Gap 2 is on the PS3 attribute -0.67 and is given a solution namely, staff must rearrange management service standards and ensure staff responds well to customers. Gap 3 on AS4 attributes -0.73 with improvement solutions, namely rearranging good service standards so that the advertisements promoted are appropriate, gap 4 there are two attributes that are not managed to fulfill, namely TS5 and TS6 so that suggestions for improvements were given to install automatic air fresheners in every corner of the room and look for the best internet network provider and increase internet network speed
Analysis of Readiness for Implementation of the Smart City Masterplan in Wonogiri Regency
The development of the world's digital governance era has reached the development of smart city 4.0. Not many cities can make that happen. In Indonesia, the movement towards smart cities is still starting to be echoed. So it is necessary to prepare and have the will of the region to implement a smart city because of the difficulty in preparing to implement a smart city. Wonogiri Regency is one of the districts selected for smart city implementation because the achievement of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) indicator has increased. The purpose of this study was to analyze the readiness of implementing a smart city master plan in the Wonogiri Regency. This research is a qualitative type with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 8 purposively selected informants. The researcher found that the readiness of the five components (nature, structure, infrastructure, superstructure, and culture) was 51% in good condition, 32% in moderate condition, and 17% in poor condition. This means that it is necessary to increase the structural and superstructure components where conditions are still bad. Recommendations in increasing readiness for smart city implementation include making regional smart city policies; improving the quality of the relevant apparatus to improve the quality of ICT capabilities; increasing the amount of budget in the smart city program; and preparing supporting institution
Efficient Development of Applied Technology Innovation Through Design For Manufacture and Assembly
The conventional product design process and the design results from the designer need to be evaluated and optimized in terms of the manufacturing process and assembly process by the manufacturing department. In this process, it is sometimes necessary to make design changes that must be consulted with the designer to make it more efficient. This can be seen from three aspects of the product, namely quality, cost, and production time. A very applicable method to meet the needs of these 3 aspects of the product is the design method for manufacturing. One solution that can be applied is the design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) method. DFMA is a method to evaluate the design of a product so that it can be easily assembled and manufactured. This paper will explain the application of the DFMA method to several applied technology product designs. As a case example for the application of the DFMA method, the development of a post-stroke bicycle frame from the initial design to the final design step, namely prototyping, is observed. A prototype was also evaluated with the help of the DFMA method and the evaluation results showed that the application of the DFM method provided significant improvements, where the total components of the bicycle frame at the beginning of the design were 53 pieces, in the final design could be reduced to 29 pieces (45%), with design efficiency increasing by 1.04%

Study On The Availability Of Public Green Open Space Using Geographic Information System Data On Public Green Open Space In The City Of Tebing Tinggi
Based on Spatial Planning Law No. 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning, Article 29 states that the proportion of public green open space is 20% of the city area. In Tebing Tinggi City, based on the 2013-2033 RTRW of Tebing Tinggi City, it is stated that Public RTH covers an area of ??approximately 72.49 Ha or 1.89% of the city area, which means it is not in accordance with the mandate of Spatial Planning Law No. 26 2007 concerning Spatial Planning. This research was conducted to assess the availability of existing public green open space in Tebing Tinggi City based on image interpretation techniques, spatial distribution, the area of ??existing public green open space, the service radius of existing public green open space, and the suitability of existing public green open space land. This type of research uses quantitative research and uses spatial analysis techniques. The results identified as many as 60 public green open spaces in Tebing Tinggi City with an accuracy score of 86.36%, which means that the interpretation is considered correct because the spatial distribution pattern of public green open spaces in Tebing Tinggi City is random because the distribution of public green open spaces is not evenly distributed in all sub-districts in Tebing Tinggi City. From the results of the spatial distribution pattern, digitization was then carried out with the result that the total public open space area was 105.27 Ha, which was dominated by the burial area of ??59.67 Ha or 57.07%. Then, based on each area of ??green open space obtained, a topological classification of public green open space is carried out, consisting of 7 typologies of green open space, namely City Forest, City Park, District Park, Village Park, RW Park, RT Park, Cemetery and Green Belt, which is then analyzed. Service radius. As a result, it is known that the City of Tebing Tinggi has not been served optimally by public green open space because there is not yet one type of public green open space typology that is capable of serving the city of Tebing Tinggi based on buffer analysis carried out using ArcGis. The only public green open space whose service radius almost covers the city of Tebing Tinggi is the cemetery whose existing existence is capable of serving 99.19 percent of the area of ??the city of Tebing Tinggi. Finally, a land suitability analysis was carried out between the existing public green open space and the Tebing Tinggi City RTRW for 2013-2033 which resulted in land suitability of 79.92%. Meanwhile, the remaining 20.08% was designated for areas that were not public green open space
