Pengaruh Variasi Penggunaan Polyneva He Terhadap Mutu Beton
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the behavior of using Polyneva HE in concrete mixtures. Polyneva HE is an additive that has a dual function to reduce the amount of water used in concrete mixtures with a certain consistency, so that the mixture will be easy to work with or the mixture will become plastic (easily formed). The results of this test show that the use of Polyneva HE as an additional ingredient in the concrete mixture has good compressive strength.
The concrete mixing method uses Polyneva HE additives using job mix design K-300 which is given additives to the concrete mixture with variations of 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.5% of the weight of the cement used. The concrete is cured for 3 days, 7 days and 28 days and then tested to obtain the slump value, compressive
strength value and unit weight of the concrete.
From the tests that have been carried out, it is known that for the slump value obtained, the more Polyneva HE added, the higher the slump value or workability value, the maximum slump value for concrete that added 1.5% Polyneva HE to normal concrete was 545.78%. Polyneva HE increases the density of concrete with the maximum weight found at 28 days, namely normal concrete + Polyneva HE 0.8% with a yield of 3.114%. Polyneva HE also increases the compressive strength value at 28 days with a maximum value for normal concrete + Polyneva HE 0.8% of 13.333%. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the development strategy of the tourism sector in increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Bengkalis Regency and measure the contribution of the sector to PAD, conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Bengkalis Regency for four months using primary data from interviews and secondary data from official documents. The results showed that the tourism development strategy has not been optimized due to constraints such as inadequate supporting facilities, limited promotion, and the involvement of local communities that need to be increased. local community involvement that needs to be improved. Contribution of the tourism sector to PAD contribution to PAD fluctuates from 2018 to 2022, with significant increases in 2019 and 2022 after a decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research conclusion shows that although tourism development strategies are in place, the results have not been maximized due to limited funds and infrastructure. Community and private sector participation is good, but more investment and improvement in the quality of human resources are needed. Research recommendations include increasing tourism promotion, strengthening the tax and levy collection system, and increasing cooperation between the government, community, and private sector to optimize tourism potential in increasing PAD of Bengkalis Regency. tourism potential in increasing PAD of Bengkalis Regency

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to know what are the characteristics of political communication used by Joe Biden in influencing voters' perceptions during the 2020 Presidential election and to know how are the linguistic aspects support Joe Biden's campaign speeches during the 2020 Presidential election. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, describing descriptive data from the phenomenon under study, with the unit of analysis being Joe Biden's campaign videos on YouTube in 2020. The research instruments used are documentation and observation. The results of the study show the characteristics of political communication used by Joe Biden in influencing voters' perceptions in the 2020 Presidential election by using simple, empathetic language and emphasizing urgent actions, Biden strengthens his message and influences both supporters and potential voters. The use of closing statements that appeal for voter support also demonstrates his confidence and direct engagement with the audience. Additionally, strong body language and facial expressions further reinforce his political message. The linguistic aspects of Joe Biden's campaign speeches in the 2020 Presidential election indicate that Biden effectively uses language to connect with his audience and influence public opinion. Thus, this research reveals that Biden's political communication had a significant impact on the 2020 US Presidential campaign

Get PDFThis research was conducted in five villages located in Bandar Khalifah Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, namely Bandar Tengah Village, Juhar Village, Pekan Bandar Khalifah Village, Gelam Sei Serimah Village, and Kayu Besar Village, since June 2023. The objective of this research is to study the implementation of the Village Fund and the Village Fund Allocation in village development. The research also aims to understand how the village government efforts to enhance village development through the Village Fund and the Village Fund Allocation. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research indicate that: (1) Village development through the Village Fund is carried out according to the needs of each village as decided during village meetings. (2) The Village Fund Allocation for village development has not been well implemented, as it is primarily used for the operational needs of village officials rather than for village development. (3) The village governments in Bandar Khalifah Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, rely heavily on the Village Fund and Village Fund Allocation for implementing village development. (4) The village governments in Bandar Khalifah Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, are making efforts to enhance village development through participatory planning that involves the community in the development process

The research aims to design and implement a pick-up system for kindergarten students using a web-based Quick Response (QR) code at Garden School Kindergarten by applying the Extreme Programming Method. Extreme Programming method is a software engineering process that tends to use an object-oriented approach. Researchers successfully created a kindergarten pick-up application using a web-based QR code. Rancang Bangun Alat Pembuka Ban Sepeda Motor Tubles Dengan Sistem Pneumatik
Get PDFThis research aims to design and manufacture a pneumatic system-based motorcycle tubles tire remover. The primary challenge faced by workshops in remote areas is the difficulty of removing tubles tires using simple tools like tire levers, which often require additional effort and time. This tool is expected to address these issues by providing a more efficient solution without damaging the rim or tire. The methods used in this research include tool design and material selection. The tool is designed with a pneumatic system to ensure that the process of detaching the tire from the rim is easier and faster. Prior to its use, the tool was tested using a compressor with 90 psi air pressure on motorcycle tubeless tires. The results of the research show that this tool is effective in facilitating the process of opening tubeles tires, especially for small workshops in villages that do not yet have pneumatic system-based tools. With this tool, the tire removal process can be performed more quickly, safely, and without damaging other components, such as the rim or the tire itself
