    Microstrip Res are a popular type of antenna widely used in wireless communication systems due to their compact size, light weight, and ease of fabrication. This study focuses on the design and characterization of a flower patch microstrip antenna with combination circular ring element, operating at a frequency of 2.4 GHz for WiFi application. The design process was performed using full-wave electromagnetic simulation software to obtain optimum parameters, including return loss, Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR), and radiation pattern. Simulation results show the antenna achieved a return loss of 39.22 dB and a VSWR of 1.022, indicating good impedance matching to the 50 Ω system. The antenna was subsequently fabricated and tested using a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) to verify the simulation results. The measurement results revealed an impedance value of 57.64 Ω, with a difference of approximately 7.6 Ω from the ideal value. This discrepancy is attributed to factors such as physical realization tolerance, dimensional variations, and fluctuations in the substrate's dielectric constant. Overall, the designed antenna exhibits good performance and shows potential for use as a WiFi antenna.

    The application of mortar is generally intended for non-structural work such as wall plastering, brick adhesive, mortar on river stone foundations, plastering for ceramic installation, brick, paving block, concrete pipes, rosters, and others. Mortar is widely used as a construction material because its ingredients are easily obtainable, and it is simple to work with. The quality of mortar is influenced by its constituent materials, the use of ingredients that meet the required specifications will result in good quality mortar. This study aims to determine the physical characteristics of fine aggregate and fly ash on K-50 mortar and the effect of adding fly ash on the compressive strength of K-50 mortar. The research methodology used is experimental, where experiments are conducted by manipulating or controlling natural conditions through the creation of artificial conditions. The test results of fine aggregate characteristics, including sieve analysis, density, specific gravity, water content, and quartz sand waste meet the specifications and suitable for use in mortar mixtures. The characteristics of fly ash obtained specific gravity of 2.436, loose content weight of 1.576 gr / cm3 and compacted content weight of 1.665 gr / cm³. The effect of adding fly ash on the compressive strength of K-50 mortar was examined for mixture ratios of 1Pcc: 3Psr, 1Pcc: 4Psr, 1Pcc: 5Psr, 1Pcc: 6Psr fly ash addition of 5% and 10%. The results show that the greater the amount of fly ash used, the higher the compressive strength of the mortar. The maximum compressive strength for 5% fly ash is 128.80 kg/cm², while for 10% fly ash it is 179.20 kg/cm², both achieved at the 1Pcc: 3Psr mixture ratio.Penerapan mortar lebih cenderung pada pekerjaan non-struktural seperti plesteran dinding, perekat pasangan batu bata, spesi pada pondasi batu kali, plesteran pada pemasangan keramik,batako,paving block buis beton,roster dan sebagainya. Mortar banyak digunakan sebagai material konstruksi karena kemudahan dalam memperoleh bahan-bahan penyusunannya serta kemudahan dalam pengerjaannya. Kualitas mortar dipengaruhi oleh bahan-bahan penyusunnya, penggunaan bahan penyusun yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi akan menghasilkan mortar dengan mutu yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengujian karakteristik fisik agregat halus dan abu terbang (fly ash) terhadap mortar K-50 dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penanambahan abu terbang (fly ash) terhadap kuat tekan mortar K -50. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental. Dimana eksperimental merupakan penelitian yang memanipulasi atau mengontrol situasi alamiah dengan cara membuat kondisi buatan (Artificial Condition). Hasil pengujian karakteristik agregat halus berupa pengujian analisa saringan, berat isi, berat jenis, kadar air, dan limbah pasir kuarsa memenuhi spesifikasi dan layak di gunakan untuk campuran mortar. Dan untuk karakteristis fly ash diperoleh berat jenis yaitu 2,436, bobot isi gembur yaitu 1,576 gr/cm3 dan bobot isi padat yaitu 1,665 gr/cm³. Pengaruh penambahan abu terbang (fly ash) terhadap kuat tekan mortar K-50 yaitu pada campuran 1Pcc : 3Psr, 1Pcc : 4Psr, 1Pcc : 5Psr, 1Pcc : 6Psr dengan penambahan fly ash 5% dan 10% semakin banyak fly ash yang digunakan dalam mortar maka kekuatan mortar akan mengalami peningkatan.,   Kata kunci  : Kuat Tekan; Mortar K-50; Agregat halus; Fly As

    The construction industry is undergoing a major transformation with the introduction of digital technologies and the emergence of more complex risk management systems. The aim of this study is to identify the latest developments in construction management based on a review of recent literature. The method used was a systematic approach to literature published in scientific journals and international conferences, focusing on topics such as digital transformation, risk management in construction projects, and sustainability. The results indicate that the implementation of technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasing, supporting efficiency and more accurate decision-making. Furthermore, sustainability has become a key focus in modern construction projects, with the adoption of environmentally friendly materials and sustainable building practices. This study provides valuable insights for academics and practitioners in adopting innovations and improving efficiency in construction project management.Industri konstruksi mengalami transformasi signifikan dengan adopsi teknologi digital, peningkatan kesadaran akan keberlanjutan, serta pengelolaan risiko yang lebih kompleks.     ANALISIS PERAN AUDITOR DAN AKTUARIS DALAM PROSEDUR AUDIT ESTIMASI LIABILITAS IMBALAN KERJA

    This study aims to analyze the roles of auditors and actuaries in the audit process of employee benefits liability estimates, with an emphasis on cross-professional collaboration practices within Public Accounting Firms. The estimation of employee benefits liabilities involves a high degree of uncertainty and carries the risk of material misstatement, thereby requiring the contribution of actuaries as third-party experts with actuarial competence. Auditors are responsible for evaluating the reasonableness of the estimates prepared by actuaries while maintaining a professional level of skepticism. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews, direct observations, and document analysis conducted at Teramihardja, Pradhono, and Chandra Public Accounting Firm. The findings reveal that the relationship between auditors and actuaries is indirect and characterized by information asymmetry, whereby auditors continue to bear full responsibility for the audit opinion.     THE USE OF COLLABORATIVE CROSS-TEXT JIGSAW (CCTJ) IN TEACHING READING COMPREHENSION

    This quantitative study aims to explore the challenges faced by students in reading comprehension, with a particular focus on difficulties in identifying main ideas and understanding vocabulary. The research was conducted at MTsS Darul Ulum Banda Aceh and involved 31 eighth-grade students as participants. Data were collected using a combination of pre-tests, post-tests, and questionnaires to provide a comprehensive overview of students' reading comprehension skills. Initial findings from the pre-test indicated that many students struggled to recognize main ideas within texts and had limited vocabulary mastery, which hindered their overall understanding of reading materials. To address these issues, the Collaborative Cross-Text Jigsaw (CCTJ) strategy was implemented over five instructional meetings. This method emphasizes student collaboration and interaction through structured reading activities. The analysis of test results showed a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension abilities. The correlation value of 0.863 and a significance value of 0.000 (which is less than α = 0.05) indicate a strong and statistically significant positive relationship between the pre-test and post-test scores. Additionally, the questionnaire responses revealed that students found the CCTJ method engaging and supportive. They reported feeling more comfortable learning English, with better comprehension of the reading lo texts and increased enjoyment during the learning process

    Infrastructure serves as a fundamental public service provided by the government to meet community needs, with its development significantly impacting societal welfare. Project delays and instability often result from inadequate planning. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of applying the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) in determining the construction duration of the Building X project. Both methods are project management tools designed to improve time efficiency in construction activities. Calculations were performed using data provided by field personnel. While CPM utilizes a single time estimate, PERT incorporates three-time estimates to account for variability. The outputs of this study include the total duration required to complete the project and the identification of its critical path. Based on the analysis, the CPM method estimated a project duration of 37 weeks, whereas the PERT method estimated 38 weeks

    This study investigates the impact of driver’s savings on the net income of PT Blue Bird Tbk for the period 2015–2024, excluding the COVID-19 pandemic period. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the study relies on secondary data from the company’s financial reports. Data analysis was conducted using a simple linear regression model after applying natural logarithmic transformation. The results indicate that driver’s savings have no significant influence on the company's net income, as evidenced by a significance value exceeding 5%. This suggests that the relatively small amount of driver’s savings does not substantially contribute to financial performance. Future researchers are encouraged to explore additional variables, such as employee turnover rates, to deepen the understanding of how employee saving programs impact corporate financial outcomes.)     Analisis Pelanggaran Etika dalam Praktik Akuntansi: Studi Kasus Manipulasi Laporan Keuangan pada eFishery

    This research aims to examine violations of the ethics of the accounting profession in the case of alleged manipulation of financial statements at the start-up company eFishery. This case surfaced after reports that eFishery allegedly prepared two different versions of financial statements for internal and external purposes. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, where data is obtained through non-participant observation and literature study of news articles, investigation documents, and academic references related to accounting professional ethics. The results of the study show that the actions taken by eFishery are contrary to the principles of accounting ethics, especially the principles of integrity, objectivity, and transparency. These violations were allegedly triggered by the pressure of business growth, investor demands, and weak internal controls. The impact of these violations is very serious, including reputational damage, loss of stakeholder trust, and potential legal sanctions. This study emphasizes the importance of applying professional ethics in accounting practice to maintain business credibility and sustainability, especially in the growing startup ecosystem in Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi non-partisipan dan studi literatur terhadap artikel berita, dokumen investigasi, serta referensi akademik terkait etika profesi akuntansi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan eFishery bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip etika akuntansi, terutama prinsip integritas, objektivitas, dan transparansi. Pelanggaran ini diduga dipicu oleh tekanan pertumbuhan bisnis, tuntutan investor, dan lemahnya pengawasan internal. Dampak dari pelanggaran tersebut sangat serius, meliputi kerugian reputasi, hilangnya kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan, dan potensi sanksi hukum.     Ekstraksi Informasi Bencana Banjir Dari Berita Online Berbasis Named Enitity Recognition

    Banjir merupakan bencana yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia, sehingga informasi cepat dan akurat tentang lokasi terdampak menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Named Entity Recognition (NER) berbasis Conditional Random Field (CRF) guna mengekstrak entitas penting (nama kota dan waktu) dari berita online terkait banjir. Data diambil dari 200 artikel berita tahun 2023 melalui metode web scraping dan manual dari lima portal berita nasional. Proses preprocessing mencakup pembersihan teks, tokenisasi, stemming, stopword removal, dan POS tagging. Data kemudian dilabeli menggunakan metode chunking dan IOB tagging untuk meningkatkan performansi identifikasi entitas. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan IOB tagging pada CRF meningkatkan kinerja model, dengan F1-score = 93.6%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CRF efektif dalam mengekstrak informasi bencana banjir, dan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan cepat dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana.Banjir merupakan bencana yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia, sehingga informasi cepat dan akurat tentang lokasi terdampak menjadi sangat penting.     Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Augmented Reality untuk Materi Substansi Genetika pada Siswa SMA Berbasis Model ADDIE

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung proses belajar mata pelajaran Biologi, dengan fokus pada materi substansi genetika. Target utama dari aplikasi ini adalah siswa kelas XII di SMAIT Ulil Albab Batam, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual mereka terhadap materi genetika yang abstrak serta menumbuhkan minat belajar yang lebih tinggi melalui media yang menarik dan inovatif. Dalam proses pengembangannya, penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan instruksional ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahapan, yaitu: Analysis (analisis kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa), Design (perancangan konten dan interaksi pengguna), Development (pengembangan aplikasi dengan teknologi AR dan pemrograman 3D), Implementation (penerapan aplikasi di lingkungan belajar), serta Evaluation (penilaian efektivitas dan usabilitas aplikasi). Aplikasi ini menampilkan visualisasi objek 3D dari materi genetika seperti DNA, RNA, kromosom, dan proses replikasi, transkripsi, serta translasi, yang dipadukan dengan penjelasan ringkas berbasis teks dan audio. Selain itu, disediakan kuis interaktif untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa setelah mempelajari materi. Evaluasi usability dilakukan dengan instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 36 siswa, yang menghasilkan skor rata-rata sebesar 77,2. Skor ini termasuk dalam kategori Grade B, yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut dinilai baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Hasil keseluruhan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa media pembelajaran AR ini efektif, relevan, dan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman serta ketertarikan siswa terhadap materi genetika secara signifikan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) pada mata pelajaran Biologi, khususnya materi substansi genetika, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan minat belajar siswa kelas XII SMAIT Ulil Albab Batam.
