The results of the literature review allow for the construction of hypotheses into a conceptual framework. Furthermore, the study identifies mechanism that contribute to effectiveness IT governance based on past literatures, on this domain assesses mechanism ITG the influence between information technology performance and  effectiveness Information technology governance .The conceptual framework will be tested among higher Education Institution (HEI) users for future research in Indonesia.

    Environmental management (EMA) has been considered as a successful idea to reduce ecological burdens in the form of energy dependence and carbon footprint. In addition to the company's highest emphasis on EMA, the organization's environmental strategy (ENS) is articulated and implemented with ecological motivation. The role of the ENS strengthens the internal awareness of the organization to improve environmental conditions and thereby helps reduce negative environmental stresses.     The Effect of Transformational and Transactional Leadership on Employee Negative Behavior Mediated by Work Stress

    The objectives of this research was analyzed the effect of transactional leadership  on work stress , the effect of transactional leadership  on employee negative behavior, the effect transformational leadership on work stress, the effect of transformational leadership on employee negative behavior, and the effect of positively work stress on employee negative behavior. This research also analyzed the impact of transformational and transactional leadership on employee negative behaviour through work stress. The population of this study consist  of two hundred employees PT. X Jakarta as the respondents provided the data that were analyzed for this study. Using the sub-set of the sampling consisting of was used to test five hypothesized relationship in the model. Data analysis in this research was used Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test independent variables influence the dependent variable. The result of this research conclude that there is positive impact from transactional leadership on work stress and negative impact from transformational leadership on work stress. The result of the study also revealed that theres in and positive indirect impact from transactional leadership on employee negative behaviour through work stress and negative  indirect impact from transformational  leadership on employee negative behaviour through work stress

    Effect of Preparate Coloring Delay Achid Resistant Bacteria With Ziehl Neelsen Method On The Result of Microscopic Examination

    The microscopic examination of smear from sputum specimens plays an important role in the initial diagnosis and monitoring of pulmonary TB treatment. The Ziehl Nelseen method is the method for examining acid-resistant bacteria smear recommended by WHO. This method has high specificity for detecting acid-resistant bacteria in sputum. This study aims to determine the effect of postponement of sputum smear staining on the quality of acid-resistant bacteria germs on the results of microscopic examination using the Ziehl Nelseen staining method. The length of time to delay staining used was 3 days, 2 days and the control was direct preparations staining. The sample used was positive smear sputum. The results showed that from 10 samples of sputum, the results obtained were directly stained with results of 1+ there were 7 samples, and 2+ there were 3 samples, while the samples with the preparations were delayed for 2 days and 3 days at room temperature, respectively +1 as many as 7 samples, and 2+ as many as 3 samples. However, there was no difference in the reading of the staining results between the direct stained samples with the stained preparations with a delay of 2 days and 3 days at room temperature. The results of this study still have many shortcomings and to improve them it is recommended to carry out further research with a larger scale and sample size. &nbsp

    The Effect of Effectiveness and Trust on the Use of Village Financial Systems on Village Government Performance

    This study aims to determine the effect of effectiveness and trust in using the village financial system on village governments' performance in Maluku Province. This study's population is the village government apparatus consisting of the Village Head or Country, Village Secretary, village financial system users, amounting to 63 respondents; this study's sampling method is non-probability, namely purposive sampling. Primary data in this study include respondents' answers through questionnaires. The collected questionnaires using multiple correlations and regressions analysis, including descriptive statistics, reliability tests, validity tests, and classical assumptions, including multicollinearity tests and hypothesis testing and discussion. The F test analysis results show that the effectiveness and trust variables together have a positive and significant effect on the village government's performance. Based on empirical evidence with t-test or partial with multiple regression models, there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of effectiveness with the village government's performance and confidence in the village government's performance

    The level of globalization that goes hand in hand with the 4.0 industrial revolution demands the fighting power of companies both in large and small and medium scales to determine dynamic strategies in anticipating competition and expansion targets through international markets. SMEs in Indonesia as the spearhead and pillars of Indonesia's economic strength are also required to be able to improve their performance, especially in promoting their business on an international scale. Indonesian product SMEs for export competitiveness are mostly based on local wisdom-based products, therefore innovation is needed in developing products with local wisdom.     The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital, raw materials, labor and production on business income for the Batu Bara songket cloth during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population and sample of 65 craftsmen of Batu Bara songket cloth were used as research samples. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale. For data processing using the SPSS Version 22 application. The results showed that all variables of capital, raw materials, labor and production had a positive and significant impact on the business income of Batu Bara songket cloth. The variable that has the greatest influence in increasing business income for the Batu Bara songket cloth is labor

So as the marketing strategy is a very important value to be applied by service and non-service companies to remain competitive.The purpose of this study was to identify and understand the implementation of marketing strategies in manufacturing companies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of case study research on the object of research using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique using the SWOT analysis technique (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat).The results showed that through the EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) analysis, a total score of 2.95 was obtained and the IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) analysis obtained a total score of 2.25. This strategy focuses on efforts to maintain the capabilities of the company and use them to seize the opportunities that exist. Market penetration and product development are strategies that are usually applied by companies in this position
