    Prediksi Energi Pada Panel Surya Offgrid 400 WP Menggunakan Software PVsyst

    Kinerja pada sistem panel surya dipengaruhi oleh letak geografis dan jenis dari modul panel surya yang digunakan. Sistem panel surya akan mengubah radiasi sinar matahari menjadi listrik. Penyinaran matahari pada daerah Jawa Barat 65,51% dan dan potensi energi matahari di Indonesia mencapai 4,8 kWh/m2 per hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi energi yang dibutuhkan untuk mensuplai beban pompa air DC 100 Watt pada kebun hidroponik. Rancangan disimulasikan dengan software PVsyst dengan empat panel surya polycrystalline dengan kapasitas masing-masing 100 Wp yang disusun secara paralel. Selain itu juga dilakukan analisis perspektif plotting untuk mengetahui pengaruh pergerakkan matahari dan orientasi plotting untuk besar produksi energi listrik yang dihasilkan. Dari hasil simulasi yang didapatkan energi yang dibutuhkan beban sebesar 884,76 kWh/tahun. Sedangkan energi dari PLTS yang disuplai ke beban sebesar 504 kWh/tahun. Sehingga ada missing energy sebesar 380,76 kWh/tahun. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasian kombinasi suplai daya dengan sumber lain. Selain itu, sistem PLTS dapat dikategorikan cukup baik dengan nilai rasio SF yang didapatkan sebesar 0,57 dan nilai rata-rata rasio performa sebesar 0,653 dengan nilai diatas 0,7 pada bulan Februari, November dan Desember

    This intersection was formed as a result of the opening of toll road access, so careful planning is required to avoid any potential problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of the RE Martadinata Road in Ciputat because of access to the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road, as well as the performance of the signalized intersection formed as a result of the toll access. The research process starts with field data collecting and analysis using the PKJI 2014. The examination of the 2/2TT road section's results reveals that the Ciputat and Pondok Cabe sections had the greatest saturation levels at 1,28 and 1,54, respectively. With the degree of saturation on Ciputat route 0,72 and 0,76 on Pondok Cabe route, the road is enlarging to 4/2T on the Pondok Cabe portion. The analysis of signalized junctions with the initial assumption of three phases complete and without the influence of bus pool traffic produced results with a degree of saturation in the north of 0,98 and a degree of saturation in the south of 1,11. The degree of saturation on the North half was 0,58 after the solution of changing APILL to two phases, setting green time, shifting the bus pool, and not turning right. With the influence of pool bus traffic, a saturation degree of 1,10 was obtained in the south part of 0,97, having completed the solutions for the South part of 0,60. With the influence of pool bus traffic, the Western portion of 0,96 reached a saturation level of 1,37, After completing of the West section of 0,46 solutions. The degree of saturation on the South section rises to 0,94 in the fourth year. To ensure that it still complies with the intersection's qualifying conditions, a review is required

    Aspects of building construction are impacted by population increase, technological advancements, and the growing needs of the community. Existing buildings may be converted to serve new purposes in an effort to meet space needs, particularly in key areas. The Barea Karawaci Foundation house of worship building, located in Tangerang City, has a structure that ranges in height from four to six stories, and its usage has changed from that of a shophouse to a place of worship. This is a choice since it is quicker to execute and more financially lucrative. After adding floors and modifying a room's purpose, the inspection of the existing structure is done using the ETABS program and manually computed against the fulfillment of the regulations' requirements. The same is done for reinforcement with concrete jacketing. By enlarging the beam's size from 200x400 to 400x500, adding 6D19 flexural reinforcement, and adding 10 shear reinforcement at intervals of 90 to 200 mm, the beam is strengthened. Column reinforcement is done by enlarging the column from 200x600 to 400x800, adding 18D13 and 14D13 reinforcement, and adding D10 shear reinforcement at distances ranging from 78 mm to 200 mm

    ANALISIS KEKUATAN BEKISTING ALUKO PADA PROYEK APARTEMEN KINGLAND AVENUE SERPONG

    Formwork is a tool for molding concrete to the desired size and shape. The implementation of the formwork in the Kingland Avenue Serpong Apartment construction project uses all-in-one formwork. The structural implementation system in the formwork of columns, beams, and floor slabs is carried out together. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the strength of the formwork on beams, columns, and floor slabs on the Kingsland Avenue Apartment Project. Data collection techniques using literature study, field visits, and interviews are used to achieve the objectives of this paper. The overall strength analysis of the Aluko formwork results supports the working loads and does not exceed the allowable stresses and deflections. Based on the results of the analysis, the column strength at the wall panel bending stress is 98.32 N/mm2, and the deflection strength is 0.98 mm. The results of the analysis showed that the strength of the beam and floor slab at the deck panel bending stress was 48.16 N/mm2, and the deflection strength was 3.17 mm. The solution is using straightforward construction for Rusun/Rusunawa. The alternative to these problems is precast construction. The method of loading test is referred to ASTM C78.     Peningkatan Pengetahuan Serta Keterampilan Penulangan dan Pengecoran Pada Masyarakat Candi Kuning, Tabanan, Bali

    Reinforced concrete is the most widely used structure compared to steel or wood. Reinforced concrete is generally very easy to work with. The material is very easy to get. It's so easy, it's often done by workers who don't have knowledge and skills about concrete structures. This condition is exacerbated by building owners who do not pay attention to the details of reinforced concrete structures. The owner does not want to pay for the planning consultant or supervisor. The combination of these causes the condition of the building to be not in a safe condition even though in reality there are still many buildings that are being worked on haphazardly and are still in good condition. In the rules of Civil Engineering where safety is the main thing, the conditions above must be corrected. One of the efforts of the academic community to improve this situation is to implement a Community Service Program (PKM) in the form of Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for construction workers. This Bimtek is filled with the provision of theory and practice. The theory presented is knowledge about reinforcement and concrete constituent materials. While the practice consists of working on reinforcement: cutting, bending and assembling reinforcement. For concrete practice consists of mixing and casting concrete. From this Bimtek, the construction workers understand and able to do reinforcement, mix and pour concrete properly. It is hoped that after attending this Bimtek, the construction workers will be able to apply their knowledge and skills to the projects they are working on in order to obtain a good reinforced concrete structure. In its implementation, this Bimtek received a good reception from the Perbekel and the community. In his speech, the Perbekel of Candi Kuning Village hoped that the masons who had attended this Bimtek would become pioneers of correct concrete structure work, be able to increase competitiveness and get increased wages. Beton bertulang secara umum sangat mudah dikerjakan. Terkadang pemilik bangunan yang tidak mengindahkan detail dari struktur beton bertulang. Kombinasi dari hal tersebut menyebabkan kondisi gedung tidak dalam keadaan aman walaupun pada kenyataannya masih banyak gedung yang dikerjakan serampangan hingga kini masih dalam keadaan baik. Pada kaidah ilmu Teknik Sipil di mana keamanan adalah hal yang utama maka kondisi di atas harus diperbaiki. Salah satu upaya civitas akademika untuk memperbaiki keadaan itu adalah dengan melaksanakan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) kepada para pekerja konstruksi. Hasil dari bimtek ini para tukang menjadi mengerti, memahami dan dapat mengerjakan penulangan, mencampur dan mengecor beton dengan benar. Diharapkan setelah bimtek ini para tukang dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya pada proyek-proyek yang dikerjakannya sehingga diperoleh struktur beton bertulangan yang baik. Pada pelaksanaannya, bimtek ini mendapat sambutan yang baik dari perbekel dan masyarakat. Perbekel Desa Candi Kuning dalam sambutannya mengharapkan para tukang yang telah mengikuti Bimtek ini menjadi pionir pekerjaan struktur beton yang benar, mampu meningkatkan daya saing dan mendapatkan peningkatan upah kerja.     Banking institution becomes the main pillar in the implementation of state development activities, therefore the provision of bank credit must pay attention to the risks that will arise, but not only limited to legal risks. Provision of bank credit must be accompanied by the provision of guarantees to carry out security from a legal perspective .In addition to asking for guarantees from customers, bank must also look at the collateral priority scale that will be the guarantee. By making fixed asset collateral as the main scale in granting credit, it is a good first step to mitigate risks, because if the customer defaults on the promise (wanprestasi), the bank gets a reimbursement from the sale (auction) of the collateral goods. However, if the bank makes individual collateral as the main collateral without the inclusion of fixed asset collateral, then the level of risk of granting credit is very high at the time the customer defaults on the promise, so the execution process cannot be instantaneous through the sale (auction) considering that individual collateral does not have a special position. The execution of individual collateral can only be done if there is a court decision with permanent legal force. Pemberian kredit bank harus disertai dengan pemberian jaminan untuk melakukan pengamanan  dari segi hukum. Selain meminta jaminan dari nasabah, perbankan juga harus melihat skala prioritas agunan yang akan menjadi jaminan, dengan menjadikan agunan fixed asset menjadi skala utama dalam pemberian kredit, merupakan langkah awal yang baik untuk memitigasi risiko, karena apabila nasabah ingkar janji (wanprestasi), bank mendapat penggantian dari penjualan (lelang) atas barang jaminan, tetapi jika bank menjadikan jaminan perorangan sebagai jaminan utama tanpa penyertaan agunan fixed asset maka tingkat risiko pemberian kredit tersebut sangat tinggi, pada saat nasabah ingkar janji maka proses eksekusi tidak bisa seketika melalui penjualan (lelang) mengingat jaminan perorangan tidak memiliki kedudukan istimewa, eksekusi jaminan perorangan baru dapat dilakukan jika sudah ada putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap.     In producing an output, the accounting information system (AIS) will depend on Reliability of AIS System which supports the processes that occur in one or more of the applications used. These processes include computing, sorting, classifying, and summarizing. To guarantee that the process is accurate, precise, and error-free, a reliable accounting information system is needed. The aim of this research is to identify what factors or indicators that  management needs to pay attention to ensure that AIS can produce accurate, precise, and trustworthy output. This research uses a literature study approach, meaning reviewing various literature related to System Reliability and identifying indicators to determine how to measure the reliability of a system. The results are indicators to identify whether the AIS is reliable or not to produce AIS’s output.Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, this shows that an opportunity for Islamic banks to continue to grow in the Indonesian banking industry. This study was conducted to examine the effect of product quality, customer experience, brand identity, brand reputation, advertising and marketing, social responsibility, and competition on building the digital brand image of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Sampling was done with accidental sampling technique. Research data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of research based on SEM-PLS analysis show that brand identity, social responsibility, and competition have a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Bank Syariah Indonesia. While product quality, customer experience, brand reputation, advertising and marketing have a negative effect on the brand image of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to be useful for Bank Syariah Indonesia in developing strategies to build the company's brand image

    BIM's Contribution as A Sustainable Construction Accelerator

    Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a technological tool used in the sustainable construction process, beginning with the planning phase and continuing through the construction and post-construction phases. BIM has excellent capabilities and is being adopted by construction service providers in the process of implementing sustainable construction. However, many barriers remain in the adoption process, particularly with regard to the intention to use it. The purpose of this study was to determine the intention to implement BIM based on the variables of benefits and barriers. In order to parse the phenomena that occur in research, this study employed a quantitative method. Survey data in the form of a questionnaire were collected from the Special Region of Yogyakarta using a purposive sampling method for this study. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Form to respondents from the construction sector (Civil & Architectural Engineering) and BIM application users (students, workers). The findings of this study have provided an overview of the challenges and benefits of implementing BIM in sustainable construction. The barriers presented are financial, technological, and policy barriers, depending on the company's classification, while the benefits presented are environmental benefits and innovation

    Modifikasi Rancangan Mesin Auto Button Insert Menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment

    The development of industrial machinery is advancing with the progress of technology, especially in improving efficiency and product quality. PT. X is one of the electrical component production companies in Indonesia and is continuously striving for machine efficiency in its production. PT. X is developing one of its production machines, namely the auto button insert machine, as a pick and place machine in the assembly of temperature controllers. Modifying the design of the machine aims to reduce the cycle time for each product. Shortening the cycle time can result in one machine accommodating the needs of two new assembly lines that will be created. The previous machine's cycle time, which was 35 seconds per product, is shortened to 17 seconds using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method as the approach for designing the new machine. As a result, the cycle time reduction for this machine is 51%.Pengembangan mesin industri semakin maju dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi terutama pada peningkatan efisiensi dan kualitas produk. PT. X merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil produksi komponen elektrik di Indonesia dan terus mengupayakan keefisienan  mesin dalam produksinya. PT. X melakukan pengembangan salah satu mesin produksinya yakni pada mesin auto button insert sebagai mesin pick and place dalam perakitan temperature controller. Memodifikasi rancangan mesin tersebut bertujuan untuk mengurangi waktu siklus tiap produk. Mempersingkat waktu siklus dapat menghasilkan satu mesin yang dapat menanggung kebutuhan dua assembly line baru yang akan dibuat. Waktu siklus mesin yang sebelumnya berjalan 35 detik tiap produk, dipersingkat menjadi 17 detik dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) sebagai metode perancangan mesin baru. Sehingga penurunan cycle time pada mesin ini menurun sebesar 51%
