Pengaruh Konten Viral #BoikotAice Di Media Sosial Twitter Terhadap Citra Perusahaan PT. Alpen Food Industry Pada Masyarakat Pinang Sebatang Timur Perawang
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of #BoikotAice viral content on Twitter social media on the corporate image of PT. Alpen Food Industry. The theory used is the stimulus-response (S-R) theory. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory format. In the analysis of quantitative research methods using inferential statistical analysis. Researchers collected data using a questionnaire distributed in the village of Pinang Sebatang Timur RT004/RW006 Perawang to 60 respondents and the technique for determining the sample was using the purposive proportional random sampling technique with sampling using the Roescoe formula. To determine how much influence these two variables have, the researcher uses simple linear regression analysis. Processing of questionnaire test data using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the #Boikotaice Viral Content on Twitter social media had an influence on the corporate image of PT. Alpen Food Industry in Desa Pinang Sebatang Timur RT004/RW006 Perawang. The influence of the viral content of #BoikotAice on Twitter social media on the corporate image of PT. Alpen Food Industry is 24.6%, and 75.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Smes sales performance : how the role of product innovation , entrepreneurship orientation, and competitive advantage ?
This study aims to determine the effect of innovation on sales performance, entrepreneurial orientation on sales performance and competitive advantage on sales performance in SMEs. The research method used is quantitative and the population in this study are SME owners in Tangerang. The research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to a sample of 300 SME owners. Respondents were determined by simple random sampling technique and data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. Based on the results of data analysis and it can be concluded that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on sales performance, innovation has a positive and significant effect on sales performance. Competitiveness has a positive and significant effect on sales performance. The novelty of this research is the model of the relationship between the variables of innovation, entrepreneurial orientation towards competitive advantage and sales performance of SMEs in Indonesia
The Effect of Using Mental Imagery Strategy Toward Reading Comprehension in Narrative Text at The Eighth Grade Students of SMP IT Mutiara Duri
Based on the researcher observation, it was found that most of the students have difficulties in finding factual information of the text. The major problem faced by them was found have difficulties in finding the main idea of the text, So the writer was interested in carrying out the research about this problem. The objective of the research is to find out Students’ reading comprehension before taught by using Mental imagery strategy to find out students’ reading comprehension after taught by using Mental imagery strategy and to find out significant effect of using Mental imagery strategy toward Students’ reading comprehension. The design of this research was Pre-Experimental. There are 6 class in SMP IT Mutiara Duri. The Population the eighth grade student in SMP IT Mutiara Duri is 181 students. The researcher will use one class, VIII.Syukur (31 students) as sample. The writer gave pre-test to experimental class. Then, the writer gave treatment for experimental class. Finally, the writer gave post-test to experimental class in order to know the effectiveness of Mental imagery strategy that applied by the writer. The technique of collecting data was the test. The technique of analyzing data, the writer adopted paired sample t-test formula by using software SPSS V.17. After analyzing the data, the writer found that there is a significant effect of using Mental imagery strategy toward Students’ reading comprehension at SMP IT Mutiara Duri.

Perancangan UI/UX Aplikasi Pemesanan Makanan Pada UMKM Family Catering Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking
UMKM Family Catering merupakan perusahaan kuliner yang menjual hidangan ala carte. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan selama ini hanya menggunakan media sosial. Tidak jarang berbagai masalah muncul di aktifitas bisnis tersebut, seperti persepsi kurangnya cakupan pasar, seringnya hambatan komunikasi, dan pengiriman yang kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu, UMKM juga membutuhkan informasi tentang karakteristik pelanggan agar dapat memilih pendekatan yang telah dijelaskan, diperlukan solusi untuk merancang desain antarmuka menggunakan metode Design Thinking, mengumpulkan atribut pengguna menggunakan tool user persona, dan melakukan pengujian menggunakan usability testing. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan usability testing, dimana setiap responden diberikan skenario pengguna untuk dijalankan dan diselesaikan pada prototype yang akan dipresentasikan. Hasil pengujian prototype menunjukkan bahwa responden dapat menyelesaikan semua scenario pengguna sebesar 100% pada iterasi pertama. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain yang diajukan sangat baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis serta dapat diterima oleh calon pengguna
