Pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Pelayanan Keagenan PT Adhi Guna Putera Perwakilan Pangkalan Susu
The purpose of this study is to find out how to improve Human Resources (HR) for Agency Services of PT Adhi Guna Putera Pangkalan Susu. The formulation of the problem includes: What is the relationship between competency and human resource performance at Pt adhi guna putera pangkalan susu, how much influence does competence have on human resource performance at pt adhi guna putera pangkalan susu. The research method includes observation, interviews, documentation To obtain accurate and relavanted data, data analysis is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner with a risk analysis approach using the FTA (Falt Tree Analysis) method. The results of the study show that some of the main problems found in this study include, lack and development of competence, suboptimal work management, motivation and satisfaction of lace work, the use of technology in resource management limited human resources. The recommendation of this study is that it can be done by holding training every month and adding facilities in the office to support employee performance
Perlakuan Akuntansi Produk Rusak Dalam Menetapkan Harga Pokok Produksi Pada Pabrik Tahu Abo
The aim of this research is to determine the accounting treatment of damaged products due to normal reasons and which are not salable in determining the cost of production. In manufacturing companies in the tofu factory industry. The analysis used to answer the main problem is as follows: first, classify the costs treated by the company and compare with cost accounting theory, whether the treatment is correct or not, second, calculate the cost of production report according to the company and according to cost accounting theory, third, describe the method treatment of damaged products in determining the cost of production that occurs in the company, fourthly compare the two calculations and look for differences, followed by critical analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and the conclusion drawn that the treatment of normal damaged products in determining the cost of production carried out by the Abo Tofu Factory Industry is not appropriate. From these conclusions, it would be better if the cost of production for normally damaged and unsaleable products were charged to factory overhead costs
Rancang Bangun Prototype Sistem Pendeteksi Kebocoran Gas LPG dan Kebakaran Berbasis Internet Of Thing (IoT)
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) merupakam gas yang dapat dicairkan pada tekanan diatas 5kg/cm2, volume LPG dalam bentuk cair lebih kecil dibandingkan dalam bentuk gas untuk berat yang sama. Karena itu LPG dipasarkan dalam bentuk cair. Namun demikian, terdapat nilai negatif dari penggunaan LPG seperti timbulnya kebakaran akibat bocornya gas tersebut. Kebocoran LPG pada tingkat yang besar dapat dengan mudah dideteksi berdasarkan aroma gas tersebut yang khas, dengan Mikrokotroler dan perangkat lunak system ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk memantau kebocoran gas LPG dan kebakaran melalui aplikasi Blynk yang terhubung dengan komponen Internet OF Thing (IOT). Dalam pembuatan system pendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG dan kebakaran ini akan dilakukan dengan metode prototype, dengan pengolahan serta pembuatan perangkat keras Mikrokotroler dan perangkat lunak menjadi lebih mudah. Adapun alat yang telah dirakit semua komponen yaitu IoT, Modul Nodemcu, sensor suhu, sensor api, buzzer, modul mosfet, LCD, DHT22, water pump, yang dimana adaptor sebagai suplay dayanya. Sistem ini berngguna untuk memantau kebocoran gas LPG dan kebakaran melalui aplikasi Blynk yang terhubung dengan komponen Internet OF Thing (IoT), alat ini dapat mengeluarkan air jika terdeteksi kebakaran, dan juga dibantu dengan buzzer untuk memberi informasi di area sekitar perumahan jika terjadi kebocoran gas maupun kebakaran. Untuk keakuratan alat ini bekerja mencapai 73,33% karena hasil pengujian alat nilai keakuratannya pada sensor sering berbeda-bed
Inspeksi dan Pemeliharaan Drainase Studi Kasus di Jalan Panglima Minal Desa Air Putih
Panglima Minal Street is one of the roads in Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. In this area there are many roadside drainage channels that have problems such as channels overgrown with weeds, plant roots that penetrate the drainage wall, collapse of the drainage channel wall or accumulation of waste material in the drainage channel. One of the main causes of rapid deterioration of roadside drainage channels is the lack of maintenance of the drainage system. Maintenance of drainage channels plays an important role in ensuring effective drainage performance. To inspect the drainage in the Panglima Minal Road area, this research used the Quick Drainage Inspection method by measuring the cross section and visually observing the drainage conditions, so that the existing form of the drainage channel and any damage contained in the drainage channel can be known. From the results of the study, the functioning of the right segment drainage is still fairly good with an IKDP value of 2 because there is not much damage to the drainage channel, for garbage or grass is only found in a few segments. As for the functioning of the left section, it can be said to be slightly damaged with an IKDP value of 4 because in some segments, the left section drainage channel does not drain water and it can also be said that each segment has a collapsed drainage channel. So it can be seen that the maintenance that can be done on the right segment drainage is routine maintenance and on the left segment drainage is periodic maintenance

Indonesia is an archipelago, some of its regions are directly adjacent to the sea. One of the main problems affecting the life of concrete and its safety is
corrosion. The most dangerous type of infrastructure damage is corrosion of concrete reinforcement, which causes a decrease in material quality and structural capacity. The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of corrosion of reinforcement used in reinforced concrete beams on shear collapse. This research is an experimental study using a media mixture of 3.5% corrosive salt (NaCl) solution and using electric current (Power Supply). The reinforcement used has a diameter of 6 and 13 mm. Corrosion focuses on 6 mm diameter stirrup reinforcement for 10 days using 0.407 Ampare with a planned corrosion of 20% (Binamarga Specification Guidelines 2018) and the concrete blanket is 40 mm (SNI 2847: 2019). Beam test objects are made with a size of 1000 x 150 x 250 mm. The results of research and analysis after the reinforcement is corroded, there is a decrease in the shear load capacity that can be held on the beam. The maximum load of the control beam was 164 kN with a deflection of 10.4 mm, while the beam with corrosion reinforcement obtained a maximum load of 96 kN, resulting in a 41.5% decrease in load capacity. The weight of the corroded reinforcement for 10 days was found to be 6.44%, the remaining 13.56% of the corrosion occurred in the flexural reinforcement
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pakaian Serba 35 Ribu di Bengkalis
This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality on the purchase decision of 35 thousand all-round clothing. For this reason, the researcher conducted a study at a 35 thousand convenience store. The problem in this study is how product quality affects the purchase decision of 35 thousand all-round clothes in Bengkalis, based on respondents' responses regarding product quality and purchase decisions. This type of research is a type of associative research by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents and analyzed using validity tests, reliability, classical assumption tests or prerequisite tests, simple calibration tests, simple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests (t-tests). The population in this study is the people of Bengkalis Regency. This study uses purposive sampling with a non-probalability sampling technique (because the population being studied is unknown). The results showed that the product quality variable and the purchase decision variable were in a high position with an average value of 3.6 (x) and 3.84 (y). From the determination coefficient R square or called the determination coefficient (KD) is 0.729 or equal to 72.9% which means that the influence of the independent variable of product quality on the variable bound to purchase decisions is 72.9%. So it can be said that 72.9% of variables that affect the purchase decision on 35 thousand all-round clothing, while the remaining 2.71% (100% - 729) are caused by other variables other than product quality that are not discussed in this study
Perubahan Garis Pantai Akibat Breakwater (Studi Kasus : Bagian Kanan Breakwater Di Pantai Raja Kecik Desa Muntai)
Bengkalis Island, which is located in the Malacca Strait, has Raja Kecik Beach as one of its main tourist destinations. This beach is famous for its long bridge. However, development in coastal areas, especially breakwater construction, can have a significant impact on changes in coastlines and sedimentation. This research examines changes in the coastline at Raja Kecik Beach caused by the breakwater and the amount of additional sediment behind the right breakwater. The research used the beach topography mapping method using a spirit pass and GPS for 3 months. The results of a mapping survey and measurements carried out over 3 months, changes in the coastline influenced the presence of wave-breaking buildings which caused sediment deposition around the coast. After knowing the results of the first, second and third elevation data, the largest known increase in sedimentation occurred in Long section 10 with a large volume of 14,973 m3 in a period of three months. From the research results it can be concluded that the construction of a breakwater is an effective effort to prevent sediment transport and maintain the stability of the coastline

This final project aims to determine the process of managing ship certificate extension plays an important role in ensuring that ships can operate properly and meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Agents can help manage the certificate management process efficiently, thereby improving the smoothness and safety of ships. This research was conducted at PT. Gemalindo Sukses Bahari This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. The methods used to obtain the information needed from related parties are researchers preparing observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of the study are the process of managing the completeness of ship certificate extension. The agent submitted an application through the shipping and maritime information system application (SIMKAPEL) with the KSOP, as for the requirements that must be met in the extension of three different ship certificates. The construction of fiberglass ships refers to the shipbuilding process that uses fiberglass material as the main material. Fiberglass is a composite material consisting of glass fibers embedded in a resin matrix so that it forms a strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant material. Fiberglass ship construction is a shipbuilding process that uses fiberglass material (glass fiber) as the main material in its structure. The Ambulance Ship is a ship design made by a student majoring in Marine Engineering at the Bengkalis Polytechnic named Iis Safuan as a thesis research. The research is expected to provide health service solutions in the form of ambulance ship transportation facilities as an alternative means of sea transportation and can be the hope and goal of the community to get more optimal health services. In his research, the process of designing line plans and general plans has been carried out with the method of comparing ships in the area. However, the research has not been carried out in the construction design process as well as the calculation of the construction of ambulance ships.
