    This study aims to determine Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) at the Dumai State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) for a period of 3 (three) years, from 2020 to 2022, and the administration of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) derived from Auction Fees at the Dumai State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach. This research data was obtained from the Dumai State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). The data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The results showed that the development of PNBP on Auction Duty carried out by the KPKNL in increasing auction duties was optimally carried out. Even though in 2021 the revenue for the auction duty target did not reach realization, in 2022 KPKNL Dumai had reached the realization of the set target, and the auction was in the highest selling status. In administering the auction money, KPKNL has carried out procedures in accordance with the legal basis used, namely the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 213/PMK.06/2020 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Auctions and further regulates the administration carried out by KPKNL in the Regulation of the Director General of State Assets Number 2/KN/2022 concerning Guidelines for Auction Administration at the State Wealth and Auction Service Office

    This Project aims to to find out the production activities, marketing and the barriers on the business of Boba Kuys Bengkalis. Data analysis used in this Project is qualitative descriptive analysis.The method of the project begun from preparation, Preparation, Implementation and Accomplishment. The result of the project are to produce boba kuys, the researchers used some materials and equipment used to produce a qualitative boba, such as sugar aren, flour and food dye and flavourings and even used fruits to suit the desired flavours. The marketing strategy and sale of boba kuys in addition to being implemented in a fixed stand, namely at the Stadiun Panglima Minal Bengkalis, the sale is also done by following events such as CFN/CFD. The barriers in production of boba cookies is the ability of the seller to produce boba that is quality according to the customer's demands. In terms of marketing, the constraints that we face are price competition, location, service and brand image issues that are still unrecognized by the public

    Determining hotel room rates is a very important decision. To be able to control hotel room rates, the hotel really needs an appropriate accounting system, especially in calculating costs that are useful in producing accurate cost information regarding the cost of its service activities. Traditional methods are considered less accurate in determining hotel room rates. So an accurate method is needed in determining hotel room rates, namely the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method. The purpose of this study is to apply the Activity Based Costing method in determining hotel room rates and then compare the determination of hotel room rates with the cost of rooms issued by the hotel, in determining existing hotel room rates. The hotel is Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, emphasizing on descriptive analysis. The data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation techniques. The results showed that the room rates set through Activity Based Costing resulted in room rates that were overcosting (too high) compared to the rates set by the hotel. So that the Activity Based Costing method is not suitable to be applied at Mona Plaza Hotel. But overall the Activity Based Costing method is accurate in determining room rates

    Seminar On Improving Entrepreneurship Spirits Of Export Business (Marketing Aspects)

    This seminar aims to support the development of the abilities of students and the general public in understanding more deeply the concept of entrepreneurship in the export business, as well as providing clear insight into strategies and best practices in the Export Business. Organizing seminars was chosen as a method because it was considered more effective in delivering and receiving material. The main objective of this final project is to organize a Seminar on increasing the entrepreneurial spirit in the export business. The steps taken include searching for and determining sponsor criteria, determining promotional tools such as brochures, advertisements and banners, planning and realizing the promotional budget, as well as identifying obstacles that may arise during implementation. This process includes finding solutions to overcome obstacles that arise, and finally, evaluating seminar activities through feedback from participants. There were 132 seminar participants, the project results show that the technical aspects of job promotion can be divided into several stages, including searching for project sponsors, determining promotion tools, determining promotion budgets, identifying obstacles, finding solutions to overcome obstacles, and launching the project through participant feedback

The data collection technique used is Interview, document. This type of research is descriptive research is data collected in the form of words, sentences or pictures. In this research, the 4P marketing mix is used, namely product, price, place, promotion. In terms of product innovation, Sehatea also produces derivative products from drinks which produce mocktail syrup drinks with various flavors. Sehatea made changes to product sales prices in order to compete. in promoting Sehatea using offline and online communication, offline communication by mouth to mouth and online promotion using various social media.     Along with the times and technology, people's desire to use motorbikes in their daily activities continues to increase from time to time. This can be proven by the large number of motorbikes around us, especially in the Bengkalis Regency area. Data from the official website of the Indonesian National Police shows that the number of motorized vehicles in Riau Province in the Bengkalis Regency area in 2024 reached 335,674 units greater than the number of other vehicles, In the automotive world to improve engine performance can be obtained by maximizing the distribution of power to the wheels. This can be done by maximizing the performance of the transmission system which will affect the power distributed from the engine to the wheels optimally, therefore it is necessary to innovate about optimizing the power transfer system in the automatic transmission system, so as to achieve large power and increased acceleration. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the use of roller weight variations of 11 grams, 12 grams, 13 grams, 14 grams, and 15 grams has on the speed on a 155 cc Injection motorcycle. The test was carried out using the Dynotester tool by replacing the CVT roller according to the weight to be tested alternately, then preparing the Dynotester tool and adjusting it then starting to pull the motorcycle gas from a low rpm of 1500 rpm to 9000 rpm. The results of the test were processed using the taguchi method minitab application which showed that the roller weight with a weight of 11 grams was the best to use

    A Feasibility Study Of Bumdes in the Bengkalis District (Case Study at Bumdes Unggul Sari, Wonosari Village)

    BUMDES Unggul Sari is a business entity belonging to Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province that has business units, one of which is a savings and loan business unit. The savings and loan business unit at BUMDES Unggul Sari only provides loans to Wonosari Village residents with a minimal loan of IDR 5,000,000 and a maximal of IDR 60,000,000, with a minimal loan term of 1 year and a maximal of 5 years, where the length of the loan is determined based on the borrower's ability. The research results show that BUMDES Unggul Sari savings and loan business unit was declared viable financially with a Payback Period (PP) of 8.5 years (feasible). Net Present Value (NPV) IDR I71,672,418.77 (feasible). The Profitability Index (PI) 1,5 (feasible). However, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 11% < MARR 13,25% the savings and loan business unit at BUMDES Unggul Sari is not oriented towards the benefits of BUMDES Unggul Sari management in terms of material, but rather to improve the economic development of MSMEs in Wonosari Village community. In this case, the researcher is neutral, and IRR is not the main factor in the feasibility study of the savings and loan business unit at BUMDES Unggul Sari

    Development in the field of structures is currently experiencing very rapid progress, which is taking place in various fields, for example buildings, bridges, towns and so on. Concrete is one choice as a structural material in building construction. Master Rheobuild 6 is an additive for concrete mixtures which functions as a partial replacement for cement and aims to improve the quality of concrete. The method used in this research is the concrete compressive strength method. In this study, 90 samples were made of a mixture of Master Rheobuild 6 substances in the form of cylinders 10 x 20 cm with a curing age of 7, 14 and 28 days with variations of normal concrete without, concrete with 5%, 10% water addition and 5%, 10% water reduction. % and 15%. with the addition of Master Rheobuild 6 additive as much as 1.5% of the normal amount of concrete cement. The planned concrete quality is 35 Mpa. The results of the research, with normal concrete compressive strength of 11.55 Mpa, variations in reducing water aged 28 days produce a compressive strength of 32.19 Mpa. The use of addictive substances as additional ingredients in the concrete mixture increases the strength of the concrete by reducing water by 15%

    Efficient and safe operation of roadblocks is an important aspect in today's road infrastructure management. This design aims to design and develop a roadblock operating tool using a DC electric motor with a remote control system. Against the background of the need for a more sophisticated and reliable system, this tool is expected to be able to increase traffic efficiency and safety. The design methods used include direct observation at the location, problem identification through case studies at Bengkalis State Polytechnic, literature review related to the latest technology, concept formulation, and preliminary design based on predetermined technical specifications. This tool is designed to overcome the weaknesses of manual operations which are prone to human error and require more time. The results of this design show that the road barrier operating tool using a DC electric motor is able to reduce operational time significantly, with an average time for opening the road barrier of only 8.14 seconds and closing 11.13 seconds compared to the manual method which takes more than 100 seconds. second. This tool can also be operated using a remote with a maximum distance of 30 meters, enabling better monitoring and quick response to traffic changes. The benefits of developing this tool include reduced human labor requirements, consistent improvement in road safety, and long-term operational cost savings. It is hoped that the results of this design can be a meaningful contribution in efforts to increase the effectiveness of road infrastructure management in various contexts
