Contribution of Inventory Accounting Systems in Improving Inventory Internal Control
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Inventory Accounting Systems in Improving the Inventory Internal Control Structure at Putri Mayasari Cilandak. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach and the data collected consists of primary and secondary data. Then Primary Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while Secondary Data is collected through library research to determine the role of the inventory accounting system in improving the structure of internal inventory control. The results of the study found that the role of the inventory accounting system in improving the internal control structure of inventory has been implemented properly and correctly.

The result of the study found that the Motivation must be applied because it is one of the most important components in supporting the efficiency of worker productivity, without motivation, an employee will lose enthusiasm for work. The leader of Salam Indonesia Travel in increasing employee motivation using methods that are appropriate to the situation of the company and employees. Because every employee has different behaviors and actions at work, so the provision of motivation must be different as well. Highly motivated individuals mean that these people have a compelling reason to get the job done as the company wants. Conversely, when individuals have low motivation, they cannot work well together to achieve the desired performance efficiency of the company
Continuance Intention Customer Analysis On Online Accounting Software Usage
Get PDFSoftware as a Service (SaaS) is a variant of technology products that are now loved by both personal and business users. SaaS is a software product variant that can be used directly by users, without the need for complicated installation. In the realm of accounting itself, there have been many emerging accounting softwares ranging from those that are offline to online, one of which is Jurnal.id. Jurnal.id is a SaaS platform that presents a variety of digital accounting products that are designed to simplify and accelerate the process of bookkeeping business. This study aims to examine customer continuance intentions on the use of Jurnal.id online accounting software. The variables in this study consisted of perceived usefulness, information quality, service quality system quality, satisfaction, and continuance intention. The population in this study are the users of Jurnal.id Online Accounting Software in the Greater Jakarta area. The sample in this study amounted to 300 people obtained using the Hair Formula. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) software, the SMART-PLS software version 3.3.2. The results showed that perceived usefulness, system quality, and service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction using Jurnal.id's online accounting software. Simultaneously Satisfaction has a positive effect on continuance intention. However, Information quality does not have a positive effect on satisfaction using online accounting software Jurnal.i

Companies need to be supported by the good Performance of the employees to achieve the vision and mission of the organization. Rewards and Job Satisfaction are two variables that can influence Performance. Rewards can be either Intrinsic and Extrinsic. If both types of Rewards are high so as to form high Job Satisfaction, then it can impact Performance improvement of employees. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of Intrinsic Rewards and Extrinsic Rewards to Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires to 52 contract employees division of Corporate Customer Access Network at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Witel Jatim Surabaya. Sampling techniques in this research using census method. Mechanical testing of the data used in this research is SEM-PLS. Results of this research shows that Intrinsic Rewards influence positively and significantly related to Performance, while Extrinsic Rewards influemce negatively and not significantly related to Performance. The next results shows that Job Satisfaction can mediating partially the relationship of Intrinsic Rewards to Performance and mediating fully the relationship of Extrinsic Rewards to Performance
The Impact of Motivation on The Performance of Employees in Hotel Sapadia Pematangsiantar
Get PDFThe concept of this study aims to examine the effect of motivation on the performance of employees of Hotel Sapadia Pematangsiantar, amounting to 42 people with research time in April 2020. The study was conducted with qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the validity test show that the calculated r value is greater than critical r with the results of the research variable being declared valid, the reliability test shows that all research variables are declared reliable. Then, the determination coefficient test shows that the R value has a strong and positive relationship with motivation and employee performance and motivation variable is able to explain and measure employee work variable. The results of the normality test explain that the research is normally distributed. The simple equation regression equation shows positive results of motivation on employee performance and the hypothesis test accepts the hypothesis of the study

The results of this study show that muthmainnah verses more revealed after the prophet migrated (hijrah). According to the word of muthmainnahin the Quran that related to the Nasr Hamid’s idea in the pre-emigration phase, it is focused on the understanding or depiction of muthmainnah and its characteristics are that the quiet soul is the soul that returns to its blessed and blessed God, the soul that belongs to the servant of God and will enter heaven. The general purpose of this research is to find an overview of Computer-Based Learning Management in Improving the Quality of Student Learning Outcomes. The focus of the objectives is specifically to seek an overview: 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; 3) Implementation; 4) Supervision; 5) Problems; 6) Future Efforts; and 7 Results of Audio Visual Learning Media in Improving the Quality of PAI learning. Audio Visual Learning Media Theory is the basis of this research. The research procedure is determined by the determination of qualitative methods, through the process of: 1) Observation; 2) Interview; 3) Documentation. Which is developed through the triangulation process. The findings of the study of Audio Visual Learning Media Management in Improving the Quality of PAI Learning. Includes the process 1) Planning, its implementation in accordance with the development of computer-based learning is still within the scope of the process as the implementation of educational activities and has not been developed in full planning to support student learning outcomes; 2) Organizing, showing that the pattern of supporting human resources in the proportion of audio-visual learning media development is not in line with the developments currently needed. 3) Implementation, operation of audio-visual learning media only builds competence for the introduction of Information and Communication Technology in general without being developed with the application of the system in the educational environment itself 4) Supervision, specifically in building computer-based learning systems, mechanisms for implementing computer systems have not yet been built themselves in building student learning outcomes. 5) Problems, the readiness of Human Resources, facilities and systems for computer-based learning mechanisms themselves have not been developed; 6) Future Efforts, waiting for the policy to become the basis for determining the operational form in building a computer-based learning process unit and 7) Results, which are the consequences of the pattern of supporting infrastructure facilities that are needed with a balance of supporting human resources in it and this has not been built in unit for implementing educational activities at the Research locus. In conclusion, optimizing the form of application of the use of audio-visual media in improving the quality of PAI learning. Students are needed in building the quality of student learning outcomes where information is developed through broad literacy development supported by balanced skills in utilizing and developing computer-based learning systems so that knowledge is built in developing knowledge. itself and the technology in it

Morals in Islamic life are not just a model or a lifestyle that a Muslim may abandon at any time. Morals are not clothes that can be worn and then removed whenever desired. However, morality is a functionalization of religion, meaning that diversity will be meaningless if it is not proven by morality. Strengthening moral education in today's modern era is very important to fortify generations from the negative influence of the development of science and technology, especially information technology which can all be accessed through smartphones. This study aims to formulate moral education to fortify generations from moral decline.
This research is a library research, to build a concept or theory that becomes the basis of study in research. The data used in this study is qualitative data in the form of concepts, theories, and formulations that are relevant to the research made. The data analysis used is content analysis and descriptive analysis to analyze the culture of the Gayo community related to moral education.
