Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme,perkembangan dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap implementasi dari penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) Dalam Pembayaran Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) Di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini bersifat Deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari dokumentasi, wawancara dan kusioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Penerapan QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran PBB-P2 di Kabupaten Bengkalis membawa efisiensi dan peningkatan penerimaan pajak. Meskipun adopsi positif dengan kontribusi QRIS mencapai 6,9873% pada tahun ketiga, masih ada kendala teknis seperti server error dan rusaknya barcode QRIS. Sebagian besar masyarakat mengetahui dan menggunakan QRIS, namun beberapa masih merasa kurang nyaman. Sosialisasi intensif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan mengatasi kendala teknis, sementara kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data juga perlu diatasi
An Analysis on Service Improvement for Exporters and Importers in Processing International Trade Documents based on Customs-Excise Information System Automation (CEISA 4.0) at the Pontianak Customs and Excise Office
Full text linkThis research aims to determine the implementation, potential benefits and functionality, potential obstacles or challenges, and solutions of the Customs-Excise Information System Automation (CEISA 4.0). This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that is explained systematically and described precisely and clearly. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the application of CEISA 4.0 in processing international trade documents can be implemented at the Pontianak Customs and Excise Office. In carrying out technological developments, Pontianak Customs and Excise has been able to implement a technology-based international trade document processing system to increase efficiency, accuracy, and speed in processing international trade documents for exporters and importers. The potential benefits of CEISA 4.0 suggest a positive shift towards a more effective and interconnected customs ecosystem. The challenges faced in implementing CEISA 4.0 are the transition from the old system to the new system and technical obstacles during document processing. The solution offered is to focus on increasing HR knowledge and responsiveness to the needs of service user

Full text linkThis research aims to find out the agenda-setting communication used by @g20org at the G20 India Summit and how the @g20org account creates public awareness of the public agenda, media and policies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection used is observation and documentation. The results showed that the strategy in the public approach, the G20 India Summit focused on tourism, environmental sustainability, and also parliamentary cooperation. In the media approach, the @g20org account in its strategy also informs the agenda for the summit and discusses the main issues that will be discussed. In the policy approach, the account reports on issues important for policy making and problem solving. This approach raises awareness of the importance of G20 parliamentary cooperation and helps in policy making.The issues that are often discussed in the G20 India Summit are about international economic cooperation and sustainable development, the importance of overcoming global challenges, and the importance of parliamentary cooperation (P20) in the G20 Summit in discussing global issues can also increase awareness of the importance of G20 parliamentary cooperation

This research aims to investigate the document requirements needed in the export process, as well as carry out an in-depth analysis of export calculations involving financial, tax and customs aspects. Through a literature review and data analysis approach, this research aims to provide comprehensive guidance for business players and related stakeholders in navigating the complexity of rules and regulations related to exports. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insights, strengthen compliance, and increase the efficiency of the export process, thereby encouraging sustainable economic growth
Pengaruh Kualitas Hasil Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Alfa Studio Foto Bengkalis (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Kecamatan Bengkalis)
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze how the quality of results affects customer satisfaction at Alfa Studio Foto. The type of research used is associative. The population in this study is the people of Bengkalis sub-district who have used the services of Alfa Studio Foto. The sampling technique used in this study was Nonprobability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents. Data were collected in the form of questionnaires and analyzed using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and linearity), simple correlation tests, simple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that the quality of the results has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t_count> t_table value of 7.454> 1.984. The effect of quality of results on customer satisfaction Alfa Studio Foto Bengkalis is 36.2% and the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study
