Get PDFThis research examines the issues regarding the Survival Strategies of the Hospitality Industry in Bengkalis During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The aim of this research is to understand how Hotel Panorama Bengkalis has managed to survive. It is a qualitative descriptive study that illustrates descriptive data from the phenomenon under investigation. The research subject is the owner of Hotel Panorama Bengkalis. Data analysis techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research strategy employed involves collecting primary and secondary data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to obtain information that aligns with the research problem. The findings of this research indicate that Hotel Panorama Bengkalis continues to operate during the Covid-19 pandemic by adhering to health protocols, such as handwashing, maintaining distance, wearing masks, and checking body temperature before entering the hotel. The strategies adopted by Hotel Panorama Bengkalis to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic include utilizing digital marketing through search engine optimization (SEO) on their website, leveraging search engines like Google. Additionally, Hotel Panorama also enhances service quality, maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and safety for guests. The hotel continues to strengthen collaboration with companies, government, and travel agencies. They also implement a free-of-charge system for customers and provide commissions or tips for drivers
Analisis Perbandingan Rasio Aktivitas Pada PT PLN (PERSERO) Dan PT Telkom Indonesia (PERSERO) TBK Periode 2018-2022
Get PDFThis study aims to find out the ratio of activity in PT PLN (Persero) and PT Telkom Indonesia (persero) Tbk in the year 2018-2022. The data used in this study is derived from the financial report of the company in the form of the financial position report and the profit loss report of PT PLN (Persero) and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. There are several types of activity ratios used in this study, namely Total Asset Turnover Ratio, Fixed Asset turnover ratio, Account Receivable Turnover ratio, and Working Capital Turnover Ratio. The results of this study show that the activity ratio at PT PLN (Persero) and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2022 is still below the standard ratio. That is, the financial performance of both companies is still less effective and efficient in using the resources they have to generate revenue for the company, one of the causes is slow debt billing and asset purchases that do not meet operational needs. However, of the two companies, the higher ratio of activity is PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk compared to PT PLN (Persero). This indicates that PT Telkom Indonesia (persero) Tbk is better at using the resources it has to generate revenue
