    Friction welding is one of the newest welding technologies where production costs are lower and the joints produced are also of good quality. By combining the heat caused by friction and pressure, two metals that are the same or dissimilar can be connected. This research will analyze the effect of Torque Pressure variations of 3, 4, and 5 N/mm on the Brinell hardness test and microstructure test on aluminum 6061 with a diameter of 14 mm. This research process involves varying the torque pressure of 3, 4 and 5 N/mm with a constant rotational speed of 1255 rpm and friction pressure of 2 N/mm. The results of Friction Welding at varying torque pressure of 3 N/mm in the Weld Zone area have the highest hardness value, namely amounting to 54.79 HB in the third specimen and the lowest value is in the second specimen, namely 51.05. From the microstructure results in the Weld Zone area, it looks like the grains are smooth and still good, but in the weld area it is not well connected and there are cracks in the weld core area. at a torque pressure variation of 5 N/mm in the Weld Zone area where the shape of the weld joint is homogeneous and the grains are smooth and even, resulting in a high hardness value compared to torque pressures of 3 and 4 N/mm. The highest hardness value is 61.22 HB in the first specimen and the lowest hardness value is in the second specimen, namely 58.82 HB

    Roro Bengkalis Port as the organizer, provider of shipping and crossing facilities plays a very important role in providing effective services to service users. The aim of this research is to measure the level of effectiveness of passenger services at the Bengkalis Roro port. The method used in collecting data uses observation methods, direct and indirect interviews (questionnaires) and documentation. The sampling technique used the Accidental Sampling technique and the sample used was 146 people. The results of this research are to determine the facilities and infrastructure that support the effectiveness of services provided by the port for the comfort of passengers/drivers such as ticket counters, queue lines, waiting rooms, children's playgrounds, prayer rooms, canteens, parks, rooms where mothers breastfeed. and CCTV cameras. The factors that hinder the effectiveness of services at Roro ports are: damage to the pier, bad weather conditions and limited personnel. and how to improve the effectiveness of services at the Bengkalis roro port, such as the port is currently developing an online ticketing system (E-Tikecting). With this online ticket system, it can reduce the number of queues that have increased at the Bengkalis roro port

This research uses quantitative methods by explaining in detail the process of issuing Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) billing and Certificate of Practice (COP) at PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Dumai Branch.     Previously in the Electrical Engineering building, especially the Lab. Interface Design and Programming, cannot know the use of electricity loads in real time. Thus, in this research a monitoring tool was designed that can identify and evaluate peak and lowest loads simultaneously. The results show that the peak load on Lab. Interface design occurred at 14:00 WIB, precisely on the 115th data, with a power of 128.40 Watts on Friday 09 August 2024, and peak load in the Lab. Programming occurred at 15:00 WIB, precisely on the 88th data, with a power of 103.90 Watts on Thursday 08 August 2024, while the lowest load was on the Lab. Interface and Lab Design. In programming, there is the same amount of power but at different times, namely 7.80-7.90 Watts and 49.30 Watts. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is a mathematical operation calculation technique used to transform analog signals into frequency-based digital signals. A load usage monitoring tool equipped with an SD card is used to collect data and store measurements of voltage, current, cos phi and power. The peak and lowest load usage times can be depicted on the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) graph. The data sent and stored will be processed using the Matlab application, so that the Matlab display will be in the form of a graph, so that the daily load usage on the building can be seen

    By 2025, Indonesia plans to increase the use of renewable energy by 25% and will continue to increase to 31% until 2050. The pattern of energy use in Indonesia needs to move from fossil energy to new-renewable energy. Permanent Magnet Generator (PMG) is one of the important parts of a renewable energy power source device that can be developed. This research will design and manufacture a rotor internal radial type magnetic flux power plant as an alternative source of electrical energy that is environmentally friendly and can reduce the use of fossil energy. The type of magnet used is neodymium N52 as many as 12 pieces with dimensions of 20 mm x 10 mm x 5 mm. The test results when given a lamp load of 3 watts at a speed of 500 rpm produced a voltage of 45.46 V, a line current of 0.011 A and a power of 0.50006 watts. When given a lamp load of 11 watts at a speed of 500 rpm, it produces a voltage of 58.60 V, a line current of 0.022 A and a power of 1.2892 watts. The percentage of error in the operation of the tool when loaded with a 3- watt lamp is 0.7%. Of the 10 attempts that have been made, the generator can work fine, with an error percentage of 0.7%
