The research objective of this final assignment is related to efforts to improve shipping safety regarding ship accidents in Bengkalis waters by KSOP class IV Bengkalis. The problems that will be discussed in this final assignment focus on the factors that cause ship accidents in Bengkalis waters by KSOP Class IV Bengkalis, the policies implemented by KSOP Class IV Bengkalis in efforts to increase shipping safety regarding ship accidents in Bengkalis waters and how to improve them. shipping safety against ship accidents in Bengkalis waters by KSOP Class IV Bengkalis. shipping safety, ships and ship accidents. Modifikasi Mata Pisau Pencacah Pakan Ternak Pada Unit Usaha Sarana Tani Bengkalis
Agriculture is a vital sector in the economy, with livestock as an integral part. Good feed management is important for the health and productivity of livestock. At Sarana Tani, goat and cattle farming requires proper feed processing technology. Modification of the chopper blade is required for suitable results, improving feed quality and quantity, and ensuring operational safety and comfort. In modifying the blade of the fodder chopper using ASTM steel. From the analysis of the fodder chopper with a capacity of 150 kg/hour and three trials, satisfactory results were obtained with a feed size of 1-3 cm, a rotation speed of 2600 Rpm, and a distance between the blades of 21 mm. This is compared to a blade spacing of 26 mm which produces 8-10 cm long shreds. The drive system of this chopping machine uses a diesel engine with a power of 7 pk, as well as two pulli as a connector, namely a 4-inch pulli on the motor and a 4-inch pulli on the drive shaft. The belt selection is in accordance with the calculation, using a type A V- belt with a size of 61 inches. The shaft used in this animal feed chopping machine is made of carbon steel with a diameter of 3 inches and a length of 50 cm. Using a 3-inch bering, and the test results show that the bering is suitable for use in animal feed chopping tools based on the load calculations that have been carried out.To get good chopping results, the engine rotation speed must be high and if the rotation is low, the chopping results will be rough. Lock the blade securely so that it does not change size when the machine is in use

In order to improve the welfare of it’s population, the government implements various programs to improve the welfare of the population, one of which is the direct cash assistance program. The process of selecting people who receive direct cash assistance in Wonosari Village is still running manually, namely from the RT/RW in the village area to sending data files from Wonosari Village. This causes the time used in the selection process to be a longer, and also the selection result not guaranteed to be transparent and free from nepotism practices. To overcome this, we need a system that can simplify the selection process, both in terms of time and terms in accuracy in Wonosari Village, in this case a decision support system supported by the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system development is also supported by the Rapid Application Development method as a system development method. From the calculation results by provided by the SAW method, recommendations for the names of communities receiving direct cash assistance were obtained based on ranking

The methods used include interviews and documentation analysis. This research was conducted from June to July 2024 and the place of this research was PT Pertamina Trans Continental Dumai Branch. The result of this study is that the implementation of preventing the presence of vectors on board ships in the agency of PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Dumai branch is running well, because the implementation of vector prevention on board is always controlled by the Port Health Office, the Agency of PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental Dumai branch and the ship itself

Flooding is an event or situation where an area or land is submerged because the volume of water increases. This research location is an area that is prone to flooding, due to high rainfall and high tides. So that the activities of the local community were disrupted because the only road access that residents used was flooded due to high tides. Therefore, it is necessary to research the analysis of flood water levels in the Berancah Village Area, on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Bantan District, due to the influence of tides and high rainfall intensity. Rancang Bangun Mesin Pengaduk Stik Nenas Kapasitas 25 Kg/Proses
BUMDesa Kuala Alam is a Village-Owned Enterprise located in Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis. This village has the potential of peatland utilized for pineapple cultivation, with about 10 hectares of previously non-productive land now planted with pineapples. However, BUMDesa faces challenges in the mixing process of pineapple stick dough, which is still done manually, taking a long time and causing fatigue. To increase production capacity to 20-25 kg of dough per cycle, a more efficient mixing machine is required. The machine is designed to mix 25 kg of pineapple dough per process, assessing the performance of the 25 kg capacity dough mixer. The designed pineapple stick dough mixer has a frame length of 113 mm, an outer container diameter of 35 mm, a shaft length of 115 cm, and is made with 3 mm thick stainless steel plates. The main driver is a 1-phase electric motor with a speed of 1400 rpm, a 1:60 WPA transmission (gearbox speed reducer), and a pulley with a 2-inch diameter, A25 v-belt, flat-shaped mixer blade chain and sprocket in a horizontal position, with a volume of 0.0010 m³. The machine testing results produced dough with good consistency; however, at maximum capacity (25 kg), some tests showed that the dough reached a uniform consistency, with the process taking 15 minutes for 25 kg

The design of an automatic mini compressor is to automatically fill the air on the freyon tube. The working system of this automatic mini compressor is designed using an air pressure sensor, with a tube capacity of 100 Psi, and when the air in the compressor drops to 40 Psi the compressor will turn back on. Presure transmitter is an air pressure sensor as a reader of the inlet and outgoing air. In this study, there are several results of automatic mini compressor testing experiments that are tested, namely the speed of filling air into freon tubes and then continuing the test on inflating motorcycle tires. Testing a 0-95 Psi air charge on a freon tube requires an estimated time of 5 minutes and 18 seconds. Because the capacity of the freon tube is 120 Psi, to avoid decongestion, I filled the capacity of the tube to 95 Psi. and the total value of % error in inflating motorbike tires obtained from the LCD and pressure gauge comparison test with a total of 7,9 %

One technology that can support the construction process is building information modeling (BIM). The aim of this research is to compare and analyze the difference in volume calculations using conventional methods and the BIM method. This research discusses the comparative calculation of the structural volume of a 2-story building starting from the foundation, beams, columns. The method used is to compare the concrete volume between conventional method calculations and the BIM method. The conventional method is carried out by calculating manually using AutoCAD while the BIM method is carried out using Autodesk Revit. BIM method calculations are more accurate and can minimize the occurrence of errors. Based on this research, the volume comparison value between conventional methods and BIM methods for foundation structures is 0%, sloof beam structures are 0%, pedestal column structures are 1%, column structures are 4%. %, and the total volume of concrete and reinforcement is 24

Electrical energy in spotlights in the Bengkalis State Polytechnic Electrical Engineering building is still inefficient, especially due to delays in turning off the spotlights. This causes energy waste and increases electricity costs. With basic electricity tariffs continuing to increase, an internet of things (IoT) based floodlight monitoring and control system is needed that can be accessed remotely to increase the efficiency of energy use and reduce electricity costs. The test results show that the total cost for three days is IDR 38,717 with a total energy consumption of 26,800 kWh. The comparison between measuring instruments is not much different or accurate with an average value of first day voltage error calculated at 0.47 %, accuracy of 99.53 %, average current error of 0.21 %, accuracy of 99.79 %, average the second day's voltage error was calculated at 0.22 %, the accuracy was 99.78 %, the average current error was 1.19 %, the accuracy was 98.81 %, the third day's average voltage error was calculated at 0.16 %, the accuracy was 99.84 %, average current error 0.71 %, accuracy 99.29 %
