    This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and store atmosphere on impulse buying with shopping emotion as an intervening variable at Mall SKA Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires and secondary data through document. The samples in this study were people who had visited or shopped at the Mall SKA Pekanbaru. The sampling technique this study was purpossive sampling of 100 respondent. Processing data study uses Application SPSS Program 25. The results of this research show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on shopping emotion, Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on shopping emotion. Promotion has no positive and significant effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, and shopping emotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Then promotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying through shopping emotion as an intervening variable, which is followed by store atmosphere having a positive and significant effect on impulse buying through shopping emotion as an intervening variable

    Grolen HP19R is an additive that can significantly reduce water use on concrete pavements, making it easier to work. The test results show that this system can be used and gives a better value with a total compressive strength value of Mpa.The method in this study, the researcher made a concrete mixture using SNI 03-2843:2000 with Grolen HP19R as an additive to the concrete mixture by 0.4% and then the amount of water was reduced starting from 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% of the amount of water in normal concrete. The concrete was treated for 3 days and 28 days and then tested to obtain slump values, compressive strength values and concrete fill weight.From the test results, it was obtained that the slump value on normal concrete was 7 cm. Meanwhile, the 5 variations added with the additive Grolen HP19R got the highest slump flow value of 58 cm in the normal concrete variation plus 0.4% Grolen HP19R. In addition, the concrete added by Grolen HP19R has a content weight between 2375.91 kg/m3 to 2351.22 kg/m3. For the results of concrete compressive strength obtained at the age of 3 and 28 days from the concrete added by Grolen HP19R with a reduction in the amount of water, the compressive strength increased along with the reduction of the amount of water and increased the slump value, and workability

    This study analyzes the effect of using variations of Grolen Hp19R and Sika Plastocrete RT-6 Plus additives in normal concrete of F'c 25 MPa. The resulting effect of mixing these two substances is where the Grolen Hp19R substance has high workability and to maintain the workability, Sika Plastocrete RT�6 Plus is used which can slow down the hardening process of concrete. The method used in this test is to make concrete mixture using SNI 03-2843-2000 for concrete quality 25 MPa. The study used cylindrical specimens measuring 10 x 20 cm with a percentage of soaking time at the age of 28 days. The results showed that the slump flow value generated from the percentage of Sika Plastocrete RT-6 Plus 0.3% substance added to Grolen Hp19R ranging from 0.2% to 1% ranged from 385 to 610 mm. It can be concluded that as the percentage of Grolen Hp19R additive use increases in concrete using Sika Plastocrete RT-6 Plus, the greater the slump value obtained. The results of the concrete content weight test show that the increasing percentage of the use of Grolen Hp19R additives in concrete using Sika Plastocrete RT-6 Plus, the smaller the value of the resulting content weight. The average compressive strength of normal concrete was 25.29 MPa, BN+SP 0.3%+GR 0.2% was 26.05 MPa, BN+SP 0.3%+GR 0.4% was 28.08 MPa, BN+SP 0.3%+GR 0.6% was 24.94 MPa, BN+SP 0.3%+GR 0.8% was 20.19 MPa, and BN+SP 0.3%+GR 1% was 17.93 MPa. The highest compressive strength value was found in the combination of Sika Plastocrete RT6 Plus 0.3%+Grolen Hp19R 0.4% which amounted to 28.08 MPa

    Nowadays, building construction really requires concrete construction as the main structure in construction. Not only in terms of strength, concrete also has the characteristic that it is quite easy to make, therefore concrete is the main choice for building construction. Cement is a binding material in concrete and is the most expensive material that makes up concrete. One of the efforts made by suppliers to save production costs is to reduce the amount of cement and add addictive substances. The method used in this research is the concrete compressive strength method. The preparation of Master Rheobuild 6 mixed concrete in this study was 120 cylindrical samples 10 x 20 cm with a curing age of 7, 14 and 28 days with variations of normal concrete without mixture and concrete with 20% cement reduction without mixture and with a mixture of Master additives. Rheobuild 6 is 1.5% of the normal amount of concrete cement, 5%, 10% and 15% water reduction and 5%, 10% and 15% water addition. The planned concrete quality is 25 Mpa. The results of the research, with normal concrete compressive strength of 30.27 Mpa, variations in water reduction of 15% aged 28 days produce a compressive strength of 26.33 Mpa. The use of additives as additional ingredients in the concrete mixture increases the strength of the concrete by reducing water by 15%

    Concrete is the main choice in the construction industry because of its strength which is able to withstand fiber loads and is resistant to weather and extreme environmental conditions. In this research, concrete uses type F addictive substances, namely (High Range Water Reducing, High Range Admixtures). Thismaterial functions to increase workability so that it can increase the slump value of the concrete and increase the compressive strength of the concrete at its initial age. The method used in this test is to make a concrete mixture using the Grolen HP19R additive with additional doses of 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1%. Concrete that is treated by soaking for 3 days and 28 days is then tested to obtain the compressive strength and weight of the concrete. What this research wants to achieve is the slump value, unit weight and compressive strength of concrete.The effect of adding the Grolen HP19R additive is that it can increase the slump value. Apart from the slump value, the density of concrete at the age of 3 days with variations in the addition of Grolen HP19R 0.2%, 0.4% 0.6% and 1% has a greater value compared to normal concrete and for the 0.8% variation it has a value which is smaller than normal concrete. For the results of testing the compressive strength of concrete at 3 days and 28 days for variations in the addition of the Grolen HP19R additive, the compressive strength value is small compared to normal concrete,however, for variations of 0.6% and 0.8%, the compressive strength value is close to normal concrete

    In the increasingly advanced era of industrial revolution 4.0, continuous innovation and improvement in various sectors is very necessary, including in the industrial automation sector. In order to support this progress, the author seeks to utilize intelligent technology, namely Arduino Uno, to control the speed of the DC motor in the vehicle's power window system. Arduino Uno is an ATmega328 based microcontroller board which has the ability to control digital and analog input/output. This project aims to regulate the rotational speed of the DC motor on the power window motor using Arduino Uno and a touch sensor. The design process includes component selection, Arduino program creation, assembly, and tool testing. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a real contribution to automation technology and provide practical benefits in regulating DC motor speed in various industrial and household applications.The results of the design of the tool found the following data, namely the motor torque was 10.19 N, the lifting speed time of the glass replica was 0.0986 m/s, the power required was 0.6626 W, and the force required to lift the glass replica was 6. 72 N. From the results obtained it is known that the torque produced by the power window motor is sufficient to lift the power window glass replica made of acrylic

    The selection of campus ambassadors at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis is one of the activities carried out annually. The selection of campus ambassadors aims to prepare the best students to become student representatives in internal and external campus activities. The campus ambassador assessment process is carried out in three stages, namely pre-quarantine, quarantine and grand final. A website-based Decision Support System for campus ambassador finalist candidates is needed to help the committee and judges in the finalist selection process to be faster and more accurate. This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which has weights on each criterion. The result of applying the SAW method to the system is to display rankings that can help in determining the campus ambassador finalist champion. From 31 field data, the application of the SAW method on this system has an accuracy of 96,6%. The software development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP)

One of the protection systems used for the induction motor is the Thermal Overload Relay (TOR). It acts as an overload controller so that the motor does not suffer damage while operating and so that it does not burn.
