Determinant Factors Customer Satisfaction and its Implication on Customer Loyalty: From the Perspective of Customers of Vespa
Get PDFThis study intends to examine the relationship between brand equity, product quality, and service quality, as well as their partial and simultaneous effects on consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Path analysis is the data processing technique employed by researchers. 100 Vespa customers served as the sample for this study's respondents. Primary data were gathered as a consequence of respondents' responses to the questionnaires that were sent out. According to the findings from the first equation, brand equity, product quality, and service quality all have a simultaneous and partial impact on customer happiness. According to the study's findings, the variables of product quality, service quality, brand equity, and customer happiness have a simultaneous and partial impact on customer loyalty based on the second equation

The internet has brought great changes to all aspects of life, particularly within the development of the business and marketing world, in line with the increasing number of internet users causing many companies to change the structure of people's shopping to be made online. This study aims to determine the effect of price, trust, convenience and security of online internet purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results shows partially that the convenience variable had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions, while the price, trust, and security variables had either no or little significance on online purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, it is known that the variables of price, trust, convenience, and security has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions
Meaning of the Symbol of Gate of the Solo Palace Teaches Virtue
Get PDFThe City of Solo (Surakarta) establishes itself as the City of Culture. The City of Solo as a City of Culture cannot be separated from the existence of the Solo Palace. The Solo Palace was built in 1755 by King Sunan Pakubuwono II with the palace area which eventually developed into the City of Solo. The Solo Palace area can be seen through the signs of the existence of the gate in several places. The gate is not only a sign of the boundaries of the palace territory, but the gate has cultural messages, behavior, strata levels and in the form of the gate itself it is loaded with messages of meaning as a communication of the king's policies with his people. This research is an interpretation research with a semiological approach using Barthes' theory. Interpretation is done by cultural contextual correlation. This semiological approach with contextual correlation of community culture is termed by the author as an ethnosemiological study. The results of the interpretation of the forms at the gate of the Solo Palace show that these forms contain very wise meanings and messages and are teachings of virtue, messages of governance and leadership of power. Messages through the symbols of shapes at the gates of the Solo Palace have existed since the mid-17th century, while the development of semiology theory only occurred in the 19th century. This proves that the Solo Palace Founders had implemented semiology theory before the theory was born. Economic Feasibility Study Of The HIPAM Clean Water Network System, Genting Village, Merjosari Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City
Get PDFThe need for clean water for the community is urgently needed, therefore the HIPPAM (Drinking Water Users Association) was formed which is a legal forum according to government regulations and regulations to manage the supply of clean water to the community. There were many obstacles that occurred during operation, one of which was the regional regulation of East Java Province which required HIPPAM to pay groundwater withdrawal tax which ultimately affected the increase in the price of clean water. One area that was realized from the existence of this regulation was Genting Village, Merjosari Subdistrict, Lowokwaru District, Malang City. Given these problems, the purpose of this study is to analyze the economic feasibility of determining the price of clean water in the area. The results of this study show economic feasibility based on bank interest of 9%, Benefit Cost Ratio = 2.44, Net Present Value = Rp. 16,069,451,606, Internal Rate of Return = 13.99%, payback period = 13 years, and sensitivity analysis with IDR prices. 1,000/m3 and a 25% increase every 4 years following inflation

No full textBPR JATIM is one of the pilots BPR in the East Java operational area that has good risk management, and has just won the 2nd Best Indonesian Enterprises Risk Management Category: Local Government with assets of over IDR 1 trillion from Economic Review Magazine. This makes PT. BPR JATIM is recognized as one of the best BPRs with good risk management implementation. Therefore, this research was conducted to analyze the quality of risk management implemented by PT. BPR JATIM and to determine the health level of PT. BPR JATIM. Qualitative research with a case study approach is used in this research. Instrumental provisions of Regulation Number 13/POJK.03/2015 and SE OJK No.1/SEOJK.03/2019 concerning Implementation of Risk Management, as well as SK DIR BI No.30/12/KEP/DIR/1997, are used to analyze the implementation of management risks and the bank's ability to improve and maintain its soundness from a financial perspective. The results of this study indicate that PT. It turns out that BPR JATIM has implemented good risk management including credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk, liquidity risk, reputation risk and strategic risk, where all risks have been managed properly. The results of this study also found a link between risk management at PT. BPR JATIM with its financial analysis, where good risk management has also shown a good level of bank soundness as well

No full textCurrently the world is trying to improve air quality which has an impact on climate change. Including Indonesia contributing to various international forums that discuss greenhouse gas emission reduction programs, including in the transportation sector. The Batua Raya-Toddopuli-Borong Raya intersection is an alternative intersection for travelers from Makassar City to Sungguminasa City or Maros City, and vice versa. The aim of this research is to obtain the delay and the relationship between the delay and the emission load at the un-signalized intersection of the Batua Raya-Toddopuli-Borong Raya road, Makassar, SIDRA INTERSECTION 8 Software is used to calculate the value of the delay and emission load. Delays that occur on weekdays are higher than holidays, seen on Monday morning at peak hours 17.00-18.00 there is a very high intersection delay of an average of 3888.52 seconds. The relationship between traffic delays and NOx emissions, which has an effect of 84.32%, each second addition of the delay value can increase HC emissions by 0.0000005 kg/hour. The relationship between traffic delays and CO emissions, which has an effect of 95.56%. The relationship between traffic delays and HC emissions, which has an effect of 93.76%. The relationship between traffic delays and CO2 emissions, which has an effect of 93.64%. The addition of delay time at the intersection increases the emission value and reduces the quality of the intersection level of service
Training Recommendation using Simple Addictive Weighting in Agriculture Product Trading Company
No full textThe use of System Application and Processing (SAP) software is becoming increasingly popular among businesses, and ensuring employees receive adequate training is essential for effective use. However, there are common problems associated with SAP training, such as the lack of adequate training materials, training module quality, insufficient training facilities, and inadequate coach quality. These problems can result in employees not receiving the training they need to operate the software effectively, leading to a lack of productivity and efficiency in the workplace. To address these issues, the development of a training recommendation application using XAMPP, HTML, PHP, and CSS has been successful. The application offers an integrated, secure, and accurate solution to select the most appropriate SAP Training Module for each employee based on their performance across different attributes. The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) carried out with the Human Resource staff showed that the application built using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was 100% effective in selecting the best module for each employee. The SAW method considers the weighted sum of performance rankings for each module, providing a reliable and accurate recommendation for the most suitable module for each employee

The informants in this research consisted ofSecretary of the Inspectorate General, Inspectorate I, Inspectorate III, Inspectorate IV,Investigation Inspectorate andInspector IIInspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture.The data used in this research consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out through document analysis and interviews. Qualitative data analysis is carried out involving data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the supervision activities carried out by the Inspectorate General of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture are at Level 3 or only carry out supervision activities on compliance audits.In general, the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture has reached level 3 (integrated). Within each element, all relevant internal audit policies, processes and procedures are defined, documented and integrated
