Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Cafe Rumah Laut Bengkalis
This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe Rumah Laut Bengkalis. Product quality is one of the critical factors that can affect the level of customer satisfaction, which ultimately impacts customer loyalty and repeat purchase decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 50 respondents selected randomly from the customers of Cafe Rumah Laut Bengkalis. Data was collected through a questionnaire measured using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using simple linear regression.The results of the study indicate a positive and significant influence between product quality and customer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the products offered, the higher the level of satisfaction experienced by customers. These findings imply that cafe management should continue to improve product quality as a strategy to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
Pengaruh Variasi Menu terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Usaha KiraKira Cafe di Kabupaten Bengkalis
The cafe business is currently experiencing quite high growth in recent years. The significant increase in the number of cafes certainly triggers very strong competition. This research aims to analyze the factors that encourage consumers to make repeat purchases amidst intense cafe competition. The problem in this research is how menu variations influence consumer purchasing decisions. The objects in this research are customers or consumers of KiraKira Cafe with a sample of 100 people. The type of research used in this research is associative research by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. The test results show that menu variations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at KiraKira Cafe, meaning that the menu variation variable is one of the variables that can be used to measure purchasing decisions at KiraKira Cafe. The coefficient of determination (KD) is 0.654 or equal to 65.4%, which means that the influence of the independent variable menu variations on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions is 65.4%. So it can be said that 65.4% of the variables that influence purchasing decisions in the KiraKira Cafe business are menu variations, while the remaining 34.6% (100%-65.4%) are caused by variables other than menu variations which are not discussed in this research
Evaluasi Kinerja Ruas Menggunakan Metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023
With a population of 1,016,366 people in 2023, Pekanbaru City is included in 16 cities with above average economic growth in Indonesia. This can cause an increase in vehicle traffic volume. can be evaluated using (PKJI) in 2023. The Pekanbaru-Bangkinang highway, which connects the capital of Riau Province and Kampar Regency and is a route to West Sumatra, often experiences an increase in vehicle volume during holidays and has very busy activity. The aim of this research is to obtain the existing performance of the section using PKJI 2023.¬ and to carry out simulation results using Vissim Student Version on the Pekanbaru–Bangkinang Highway section. The analysis results from section calculations using (PKJI 2023) obtained a road capacity value of 3,672 cur/hour. and the degree of saturation (DJ) value for existing conditions is 0.56, conditions at the beginning of the year are 0.84, for conditions in the next 5 years it is 0.66 and for conditions in the next 10 years it is 0.84. So it can be concluded that the road section does not experience congestion. After reducing the value of the degree of saturation by means of improvements, either widening or other improvements. After repairs were carried out with a widening limit of 4 meters and the degree of saturation value on Thursday was 0.56

The problem experienced by Sungai Alam Village, Bengkalis District is that the decision-making process for social assistance recipients is still carried out manually, so it takes a long time so that it is not effective and efficient. Therefore, this research aims to develop a more efficient decision support system in distributing social assistance to the community. The
system will use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and is built using the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework, and MySQL as the database. Testing was conducted using Black Box to test the app's functionality. The result of testing the SPK application is to produce an application that provides the right recommendations for social assistance recipients, using the SAW method to ensure effective distribution and minimal errors

Indonesia is an archipelagic country, whose area borders directly on the sea. The main problem that affects the life of concrete and its safety is corrosion. To prevent corrosion, it is necessary to strengthen the concrete with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of CFRP reinforcement on increasing the post-corrosion beam shear strength. This research is an experimental research that focuses on shear strengthening of beams that experience corrosion in the shear bones (Sengkang) using a mixture of 3.5% NaCI and
accelerated corrosion using electric current (power supply) and then reinforced using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer composite material. (CFRP). The test specimen was made with dimensions of 0.15 x 0.25 x 1 m. The reinforcement used has a diameter of 6 and 13 mm. The results of the research and analysis, after the reinforcement was corroded, there was a
decrease in the shear load capacity and an increase in the shear load capacity after the concrete was reinforced. The maximum load on the control beam is 164KN with a deflection of 10.4 mm, the maximum load on the corroded beam is 96 KN with a deflection of 5.7 mm and on the reinforced concrete beam the maximum load is 162KN with a deflection of 11.15 mm. so that there is a reduction in shear failure and moments in reinforced concrete beams due to corrosion. Meanwhile, CFRP reinforced beams can increase shear strength compared to corrosion beams and are able to withstand shear forces that are almost the same as control beams. These results prove that the test objects and installation of CFRP comply with the ACI 440 standard, so it is still safe and can be used as a reference for strengthening beams

Technology has a big role in human life, especially in transportation technology. The increasing use of private cars as a means of transportation is one of the roles of technology. Technology also has a big role, especially in jobs requiring a fast process and a control system. One example that uses control system technology is car washing. Car washes are needed because of their efficiency in terms of time and energy spent, especially for middle-class and upper-class people who tend to prefer washing their cars to car washes compared to washing themselves. In this study, the authors designed a prototype of the Outseal PLC. This tool uses a conveyor to transport cars, Outseal PLC as the main brain and proximity sensors as object detectors. The test results of the automatic car wash system operate in accordance with by 5 stages, The test results of the automatic car wash system operate in accordance with 5 stages. The sprinkler pump, saponifying pump, rinsing pump, brushing motor and darkening motor are 100% functional. The process time when washing the car at watering for 19.17 seconds, saponification at 19.87 seconds, brushing at 29,95 seconds, rinsing at 19.39 seconds and wiping at 24,97 seconds. The water requirement for 20 seconds for watering, soaping and rinsing is 180.86 ml, with a flow rate of 0.01 L/second
