Religious Moderation for Police Officer Education
Education can actually shape the character of students into human beings who are increasingly devoted to God Almighty as created beings and caliphs (leaders) without discriminating against SARA, so that all forms of education carried out are directed to achieve the goal of human creation as well as the purpose of education. alone. This study aims to explain the management of Islamic religious education at the Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri which is responsible for educating Polri officers (leaders) to serve as first supervisors in the Indonesian National Police. To describe the process of religious education management in the Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri used qualitative research methods. Data was collected by observing the educational component of religious activities, interviews with spiritual coaches, coaches/caregivers and education administration managers. Data was also obtained from documentation of religious activities carried out at the Setukpa Lemdiklat Polri. The results showed that religious moderation for the education of police officers was carried out in the implementation of spiritual development, the character of Kebhayangkaran, learning material for group attitudes and values, the application of management activities was found in the practice of worship and student organization management through structured and measurable parenting patterns

Analysis Conextivity Sidewalk Desaign In Tasikmalaya School Area
In some areas of Tasikmalaya there is an education zone. Conditions in the zone, some students are forced to walk on the road because of the unavailability of sidewalks or dealing with traffic vehicles passing by and very unfriendly to school children. To improve the safety, comfort and safety of pedestrian users, it is necessary to plan the needs of integrated pedestrian facilities in Tasikmalaya Regency. In this study using pedestrian analysis method that is done on sidewalk and pedestrian way and method of alignment analysis. It was found that the volume of vehicles> 1000 vehicles / 12 hours and pedestrian volume> 300orang / 12 hours. Pedestrian facilities such as sidewalks and pedestrian facilities are indispensable in the education zone of Tasikmalaya Regency to minimize conflicts (vehicles and pedestrians). In one of the research sites, namely on Jl. K. H. Zaenal Musthafa requires pelican crossing because of the huge volume of vehicles and the very high volume of pedestrians. Integrated pedestrian concept is done by connecting Jl. Paledang with Jl. Garut-Tasikmalaya, Jl. Bantar Payung- Jl.Garut-Tasikmalaya
Socialization of Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on Indonesian e-commerce Websites
This article aims to identify common practices in Indonesian e-commerce regarding terms of use and privacy policies. Website visit rankings from Alexa and Similarweb were used to identify the 10 most commonly visited e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Then, placement, length, and content structure of the terms of service and privacy policies of these websites were compared. Findings suggest that the information provided by these documents is sufficient and legally compliant, although some of the websites appear to disregard their importance. The actual contents of these documents were not analyzed and are thus open for further study. The information provided in this article may give merchants intending to open e-commerce stores in Indonesia some insight into how the protection of consumers’ personal data leads to better service. This paper also proposes a simple framework for assessing the extent to which an e-commerce website successfully ensures that consumers agree and consent to its terms of use without burdening them with lengthy and obscure legal documents.

The Development of Student Religiosity in Schools in The Industrial Revolution Era 4.0
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has brought about changes in social interaction. Initially, particular communication has changed to become universal. Therefore, education readiness is needed in Indonesia to welcome it, especially in matters of religiosity. The purpose of this study is to develop students' religious attitudes in schools in the face of the industrial revolution. The object of this study is the attitude of the religiosity of high school students in Jakarta. The scope of this research is the culture of the school, the character of students, and the religious practice of high school students in Jakarta. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with literature research and field visits to several schools in Jakarta. The finding of this study is the attitude of students' religiosity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has shown an encouraging thing, it just needs to be developed following the rapid information technology. The use of digital technology needs to be improved but still in the guidance and supervision of teachers in schools
Understand Of Customer Satisfaction And Purchasing Behavior: A Study At Mcdonald In Bandung
This research was created for understand customer purchasing behavior and customer satisfaction in McDonald. This research was focus in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Base on history of McDonald, Fast food outlets have started to develop in the 19th century. In the 20th century, fast food restaurant business began to spread to Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia such as Indonesia through franchising or franchise concept. However local business can make competitive market with McDonald. This research will help McDonald to evaluate they performance in market. With this research McDonald can know which area they need to improve and suggestion for McDonald to increase their sales. With this research McDonald can know which are make customer satisfaction and which area make customer dissatisfaction. This research takes six major factors that have impact with customer satisfaction. Those factors are price, quality, promotion, sales personnel or staff, display, and location. This research will use survey method to gain some information from customer. After collect some data and information. This research will use SPSS to process the data to know which hypotheses is accepted and rejected. Method using by this research in SPSS is ANOVA. ANOVA will give a significant point for every question to know the result can accept or reject. Result of this paper base on sic major factor are important. For the crucial factor are The most factor, which have biggest impact, are quality and promotion. Quality and promotion have the lower significant. All value in quality and promotion factor was accepted. It mean quality and promotion are the most influencing factors
Humanism Counseling: Finding Gaps in the Concept of Religious Guidance and Counseling in Indonesian Government Regulation (Normative Study of Government Regulation No. 111/2014)
This paper finds and explains the side of the discussion of religion in government regulation no. 111/2014. The results show that there is no vacancy in the discussion of religion in this regulation. One of the functions of guidance and counseling services is understanding, which is to help counselees have a better understanding of themselves and their environment (education, work, culture, and religious norms). In its application, guidance and counseling services in educational units as a whole are packaged into four service components, one of which is the basic service component, where the main objective is an effort to help counselees have awareness (understanding) of themselves and their environment (education, work, social culture, and religion). Education Financing Management in an Effort to Improve the Quality of Learning in Madrasah Aliyah in Bandung District: Studies at MA Al Mua'wanah Majalaya and MA Al Jawahir Soreang
Implementing education in madrasas requires financial management because it has powerful potential and is inseparable from education management. Grand Theory research uses the theory of George R. Terry, into some of the essential functions of management, into Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organizing), Actuating (Implementation), and Controlling (Supervision). The results showed that the management of education financing to improve the quality of learning in Madrasah Aliyah was still not optimal. It is proven that the quality of learning has met the standard of the learning process and seen from the teaching staff's readiness to prepare the learning process by the format of the national education quality standard. However, let's look closely at the occurrence of learning interactions between educators and students. Some educators need to increase their ability to stimulate stimulus responses from students in encouraging motivation, interest, and serious attention in developing and mastering learning materials
Management of Admission of New Learners Zoning System to Equalize the Quality of Educational Services to Learners
The gap in the quantity and quality of education between regions, discrimination, and injustice in access and education services is exacerbated by the dichotomy of only and non-superior schools widening the gap in the quality of education in Indonesia. To increase the distribution of quality and equitable quality education services to students, a zoning system PPDB management is needed. On that basis, this study aims to describe the PPDB management of the zoning system to equalize the quality of education services for students at the Tasikmalaya Regency State Senior High School, which includes planning, organizing, preparing personnel, implementing, coordinating, reporting, and budgeting. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The research location is SMA Negeri 1 Ciawi, SMA Negeri 1 Karangnunggal and SMA Negeri 1 Cikalong, Tasikmalaya Regency. This study resulted in that: 1) Planning for the zoning system PPDB includes setting goals, formulating current conditions, identifying facilities and obstacles, and developing a series of activities. 2) Organizing the zoning system PPDB includes preparing the organizational structure, dividing workloads, and determining the lines of coordination and authority. 3) Preparation of PPDB personnel for the zoning system includes needs analysis, recruitment of committees according to the main tasks and functions, and training of organizing committees to work according to their duties and functions. 4) Implementation includes PPDB registration, data verification, and selection of prospective students, meeting to determine PPDB selection results, the announcement of PPDB results, and re-registration. 5) Coordination includes coordination with internal schools and coordination with external schools. 6) Reporting includes reports on recapitulation of re-registration received and re-registration, class division, submission of student files to BP/BK and student affairs, evaluation, and preparation of reports. 7) Budgeting includes budget planning and realization of budget use. 8) Obstacles can be seen from technical and non-technical constraints. 9) Solutions and improvement efforts can be seen from technical solutions and non-technical solutions
The Use of Online Media as A Means of Marketing Communication for Msmes in Bandung
The change in human mindset in marketing products departs from the rapid development of communication and information technology, and at this time the world leads to online services. This study departs from the initial observations of researchers related to MSMEs in The City of Bandung which is so much accompanied by good government attention. UMKM data recorded in the office of micro and medium enterprises cooperatives in the city of Bandung amounted to 6140 people, thus showing that the city of Bandung became the center of young business people. The number of MSMEs that are so much needed a proper and effective marketing communication so that the products offered can be in demand by consumers. Departing from some of these images this research reveals the marketing methods of MSMEs, and describes the form of marketing communication of MSMEs through online media. Based on the theme raised in this study, researchers set the research method using qualitative method with deskrptif approach. The results of this study describe that marketing methods are done online and offline, from these two methods online marketing is considered more effective because it can reach consumers widely with relatively affordable promotional costs. The form of marketing communication of MSMEs is seen based on the type of business, but in general hamir is the same as giving information about the advantages of products offered, and differences with similar products
