RETRACTED: The Influence of Service Quality, Sales Promotion, and Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction of Baraya Travel Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta in 2019
This study aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, sale promotion, and brand trust on customer satisfaction at baraya travel Kebayoran baru South Jakarta 2019. The data of this Study used primary data in the form of questionnaires do 100 employees of baraya travel Jakarta. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis Ana using The program SPSS program. The results showed an influence between Service quality, customer satisfaction of 0,280 and an influence of 28,0 % similary, the variable sale promotion on Customer satisfaction of 0,316 and has an influence of 31,6 %. then for the variable Brand satisfaction on Customer satisfaction of 0,303 and has an influence 30,3 %. Partially or simultaneously have a strong influence among the Three variables, the most significant is Band Trust variable of 0,000. The result and of this study expect do improve Service quality that can support Customer satisfaction.

RETRACTED: The Influence Of Service Quality, Company Image And Consumer Trust On Customer Satisfaction Pt. Indonesian Commuter Trains
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, company image and consumer confidence on consumer satisfaction. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 KRL transportation service customers at PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia. This research uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, and analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, the model feasibility test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are Y = 0.672 + 0.211X1 + 0.245X2 + 0.278X3 The feasibility test of the model in the R2 test shows that service quality, company image and consumer trust have an effect of 59.2% on consumer satisfaction. In the results of hypothesis testing (t test) obtained a significant value on the quality of service veriabel of 0.001, a significant value on the corporate image variable of 0.005, and a significant value of consumer trust variables of 0.004, it can be concluded that it means partially the three independent variables have a positive influence and Significant to the dependent variable is the variable customer satisfaction at PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the Role of Customer Satisfaction in mediating the influence of Service Quality and Price Perception on Word of Mouth in Central Travels Jakarta. RETRACTED: Analysis the Effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size and Business Risk on The Capital Structure of Companies Listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) PERIOD 2015-2017
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability (return on assets), liquidity (current ratio), company size and business risk on capital structure in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2015-2017. The samples in this study were 16 companies that met the research criteria through non probability sampling method - purposive sampling. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis method processed with eviews 9 software. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while company size and business risk have a positive and significant effect on capital structure
RETRACTED: The Influence Of Job Rotation, Work Environment, And Job Stress On The Performance Of East Jakarta Administrative Satpol Pp
This study aims to analyze how much influence the work rotation, physical work environment and work stress on performance. This Study used primary data by distributing questionaires of 92 respondents and the respondents are SATPOL PP in the administration city of east Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Correlation analysis. The results showed a positive and significant effect on performance, which is shown in the Coefficients table in the regression equation model Y = 6.373 + 0.197 + 0.390 + 0.126. The feasibility test results of the model shown with a significance value of 0,000 shown in the ANOVA table which means that the model in this study is feasible based on the significance value obtained. And the conclusion of the hypothesis by t-test partially obtained the significance value on the variable work rotation by 0.038, then on the physical work environment variable at 0,000, and the significance on the brand image variable at 0.049. Then it is concluded that the three independent variables partially have a significant influence on the dependent variable. In order for the management of related agencies to pay more attention to the work environment that has the greatest contribution value and to be better at managing work rotation policies and procedures as well as maintaining work stress conditions to its members so that employees are more motivated to provide the best performance, which will have an impact on achieving common goals
Legal Liability of Illegal Online Loans in the Perspective of Criminal Law
This study aims to analyze law enforcement of misuse of personal data related to illegal online loans (fintech) as a form of mayantara crime in a cyber perspective and examine the liability of illegal online loans (illegal fintech desk collectors) in a criminal law perspective. The research method used in this study is the type of research used in the research is normative legal research as a process to find the rule of law, legal principles, and legal doctrines to answer the legal issues faced. The scientific logic that in normative legal research is built on scientific discipline and the ways in which normative legal science works, that is, legal science whose object is law itself.

The Influence of Leadership Type, Motivation, Work Discipline and Human Resource Quality on the Performance of KPU-D Employees in Cimahi City, West Java Province
After the New Order, Indonesia's electoral system underwent various changes to achieve governability, which is effective governance. So the performance of KPU employees plays an important role in ensuring the implementation of elections that are smooth and free from technical dynamics. However, in the 2019 General Election, the performance of the Cimahi City KPUD Secretariat faced a number of problems, such as ineffective coordination, information delays, inadequate complaint handling, resource shortages, administrative errors, and lack of technical assistance. This affected the smooth running and public trust in the electoral process. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, work discipline, and the quality of human resources on the performance of Cimahi City KPUD employees, both partially and together. The study used an explanatory quantitative approach with regression analysis method. The research sample consisted of 195 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection was done through documentation, Likert scale-based questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, simple and multiple linear regression tests, as well as F and T tests. The results showed a positive and significant influence of leadership style variables (65.1%), work motivation (65.1%), work discipline (58.4%), and quality of human resources (76.4%) on employee performance. Together, the four variables have an influence of 83.9% on the performance of Cimahi City KPUD employees. This study emphasizes the importance of improving the quality of leadership, motivation, work discipline, and human resources to support the implementation of better elections
The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PERUMDA PDAM Tirta Giri Nata, Cirebon City. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected through questionnaires from a sample of 115 respondents selected via the Slovin formula from a population of 160 employees. The study employed SPSS version 25 for data analysis, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings revealed that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction each have a significant and positive effect on OCB. Simultaneously, these three variables together explained 70.9% of the variance in OCB. The implications suggest that strong transformational leadership, a supportive organizational culture, and high levels of job satisfaction significantly enhance employees’ voluntary and constructive behaviors that go beyond formal job requirements. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated model that simultaneously assesses the effects of these three antecedents, expanding on prior studies which often examined these variables in isolation or through mediators. The study contributes practical insights for human resource management in government-owned utility companies by identifying key psychological and organizational levers for improving citizenship behaviors. Future research should explore mediating factors such as psychological empowerment or organizational commitment and apply this model in different organizational and cultural settings to enhance generalizability
