms of the maturity of their information systems. This level indicates that organizations have managed and measured the processes associated with their information systems well. This result indicates a high level of maturity and shows that the organization has achieved an effective level of management and measurement in the use of their information systems

    The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various sectors, including vehicle maintenance and washing services. Bengkalis Regency in Riau Province, with a population of 592,390 people, has a high number of vehicles and sandy roads that often make vehicles dirty. Limited vehicle washing service providers result in long queues, which is a complaint from the public. This research aims to design a "Website-Based Vehicle Washing Queue Information Application in Bengkalis" to provide real-time queuing information. This application will help the public know the number of vehicles currently in queue at various vehicle wash stations, thereby saving time and increasing efficiency. The research method used is the Waterfall technique, with a UML modeling approach to design the system. By using a PHP-based web programming language and the Laravel framework, a website-based vehicle wash queue information application in Bengkalis was built. This application provides shop queue list features, daily and monthly shop reports, and notification of completed laundry information using the Telegram API.     Permasalahan yang tenjadi disini yaitu keterbatasan lokasi material bata ringan itu sendiri, yang harus didatangkan dari luar kota seperti Pekanbaru dan Medan, sehingga bisa menyebabkan keterlambatan proyek. Sehingga disini saya ingin mencoba menggantikan material bata ringan tersebut menggunakan material bata merah dan melakukan perbandingan antara kedua material tersebut, baik dari segi waktu produktivitas dan juga harga. Adapun hasil dari prnrlitian ini Berdsarkan dari permodelan revit maka diperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat, daripada hitungan manual, karena BIM sendiri seluruh prosesnya sudah terintegrasi dalam sebuah model digital yang menghasilkan serta mengelola data suatu bangunan, baik dari segi biaya, kualitas, quantity, jenis material dll. Sementara itu, dari segi biaya untuk perbandingan hasil RAB adalah Rp. 3.456.830,50 sedangkan BOQ = Rp. 3.122.846,60, jadi selisih pek. dinding dengan menggunakan material bata ringan dan bata merah adalah Rp. 333.983,90 atau sekitar 5% sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwasanya pek. pasangan dinding dengan material bata merah sedikit lebih mahal dibandingkan dengan bata ringan. Dan untuk hasil produktivitas minimal tukang bekerja adalah 1,25m²/jam, maka yang di hasilkan adalah 10m²/hari. Apabila hasil tersebut dikomper kedalam waktu, maka diperoleh pekerjaan dinding dengan material bata merah lebih cepat selesai dengan selisih waktu 6 hari kerja

    Soekarno Hatta Road is a road that connects Dumai City and Duri City, the city produces many companies, especially in the industrial sector. To transport industrial goods and materials, of course, heavy trucks are used which causes Soekarno Hatta road to be damaged so that it needs special attention to road maintenance. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and formulate a strategy for handling road damage using the Bina Marga method to ensure the sustainability of road infrastructure on the Soekarno Hatta road section in Dumai City. Then to determine the need for pavement thickness, foundation layer, rigid pavement structure based on field data and standards using MDPJ 2017. And plan the optimal cost budget for periodic maintenance and road improvement. The results of the Bina Marga method damage evaluation are 63 road segments that require road upgrades and 12 segments for periodic maintenance. The results of the ESAL calculation with LHR show a 270 mm thick concrete slab pavement, 100 mm LMC foundation, and 150 mm drainage to withstand traffic loads until 2034. The cost budget for road improvement is Rp 921.576.997 and for periodic maintenance Rp 174.336.17

    KMP Bahari Nusantara is a fleet of ships which is currently one of the ships in the Roro Airputih-Sei port on the Selari River which has a maximum ship speed of 9 knots and an operational speed of 8 knots, with this speed it can be optimized with a speed performance of up to 10 .5 knots maximum speed and operational speed of 9 knots by changing the deadrise angle of the ship's bow from 0.3 degrees to 12.5 degrees. To obtain adequate ship performance, it can be seen based on the stability of the ship which meets the appropriate criteria in the IMO ship. Based on the optimized performance of the ship, it can be concluded that the speed performance is optimal at an angle of 12º because the maximum speed reaches 10.5 knots from the previous 9 knots and the stability meets the criteria in accordance with the applicable standard provisions. Based on several experimental analyzes it can be seen the results of changing the deadrise angle from 0.3 degrees to a deadrise angle of 12 degrees and having a more optimal speed from 9 knots to 10.5 kno maximum speed and meeting the appropriate stability criteria
