Crystallization of Santeri's Religious Attitudes through the Boarding Cultural Process
Each Boarding culture has a unique variation in shaping the religious attitudes of students. This problem was initially caused by the weakness of the Boarding culture, which caused the moral decadence of students so that the process of Boarding culture had to be strengthened. This type of research uses qualitative field research with descriptive methods and data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. This study explains the cultural process of the modern Al-Aqsho Islamic boarding school, Sumedang Regency, consisting of religious socialization, modernity, moderation, adaptation emphasizing modern life systems, habituation which is applied more to the habituation of the grantor system, and enculturation showing modern Boarding culture. Meanwhile, the cultural process of Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in Bandung Regency consists of religious socialization, entrepreneurship, and society, adaptation emphasizing the adaptation of spiritual experiences, adaptation highlighting the social life system of the community, adaptation to the entrepreneurial work environment, habituation applied to the religious method, community and entrepreneurship and enculturation shown religious agribusiness Boarding culture
The Effectivity of Family Accompaniment For ROM Exercise Upon Elderly Post Stroke Patient With Hemiplegia
The number of stroke patient with average above 60 years old are in second top rank in Asia. Post stroke patient whose stay at home after hospitalization often had lack of treatment for ROM exercise by the believe of family that the exercise upon the elderly are not effective in ability of physical condition, uselless and wasting time. The purpose of this study is expected could give the description of the effect of accompaniment on family for ROM exercise upon post stroke elderly with hemiplegia whose been care in their own domestic in District of Pasar Minggu South Jakarta. The research are Quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group design. The sample of the study consist of 60 persons of family member which choose by purposive sampling as accordance as elderly with minimum of age 55 which got stroke with Hemiplegia at first time and been care in their own domestic. The result of the study shown that the mean difference are significant for motivation in control and intervention group 0,001 (p-value:0,005), significant in knowledge between control and intervention group 0,011 (p-value: 0,005), significant in ability for providing care for ROM exercise 0,006 (p-value: 0,05). Meanwhile the score of muscle strength had shown the difference between control and intervention group, although not significant statistically. As a result, family accompaniment could be able administered to the family with post stroke elderly
The Role of Teaching Christian Religious Education against Domestic Violence
Every year, more cases of violence against women and children are reported. According to the poll done by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment, the average age of children and women in 2021 was between 15 and 64 years. This rose from prior years. The rise in cases in 2021 is a warning not only to the government, in this example, the Ministry or State Institution, but to all community institutions. This study aims to establish the role of Christian religious education in preventing domestic violence and utilizing qualitative methodologies. The study's findings imply that Christian religious education must incorporate pre-marriage marriage consultations and a curriculum emphasizing the significance of protecting women and children in the family and social life
Leadership Transformation Implication in Bojonegoro Regency
The election of outstanding regional heads brings hope for the future of leadership in Indonesia. One of the regional heads is the Regent of Bojonegoro for the 2008–2018 period. This study aims to determine the implementation of leadership that can bring changes to public organizations such as the Government of Bojonegoro Regency. By using qualitative methods and case study approaches, this research seeks to reduce Suyoto's leadership experience to the essence of implementing leadership needed by public organizations. Through codification using NVivo, ten themes were found, namely looking for solutions or innovative, pro-people, good characters, not being distant, having a forgiving nature, being caring, visionary, being a public bus driver, listening to feedback, and being a role model. The results show that leaders need to have the right traits and skills, which are based on the drive to serve. This result should be imitated by other regions in choosing their leaders. But the difficulty lies in the urge to serve, because the urge is not obvious from the very beginning of the election of a leader, but will be tested once the leader gains power
Effect of Organizational Communication, Leadership Communication, and Work Discipline on Occupational Health and Safety at PT Armada Bangun Samudra (PT ABS)
Communication is something that is required in everyday life to express thoughts or ideas to invite others to act and produce desired changes, both in terms of individuals and organizations. Within organizations, communication has an impact on organizational performance. This study aims to determine the effective communication model of OHS in PT Armada Bangun Samudra (PTABS), a shipbuilding company. Data were collected from 185 respondents who were selected randomly from a pool of 344. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results reveal that communication can be effective in an organization with multiple sub-organizations/sections if it is carried out in a hierarchical manner one level above or below. This study found that the leader’s communication skills had a significant effect on work discipline. Employee work discipline has a significant effect on the company’s OHS performance. To improve OHS performance, organizational leaders' communication skills and employee participation at all levels must be improved
Bibliometric: Social Media Marketing and Adoption in Indonesia
This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of social media marketing and adoption in tourism development by reviewing previous studies in the world and Indonesia published in the Scopus database. The data obtained were analyzed using a quantitative approach to provide a representative picture in line with the practicality of bibliometric analysis in assessing the output, organization, authorship, and characteristics of topics. The focus was placed on the articles published between 2012 and 2021 and the findings showed an increasing interest in the studies related to social media marketing and social media adoption as well as an evolution of related academic research
The Urgency of the Sirri Marriage Pre-Marriage Agreement Regarding Joint Property
This study aims to analyze the urgency of the sirri marriage prenuptial agreement related to joint property and the form of legal protection of joint property in the marriage agreement. The research method used in this study is normative legal research as a process to find legal rules, legal principles, and legal doctrines to answer the legal issues faced. The results of this study show that the urgency of prenuptial agreements related to sirri marriage and joint property is that in prenuptial agreements, prospective married couples can arrange ownership and separation of property to avoid combining property obtained by each husband and wife during marriage
Optimizing Effort to Quell The Crime of Violence in The Perspective of A Criminal Policy Approach
There are three objectives to be achieved in this research, namely; the first examines and analyzes efforts to overcome the crime of theft with violence in the perspective of a criminal policy approach, the second examines and analyzes the factors that encourage and cause criminal acts of theft with violence in Indonesia. Violence is going well in Indonesia. With Problem Formulation 1. How are the efforts to tackle the crime of theft with violence in the perspective of a criminal policy approach? 2. What factors encourage criminal acts of theft with violence to occur in Indonesia?. 3. How does the ideal policy in efforts to overcome the crime of theft with violence work well in Indonesia? This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive-analytical research specifications that describe the legislation. The stages of the research were carried out in two stages: library research and field research. Drawing conclusions from the study results was carried out by providing conclusions on data analysis which included searching for meaning and providing explanations from the data that had been obtained. The results of this study indicate; first, efforts to overcome violent crimes by increasing the effectiveness of the Extralegal system or informal system and preventive efforts including patrols, socialization, and streamlining the role of the environmental security system as well as providing training in the field of IT and repressive mapping, recording, and monitoring the network against the perpetrators/prisoners who have been arrested & sentenced to the second, the factors that encourage perpetrators of violent criminal acts are economic factors, education, negligence of the victim, the environment and the weakness of repressive measures. An inter-agency Coordinating Minister and a Government Committee are formed, chaired by the Minister of Home Affairs. Policies at the Polres, such as the Serang City Police, carry out firm and measurable action in arrests; in Karawang, they have the Life360 application and carry out KRYD (improved routine activities)
Improving The Quality of Islamic Religious Education Learning Through Revitalization of Teacher Deliberations of Islamic Religious Education Subjects
This study aims to examine improvement of the quality of PAI learning through revitalization of the Subject Teacher Conference. This research is based on several thoughts and theories, including; Surah Al-Raad verse 11, which implies that humans must change life for the better through education as a provision for life. Then philosophically, there is a view that education is oriented to the nature of knowledge and a better life. While the theory used is the theory of learning and achievement. In addition, this study uses a qualitative method or approach in which the author tries to examine phenomena and theories from a pragmatic perspective. The results of this study are; the purpose of MGMP Revitalization is to improve learning quality based on the Indonesian Government Regulation number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards. The things that are emphasized are student center methods, professionalism, and active learning. Furthermore, the implementation applied is the application of innovative learning processes, dedication to the mission and vision, empowerment of human resources, and training for teachers. Finally, the problem is that professionalism, knowledge, abilities, and skills are not optimal.
