This was a descriptive research project. The goal of this study was to find out how well students could write descriptive texts. The goal is to evaluate the pupils' abilities to write descriptive material. The study looked at five aspects of the students' writing. They're working on formulating ideas, organizing them, using syntax, vocabulary, and mechanics. In addition, there are five categories in which students' writing might be evaluated. Excellent, good, satisfactory, weak, and poor are the four options. The findings of this study concern text composition, the difficulty of performing well-organized writing, the processing of writing order, and language selection. They write the words that aren't appropriate. They use words that are inappropriate for the circumstance. It's all about the grammar here. The kids were grammatically correct. That is the present tense in its simplest form. The students can also put mechanics together well. In their writing, they are things like punctuation, spelling, and capitalization. It occurred as a result of the students' own lack of effort. The kids are aware of the rules of writing, but they are unable to apply them. As a result, the students' writing skills are still lacking

Sengon wood sawdust compost that is given a bioactivator can be a solution for the low production of shallots in Indonesia. By doing this research, it is hoped that information can be obtained regarding the effect of compost, chemical fertilizer manufacturers and the effect of the combination treatment of the two fertilizers on the growth, yield, and quality of shallots. The research method used was RAKL with 2 factors, namely the application of sawn compost of sengon wood (P2) Monodon [0,2 ml/l]; (P5) Monodon+Stardec [0.2 ml/l+3.8 g/l]; (P6) EM4+Monodon+Stardec [36 ml/l+0.2 ml/l+3.8 g/l]; and application of doses of Urea, ZA, SP36 and KCl (T0) 150, 150, 120, 150 kg/ha, respectively; (T1) 359, 359, 511, 115 kg/ha; (T2) 269, 269, 383, 86 kg/ha; (T3) 179, 179, 255, 57 kg/ha. The results of the study explained that the variable number of leaves had no significant effect on the treatment of compost, chemical fertilizers or their combination. Plant height and tuber hardness significantly affected the chemical fertilizer treatment (T2), respectively 37.56 cm/plant and 3.82 g/cm2. The weight of dry tubers significantly affected the compost treatment (P5), each of which was 29.42; 17.46; 21.71 and 16.11 g/plant. Observation of the quality of shallot yields, tuber diameter of all treatments included in quality I. tuber moisture content of all treatments did not fall into the quality category. Observation of the results of FTIR analysis, for (P6), (T3) and (P6T3), respectively (274 and 464 ppm), (340 and 575 ppm), (371 and 628 ppm)

Activities around the waters of Pangkal Balam Harbor can produce organic waste in rivers, estuaries, to the sea which has the potential for negative impact on water quality. Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Organic Carbon (TOC) of sediment are parameters for the amount and organic matter. The purpose of this study was to determine the concentration, criteria, and the pollution status of BOD, COD, and TOC based on the relationship between BOD, COD, and TOC to the macrozoobenthos diversity index (H'). The sampling method was decided based on purposive  sampling location with distinct activities. Sampling was carried out in March 2021 in Pangkal Balam Port Waters. BOD analysis using titration method, COD analysis using closed reflux method spectrophotometrically, and TOC sediment using Loss On Ignition method. The results of the study showed that the concentration of BOD ranged from 8.2-12.5 mg/l, COD ranged from 187.23-270.23 mg/l, and sediment TOC ranged from 0.829-18.875%. The relationship between BOD and COD with the diversity index is not significant so that the condition of the waters of Pangkal Balam Port based on the BOD and COD parameters can be said to have not been polluted. Meanwhile, the relationship between the TOC of sediment and the diversity index shows a significant effect so that the status of organic matter pollution based on the TOC is in the polluted status

Sweet corn was people’s favorite among the public because it had a sweet taste and high nutritional value. Limited land ownership encourages efforts to increase plant populations without reducing yields by using narrow spacing and defoliation treatments. The research aimed to determine the best spacing for high plant density, the best defoliation technique, and the effect of interaction between spacing treatments and defoliation techniques on sweet corn plants. The results showed that spacing at high density could increase the production and productivity of sweet corn was 20 x 40 cm. Defoliation of sustain 2 and 3 could increase the cob volume. Spacing and defoliation treatments did not interact because the spacing was still optimal

Ferdinand de Saussure effectively identified the way that language acts in both a diachronic and synchronic approach. The present work intends to demonstrate that de Saussure’s synchronic approach can be adequately applied to cultural constructs to enhance cultural dialogue and learning. Synchronic terms and general concepts will be applied to cultural terms and general concepts. The primary example used to develop this concept is the cultural construct of shame and its social expressions within the modern Chinese cultural context. First, Chinese culture will be established as a predominantly honor-shame culture and point to the common honor-shame aspects of patronage, kinship, purity, and tight culture. Then, specific examples of shame as it manifests itself within Chinese culture. These examples include the second-generation rich, leftover women, lying flat, and the general fear of losing face. The result is a rich and meaningful read on culture that will further dialogue and enhance cultural understanding

Cases of sexual violence in Indonesia are increasing every year, even the victims are not only adults, teenagers, children and even toddlers are now the targets. The increasing number of cases of sexual violence is not only seen in terms of quantity or number of cases, but also in terms of quality. For this reason, the state is present with its policy, then Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (UU TPKS) is passed which aims to protect every citizen from violence and degrading treatment of human dignity. The Victim Trust Fund or Victim Assistance Fund is a mandate from the TPKS Law as a form of state responsibility when the assets of the confiscated convict are insufficient for restitution costs. The Victim Assistance Fund exists as the state exists to protect its citizens, the concept of the Victim Trust Fund was previously regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 80 of 2011 concerning Trust Funds. However, the Presidential Regulation does not specifically regulate the aid fund for victims of sexual violence. The purpose of this study is to provide a legal framework on how to manage the Victim Aid Fund using a conceptual approach that uses analytical deductive methods to process data. The Victim Assistance Fund should be managed by the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) which already has a system so that the state can save costs in establishing a new institution
