    Kompetensi Kepribadian Guru Dalam Pendidikan Digital: Kebutuhan dan Tantangan

    This research aims to identify the personality competencies required of teachers in the digital era, analyze the various challenges that arise, and examine the relevant forms of competence in the digital transformation process. Through the literature study method, the results of the study indicate that the digital space is characterized by a rapid flow of information, unlimited connectivity, and a visual-interactive culture that influences the way students think and behave. The digital generation tends to multitask and be adaptive, but is prone to fading social ethics, exposure to negative content, cyberbullying, and false information. Teachers are not only required to understand the material, but also to have digital literacy, pedagogical creativity, technological adaptability, and instilling digital ethics. It requires a stable personality, integrity, empathy, reflectiveness, and inspirational digital communication. Research confirms that digital teachers must be adaptive, ethical, and authoritative to guide the critical and responsible use of technology

    The Analysis of The Metaphor in Selective Song Lyrics

    This research analyzes metaphors in Bruno Mars' song lyrics, namely Talking to the Moon, It Will Rain, and Just the Way You Are. This study uses a qualitative approach with the theory of Lakoff & Johnson (2003) which divides metaphors into three types: ontological, structural, and orientational metaphors. The results of the analysis show that the metaphors in the songs describe feelings of love, sadness, and deep emotional connection. This research provides insight into the use of metaphor as a tool to convey complex emotions and meanings in song lyrics. Overall, 23 metaphors were found with a distribution of: 35% ontological metaphors, 35% structural metaphors, and 30% orientational metaphors

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman manajemen risiko dalam praktik akuntansi guna mendukung keberlanjutan operasional di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) Korwil Kabupaten Madiun. Dengan menggunakan teori Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya integrasi manajemen risiko dalam setiap aspek operasional, termasuk praktik akuntansi, untuk meminimalkan risiko yang dapat mengancam kelangsungan koperasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (literature review), yang mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai literatur yang relevan mengenai manajemen risiko, akuntansi dalam koperasi, serta implementasi ERM di sektor koperasi dan lembaga keuangan syariah. Penelitian ini juga membandingkan temuan-temuan terdahulu terkait efektivitas penerapan manajemen risiko dalam praktik akuntansi untuk keberlanjutan operasional koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ERM dalam praktik akuntansi dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola berbagai risiko, seperti risiko keuangan, operasional, dan reputasi. Literatur yang dikaji juga mengindikasikan adanya kesenjangan pemahaman tentang manajemen risiko di antara pengurus koperasi, yang dapat menghambat efektivitas implementasi ERM. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan program pelatihan yang komprehensif untuk pengurus KSPPS Korwil Kabupaten Madiun, guna meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya manajemen risiko dalam akuntansi dan keberlanjutan operasional koperasi.     This study aims to determine the abundance of Parathelphusa convexa as a bioindicator parameter in the upstream river waters. The Lujung River, similar to the upstream Klawing River, is a river extensively utilized by local communities. Anthropogenic activities contribute inputs to both river flows, thereby influencing their water quality. As the most frequently found crustacean organism in these rivers, P. convexa is inevitably affected by these water runoffs. The study was conducted using a survey method with purposive random sampling. Five stations were designated as observation sites, comprising two stations in the Klawing River area, two stations in the Lujung River area, and one station at the Lujung River estuary entering the Klawing River. Each station exhibited distinct runoff characteristics — influenced by agricultural fields and plantations at Stations 1 and 3, residential areas at Stations 2 and 4, and forest at Station 5. Descriptive interpretation revealed mean abundances across Stations 1 to 5 as 2, 5, 4, 3, and 5 individuals/m², respectively. Abundance was correlated with water quality parameters including temperatur and total dissolved solids (TDS). Temperatur ranged from 25.53 to 26.77°C, while TDS varied between 72 and 78.33 mg/L. Both parameters indicated good upstream water characteristics, free from pollution. Abundance showed a significant correlation with TDS (P value < 0.05), but not with temperatur. The strong correlation between abundance and TDS supports the conclusion that P. convexa can serve as a bioindicator of unpolluted upstream waters

    Pengaruh Peran Guru dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Anak Usia Dini

    This study aims to analyze the influence of the teacher's role in increasing the independence of early childhood at Az Zaytun Kindergarten. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative design, and data collection is done through questionnaires given to 50 children as samples at Az Zaytun Kindergarten. The results showed that the role of the teacher has a significant influence on the independence of early childhood. The simple regression test shows the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.78, which means that 78% of the variability in children's independence can be explained by the role of the teacher. In addition, the t-test results indicate that the role of the teacher has a significant effect on children's independence, with a significance value of less than 0.05. This indicates that the more effective the role of the teacher in providing learning, guidance, and role models, the higher the level of children's independence. This study also found that aspects of children's independence, such as self-confidence, decision-making ability, and social skills, develop better when teachers act as motivators, facilitators, and mentors.     The application of loose parts media in early childhood learning is an innovative strategy to develop children's creativity. Because teachers see the problem of children getting tired easily, decreasing children's interest in learning, boredom during learning. From here, this study is motivated by the importance of creativity in the development of early childhood and the lack of use of loose parts media as a learning tool in Diponegoro 173 Kindergarten, South Purwokerto. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the application of loose parts media in developing early childhood creativity. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation at Diponegoro 173 Kindergarten, South Purwokerto, interviews with the principal, teachers, and children, and documentation in the form of loose part media works. The results of the study indicate that the use of loose parts media effectively encourages children to (1) Have a high curiosity and imagination, (2) Produce works, (3) Have a sense of responsibility, (4) Like to experiment, (5) Try new things, (6) Tend to do independent experiments. In addition, teachers act as facilitators in guiding children to utilize various loose parts materials optimally. Thus, the application of loose parts media can be an interesting and innovative learning alternative in supporting the development of early childhood in TK  Diponegoro 173 Purwokerto Selatan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi penggunaan Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) serta menganalisis bentuk interaksi yang terjadi dan dampaknya terhadap proses dan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek guru dan siswa kelas V di SDN 2 Darmakradenan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IFP diimplementasikan secara sistematis mulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran, penyajian materi multimedia interaktif, hingga evaluasi melalui aktivitas berbasis layar sentuh. IFP memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi guru–siswa, siswa–materi, dan siswa–siswa secara intensif melalui aktivitas seperti drag-and-drop, penandaan objek, pengelompokan konsep, dan kuis digital. Dampak penggunaan IFP meliputi meningkatnya motivasi dan antusiasme belajar, pemahaman konsep abstrak yang lebih baik, penguatan keterampilan kolaboratif, peningkatan fokus siswa, serta efisiensi pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, pemanfaatan IFP terbukti memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa dan mendorong terciptanya pembelajaran IPAS yang lebih aktif, partisipatif, dan student-centered

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterampilan membaca dan menulis dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar serta implementasi model-model pembelajaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini membahas empat model pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca dan menulis siswa SD, yaitu Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC), Project-Based Learning (PjBL), Balanced Literacy Approach, dan Discovery Learning. Masing-masing model dijelaskan secara rinci implementasinya di kelas, dengan aktivitas yang bervariasi seperti membaca nyaring, menulis terbimbing, menyusun booklet pribadi, hingga menyimpulkan pola kalimat melalui penemuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat model pembelajaran tersebut dapat diterapkan secara efektif untuk meningkatkan literasi siswa melalui pendekatan yang menyenangkan, kontekstual, dan kolaboratif

    Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Round Club Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa

    This study aims to determine the application of the Round Club learning model in increasing student activities in Grade IV of MIN 3 West Aceh. The approach used in this study is qualitative, specifically Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 18 students in grade IV of MIN 3 West Aceh. The data collection techniques used are observation and testing techniques. The results showed that in pre-action, only 4 students, or 22.2% completed their learning results with an average score of 54.4. The test result data for cycle I showed that students who obtained a score of > 70 were 9 or 50% students with an average score of 66.4, while the test result data from cycle II showed that students who obtained a score of > 70 were 15 students or 83.3% with an average score of 76.1. The results of observation of student activities in the first cycle as many as 73.1% were in the good category, while in the second cycle reached 80.8% in the very good category

    Socio-economic factors such as poor family backgrounds are one of the obstacles tocontinuing a more decent education. However, with the Baznas Cendekia Scholarshipprogram organized by BAZNAS from the management of zakat funds, this is quite helpful inwhat are the special needs of the mustahik to improve their quality of life in the future so thatin the end they can escape the cycle of poverty and contribute back to society. The purpose ofthis study is to find out how zakat collectors, especially at the BAZNAS institution, managezakat funds and organize programs, one of which is in the field of education, namely theBaznas Cendekia Scholarship (BCB) program. This study uses a qualitative method with alibrary research approach. Data were collected from various written sources such as books,scientific journals, articles, research reports, and official documents that are relevant to thetopic of zakat, education, and scholarship programs for underprivileged families. The resultsof this study indicate that with the management of professional, transparent and accountablezakat funds, it has a very real impact on empowering the community, one of which is thatchildren from underprivileged family backgrounds can continue their education more decently. It has been proven that optimal management of zakat funds can be distributed to the right targets
