    Permasalahan Tugas Akhir saya terkait dengan faktor keterlambatan penyandaran kapal yang di ageni oleh PT Seroja Jaya Agensi di Pelabuhan Wilmar Kuala Tanjung. Tujuan penelitian TA untuk mengetahui tentang faktor faktor penyebab keterlambatan penyandaran kapal yang di ageni oleh PT Seroja Jaya Agensi di pelabuhan Wilmar Kuala Tanjung. Untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh PT Seroja Jaya Agensi agar tidak terjadinya keterlambatan penyandaran kapal di pelabuhan Wilmar Kuala Tanjung. Guna mempermudah pemahaman dan memberikan gambaran rencana penyusunan Tugas Akhir (TA). Adapun penyusunan tersebut adalah halaman judul, tanda pengesahan abstrak (Indonesia), abstrak(Inggris), kata pengantar,Daftar isi, Bab I, latar belakang, tujuan dan kegiatan masalah, rumusan masalah, pembatasan masalah, sitematika penulisan, Bab II landasan teori, tinjauan teoritis, studi penelitian terdahulu, Bab III metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data, populasi dan sampel, jadwal penelitian, daftar pustaka, biodata penulis, lampiran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan penyandaran kapal yang di ageni ole PT Seroja Jaya Agensi di pelabuhan Wilmar Kuala Tanjung mengakibatkan biaya tambahan dan mendapatkan biaya tambahan

    This research explores the use of gimmicks as a marketing strategy by Meowingtonsco on Instagram, a popular social media platform. Meowingtonsco, a community and e-commerce site for cat lovers, employs unique and creative language to promote their cat-themed products. This study analyzes the use of gimmicks as a marketing strategy on the Instagram account of Meowingtonsco and their impact on customer engagement and brand perception. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data was collected through direct observation of the Instagram account. The instruments used include observation sheets to record the types of gimmicks, posting frequency, and follower responses. The results indicate that gimmicks such as giveaways and limited-time discounts effectively increase short-term user engagement but may harm brand trust if overused. This research provides insights for other brands in developing social media marketing strategies

    Parking is an important aspect in the sustainability and convenience of visitors to Pasar Baru Sungai Pakning. With the number of vehicles continuing to increase, efficient and effective parking management is an urgent need. With a good understanding of the factors affecting parking at Pasar Baru Sungai Pakning, it can be expected that there will be appropriate solutions to improve the quality of parking services and visitor experience at Pasar Baru Sungai Pakning. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the capacity of parking space requirements and determine what is the difference in parking requirements that have been analyzed at Pasar Baru Sungai Pakning. The method applied in this research is to conduct a direct survey to obtain the number of vehicles in and out of the Pasar Baru Sungai Pakning parking area. The results of the data processing that has been analyzed obtained the required parking needs are 63 (SRP) with the available parking space capacity of 163 (SRP), with this, the parking space at the New Market of Sungai Pakning can still accommodate vehicles. From the results that have been obtained, the difference between the available parking space and the required parking space is 131 (SRP) remaining

    Pengaruh Variasi Jenis Pendingin dan Kedalaman Potong pada Proses Bubut Dengan Material Baja St37 Terhadap Umur Pahat High Speed Steel(HSS)

    This research analyzes the effect of variations in coolant type and cutting depth in the turning process with ST 37 steel material on High Speed Steel (HSS) tool life. The aim of this research is to determine the cooling method and depth of cut that provides the best balance to increase tool life. This research used three variations of coolant: soluble oil and water with a ratio of 1:30, 1:40, and air (without coolant), as well as variations in cutting depth (0.5, 1, 1.5). Laboratory experimental methods with tool wear measurements and data analysis using the Taguchi method and Minitab software were applied. The research results show that variations in coolant type and depth of cut have a significant influence on HSS tool life. Cooling soluble oil and water with a ratio of 1:40 with a depth of 0.5 is most effective in reducing tool wear and increasing tool life that is 68.39 minute. Optimal cutting depth was also found to minimize tool wear. This research provides practical guidance for the manufacturing industry in selecting cooling methods and setting cutting depth to increase turning process efficiency and reduce production costs

    This research aims to develop an application for recommending safe and suitable skincare products for pregnant women. The application is built using the prototype method and implemented with the Python programming language using the Flask framework. The study encompasses product categories from Drw Skincare, including serums, toners, shampoos, body care products, facial washes, and creams. The system provides options for users to select categories of skincare ingredients they desire. The application issues warnings about skincare ingredients that should be avoided during pregnancy, such as retinol and specific acids. The end result is a list of recommended skincare products containing ingredients that align with the user's selected criteria. Each product is accompanied by comprehensive information about its ingredients and advice. Users can utilize search and advanced filtering features to find skincare products based on product types and brands. The application offers clear user guidance and an intuitive interface, enabling users to navigate and use the application comfortably. It is expected that this application can assist pregnant women in choosing safe and effective skincare products while providing a better understanding of skincare during pregnancy

    Bengkalis City is one of the islands surrounded by the sea, so geographically Bengkalis City is one of the islands that is prone to flooding. This is caused by high rainfall, especially those that often occur on road bodies, as is the case in the Wonosari area, especially in the intersection between Jl. Wonosari Barat, Jl. SDN 04 Damon, Bengkalis Regency. The methods used in hydrological analysis are Log Pearson III and rational methods, and the method for flood water levels in each drainage channel cross section is to use the HEC - RAS application. From the results of the calculations carried out, the 5-year plan channel discharge data was obtained, Jl. Wonosari west right = 2.9 m3 / sec and left 2.82 m3 / sec. Jl. Antara right = 3.599 m3 / second and left = 3.553 m3 / second. Jl. SDN 04 Damon right = 2.55 m3 /second and left = 2.5 m3 /second. Jl. Antara right end = 3.240 m3 / second and left = 3.274 m3 / second. And the drainage that cannot accommodate the discharge plan is Jl. Wonosari west sta 0+180 - 0+440, Jl. Antara sta 0+000 -sta 0+100, Jl.SDN 04 Damon sta 0+000 - 0+100, Jl. SDN 04 Damon sta 0+040 - 0+280, Jl. Antara end sta 0+080 - 0+100

    Kapal tugboat SJP 01 terus mengalami kerusakan yang mengakibatkan harus perubahan mesin di karenakan mesin tersebut terus mengalami kerusakan, pada awalnya kapal Menggunakan mesin 300x2 HP nissan diesel dengan tipe propeller B4-85 ke tipe mesin 600x2 HP dengan tipe propeller B4-70. Pada awalnya kecepatan kapal tugboat ini 10,5 knot menggunkan Tipe propeller B4-85 masing-masing propeller memberikan daya 5,5 knot namun setelah pergantian mesin tipe 600x2 HP menggunakan tipe propeller B4-70 hanya mendapatkan kecepatan 12 knot setelah dilakukan hanya meningkat sebesar 20 persen dari masing-masing propeller memberikan daya 6knot. Secara logika pergantian mesin dari mesin 300 ke 600 hp dapatkan kecepatan sebesar 2 kali lipat atau dari 10,5 menjadi 20 knot atau paling tidak 70%-80%. Oleh karena itu penulis memberikan rekomendasi propeller yang mberikan kecepatan maksimal yaitu tipe B4-40 yang memberikan daya sebanyak 17 knot yang mana dari masing-masing propeller memerikan daya sebayar 8,5 knot

    This research is conducted to investigate the influence of variation in temperature and oil quenching media on the Rockwell hardness of AISI 1040 and AISI 1042 steel with a thickness of 10 mm in the heat treatment process. The heat treatment process is widely used to increase the hardness and add carbon elements to steel that has low hardness and needs special treatment to increase its hardness. The research method used is an experimental method. This study uses oil quenching media with SAE W10-30. In this study, the heat treatment process uses temperature variations of 700, 800, and 900 °C and a holding time of 10 minutes. The highest increase in hardness occurs at a temperature of 900°C in the heat treatment process on AISI 1040 steel, which is 77.25 HRC to 96.45 HRC with an increase of 19.2 HRC or an average increase of 24.85%. The lowest increase in hardness value is at temperatures of 700 and 800°C in the heat treatment process on AISI 1042 steel, which is 85.1 HRC to 91.75 HRC with an increase of 6.65 HRC or an average increase of 7.81%
