    Service Quality Analysis based on Online Customer Review in Google Play Store (Study Case of Telkomsel)

    A corporation that offers internet services is known as an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Regional-scale networks and worldwide networks are offered at ISPs, allowing consumers to effortlessly connect with the outside world globally. Telkomsel is one of providers that is used the most widely in Indonesia. However, Telkomsel is also a provider with the most complaints than others. This study chooses Telkomsel as a case study to determine their quality of service based on customer review. This paper aims to analyze and identify the service quality of Telkomsel and topics that were discussed by Telkomsel users based on customer reviews in Google Play Store. We categorized the data according to the following service quality dimensions: network quality, customer service and technical support, information quality, security and privacy, and fulfillment. As a result, the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) was applied to assist in the sentiment analysis process. The accuracy for sentiment analysis using NBC was more than 75%. This study used Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) models for topic modeling to identify themes that are often discussed by consumers. Hence, the result of this study can help a company to improve and develop their quality of product and service according to customer needs

    The Effect Of Placement, Material Incentives And Non Material Incentives On Employee Job Satisfaction (Study Of Non-Medical Employees Of RSJT Pekanbaru In Indonesia)

    This study aims to analyze whether there is a simultaneous and partial influence of employee reward variables, material incentives and non-material incentives on job satisfaction at RSJT Pekanbaru Hospital. The research method used is quantitative, namely research that aims to explain the relationship between employee placement variables, material incentives and non-material incentives and job satisfaction variables. All research variables are reduced to several research indicators and indicators are reduced to research instruments. The research population was all staff of the General Administration and Finance Section of RSJT, totaling 72 people. Considering the population was less than 100, the entire population was used as respondents. To collect data using a questionnaire distribution technique, with the consideration that respondents did not have time to be interviewed and were able to understand the substance of the questionnaire. The analytical technique used to analyze research data is the Multiple Liner Regression statistical technique and uses SPSS version 22. From the research results it was found that employee placement has a significant effect on job satisfaction of RSJT non-medical employees; providing material incentives has a significant effect on job satisfaction of RSJT non-medical employees; providing non-material incentives has a significant effect on job satisfaction of RSJT non-medical employees; and employee placement, material incentives and non-material incentives have a significant effect on job satisfaction of nonmedical employees together. It is recommended that the leadership of RSJT Pekanbaru, 1) consider the suitability of employee placement with the education, skills and work experience of non-medical employees; 2) Adjusting the provision of material incentives to employee expectations and needs and related to employee morale; 3) Provision of non-material incentives must be in accordance with work performance and employee needs

    The Effect of Green Brand Knowledge and Environmental Concern on Green Purchase Intention Through Attitude Toward Green Brand in Tupperware

    The general people are well aware of the necessity of environmental protection. Many companies have formed to operate enterprises that provide ecologically friendly items. The purpose of this study is to look at how green brand awareness and environmental concern, as mediated by attitudes toward green brands, impact green purchase intentions for Tupperware goods on the Indonesian island of Java. Descriptive, multiple regression and Sobel tests were used to analyze the data. This study included 120 respondents selected using non-probability sampling procedures. Empirical findings validate the seven specified research hypotheses. Research findings show that green brandnknowledge and environmentalcconcern influence greennpurchase intention, then attitude toward green brand does not influence greennpurchase intention, and attitude towarddgreen brandddoes notmmediate the influence of green brand knowledgeeand environmental concern on green purchase intention. It is also hoped that the results of this research will be useful in helping develop strategic policies related to the environment to increase purchasing intentions

    Strategy Formulation in A Microenterprise: Case Study SEHATEA Ice Tea

    This research aims to examine and analyze the environmental conditions, conduct a SWOT analysis, and design a strategy formulation and implementation through the EFAS IFAS method. One of the scopes is within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of SEHATEA Iced Tea, which has become a new business that is highly sought after by both young people and adults and has high business potential. The qualitative study conducted at Sehatea Iced Tea resulted in a SWOT analysis and matrix that outlines the vision, mission, and strategy. After conducting a SWOT analysis on Sehatea MSMEs in the Subang district, it was found how the external and internal conditions of these Sehatea MSMEs are. Sehatea will face greater opportunities compared to threats, while from the external conditions and the internal conditions of MSMEs, they have more strengths than weaknesses. From the results of the SWOT matrix analysis, the Vision, Mission, strategic objectives, and strategies of Sehatea MSMEs in the Subang district were born, based on the SWOT matrix analysis, the vision is to make Sehatea Iced Tea the No. 1 Iced Tea Brand in Subang at an affordable price. To achieve this vision, Sehatea MSMEs strive to provide products with good quality and affordable prices.     Identifying Critical Tasks in the Kadiri University 4 Floor Building Construction Project Using the Critical Path Method

    This study aims to identify critical tasks in the construction of a 4-floor building at Kadiri University using the Critical Path Method (CPM). The project is planned to be completed within 43 weeks, from October 2023 to August 2024, with a budget of IDR 20,551,534,000. Data collection involved direct site visits for primary data and secondary data from project documentation, including the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and project schedule. Using Microsoft Project software, a project network was mapped, and CPM analysis was performed to identify the critical path. The analysis revealed that several tasks, such as site cleaning, demolition, temporary project fencing, heavy equipment work, geotechnical work, and various structural works from the 1st to the 5th floors, are on the critical path. These tasks have zero slack time, indicating that any delays will directly impact the overall project timeline. Identifying the critical path is crucial for project managers to prioritize resources and efforts on these tasks to ensure the project stays on schedule. This study underscores the significance of CPM in project management for timely completion and effective resource allocation, providing valuable insights for managing similar construction projects

    Soil Fertility Level In The Aek Kundur River Area Regardless Of Factory Waste Disposal

    Soil fertility is the ability of the soil to provide the nutrients needed by plants in adequate quantities and in a form that can be absorbed by plant roots. The aim of this research is to determine the level of soil fertility in the Aek Kundur river area regarding factory waste disposal in Lingga Tiga Village, District. West Bar. This research was carried out in June 2024 in Lingga Tiga Village, Bilah Hulu District, Labuhanbatu Regency with an altitude of 28 meters above sea level with coordinates N: 98022'44.34" E: 02032'34.23". Analysis of the physical and chemical properties of soil was carried out at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra using an exploratory-descriptive survey method. Research results on the physical properties of the soil in Lingga Tiga Village have a clayey clay texture and in Liga Tiga Village have a clay texture. Furthermore, the chemical properties of the soil in Lingga Tiga Village have criteria, namely neutral pH, low organic C, moderate P2O5 and low soil fertility status in the Aek Kundur river area against factory waste disposal. For this reason, fertilization treatment is needed to improve soil fertility status

    Mercury is one of the heavy metals that has the highest toxicity in the global environment. Mercury can cause environmental damage and if it enters the food chain it can have negative impacts on human health. In overcoming the problem of mercury entering the food chain, it is very important to study the mobility and distribution of mercury in the soil. The presence of mercury (Hg2+) in soil is largely controlled by adsorption reactions with certain specific adsorption patterns. Therefore, it is very important to study mercury adsorption on several different types of soil in order to get an idea of ??how adsorption occurs in West Sumbawa Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the pattern and capacity of mercury adsorption on various large groups of soil in West Sumbawa Regency and the relationship between soil properties and mercury adsorption. The results of the research show that the adsorption isotherm pattern in the great soil groups Endoaquepts, Ustipsamments, and Udorthents more closely follows the Langmuir adsorption model, while the great soil groups Haplustepts, Hapludolls, Eutrudepts and Ustifluvents follow the Freundlich adsorption model. The major soil group that has the highest maximum mercury adsorption capacity in West Sumbawa Regency is Endoaquepts at 4,604 mg/g

    Macrozoobenthos found in the waters of Mariah Bandar Springs, Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency, along with physical and chemical parameters, where biological samples, namely macrozoobenthos, were taken using a quadrant and physical and chemical parameters of the water were taken using a dark colored sample bottle and then analyzed at the BTKL The waters that originate from the Mariah Bandar spring have very clear and shallow water, so that the bottom of the waters (substrate) can be seen directly, which consists of sandy rocks.  The macrozoobenthos community in the waters of Mariah Bandar spring consists of four classes, namely  Clitellata, Gastropod, Bivalvia, Insecta, and eight families, namely Lumbricidae, Thiaridae, Cyrenidae, Chironomidae, Gomphidae, Paludicola, Coenagrionidae, Libellulidae.   The temperature at each observation station ranges from 220C – 350C, brightness ranges from 4 – 4.5 m from the surface, dissolved oxygen (DO) ranges from 6.84-8.25 mg/l, pH ranges from 7.36-8.85 , BOD ranged from 1.01-3.42 mg/l.  In general, the physical and chemical parameters measured still support the life of freshwater organisms, unless the pH is classified as acid

    The utilization of digital platforms has become a key strategy to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia, particularly in the hijab fashion sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital platforms and the implementation of the 9F Entrepreneurship Model on MSMEs in Sidoarjo District, as well as its contribution to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8.3, which focuses on promoting economic productivity and entrepreneurship. This qualitative research employs a case study method involving five MSMEs in the hijab fashion industry, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observations of business owners. The findings indicate that integrating digital platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Shopee, and TikTok with the 9F model significantly enhances innovation, visibility, and flexibility in MSMEs’ responses to market changes. Among the 169 MSMEs in the fashion sector in Sidoarjo, 26 focus on hijab fashion, with five MSMEs participating in this research. These MSMEs reported improvements in market reach and operational efficiency through digital platforms. Additionally, the integration of digital strategies supports economic growth aligned with SDG 8.3. This approach shows that the combination of digital platforms and the 9F Entrepreneurship Model can be an essential strategy for developing MSMEs in the hijab fashion sector, contributing to local economic growth and government efforts to achieve SDG 8.3

    Synergisticity Of District National Zakat Amil Agency, Zakat Amil Institution And Pati Regional Government In Zakat Management

    This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the existence of two groups managing zakat (government and society) making up two large parts of the field of zakat management in Indonesia. The government and its institutions are used as the main focus of zakat collection targets by the National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) while the general public and private companies are more targeted objects for zakat collectors by the National Zakat Amil Institute (LAZNAS). In terms of legal regulations, the implementation of zakat in Indonesia shows cooperation between BAZNAS and the government to collect zakat funds from government employees to all institutions. However, in reality the results of collecting zakat, infaq and alms are still far below the existing potential, so there is still a need for synergy in various fields for the two groups of zakat managers. The aim of this research is to find out how there is communication synergy, coordination synergy and innovation synergy between the Pati National Amil Zakat Agency, the Amil Zakat Institute and the Regional Government of Pati Regency in managing zakat. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with the researcher as the key instrument in recording and collecting data through interviews, observing, collecting documents from zakat collection institutions and the Pati district government. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using an interactive analysis model. The results of this research conclude that 1. The form of communication synergy between the National Amil Zakat Agency of Pati, the Amil Zakat Institute of the Ministry of Religion of Pati and the Regional Government of Pati Regency is carried out formally by invitation or coming directly to the institution, or communicating using a digital platform by prioritizing the context of mutual brotherhood. need in managing zakat. The messages conveyed in the communication process are of high quality because the language is communicative, the message content is needs-oriented and delivered in a friendly manner.
