    Penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Guru Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process

    In determining the best teacher, there are several factors into the assessment. This assessment is based on teacher performance assessments at the Prosperous Vocational High School and internal activities. For the sake of efficiency and effectiveness of work, the right decision making is needed. With the aim to build and provide alternatives. decision support system is a system that has the ability to analyze alternatives for selecting the best teachers using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method, where there are several criteria used, namely Achievement, Quality, Discipline, Responsibility, Years of Service for the selection of teachers who each have a weight assessment so as to provide teacher assessment results which provide an assessment of each of the best teacher performance. This decision support system helps and provides alternatives in assessing each teacher. The final result is obtained from the calculation process, namely the sum of the normalized matrices with weights per criterion which shows the ranking of the best teacher selection from the first to the last of the criteria. Penilaian ini berdasarkan penilaian kinerja guru di SMK Sejahtera dan aktivitas internal. Demi efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja maka pengambilan keputusan yang tepat sangat diperlukan. Dengan tujuan untuk membangun dan memberikan alternatif. sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sebuah sistem yang mempunyai kemampuan analisa alternatif untuk pemilihan guru terbaik dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process, dimana ada beberapa kriteria yang digunakkan yaitu Prestasi, Mutu, Disiplin,Tanggung Jawab, Masa Kerja untuk pemilihan guru yang memiliki masing- masing memiliki bobot penilaian sehingga memberikan hasil penilaian guru yang memberikan penilaian terhadap setiap kinerja guru terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini membantu dan memberikan alternatif dalam melakukan penilaian setiap guru. Hasil akhir diperoleh dari proses perhitungan, yaitu penjumlahan dari matriks ternormalisasi dengan bobot per kriteria yang menunjukan rangking pemilihan guru terbaik dari pertama hingga yang terakhir dari kriteria.     Perancangan Jaringan Internet Hotspot, Internet Sehat dan Blokir Iklan di Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur'an Tangerang

    An internet hotspot network is a basic need for professional agencies, including the Daarul Qur'an Tahfizh Islamic Boarding School, Tangerang. Healthy internet features and ad blocking are also installed on the internet network as a security measure. This research aims to design and install a hotspot network, healthy internet and ad blocking at the Tahfizh Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Tangerang. The design and installation of a hotspot network at Tahfizh Islamic Boarding School Daarul Qur'an Tangerang uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. This hotspot network installation also uses Winbox software before the internet can be used. Healthy internet installation and ad blocking using Adguard Home software. Based on the results of monitoring the hotspot network, the vlan2-hotspot-dhuha line shows an upload speed of 1800.6 kbps and a download speed of 38.7 Mbps. The vlan3-hotspot- alikhlas line shows an upload speed of 724.3 kbps and a download speed of 13.5 Mbps. the vlan4-hotspot-lake route shows an upload speed of 168.2 kbps and a download speed of 14.6 Mbps. After monitoring the network, the one that uses the most bandwidth is on the vlan2-hotspot-dhuha route. Healthy internet installation and ad blocking work. Based on the monitoring results, computer users connected to the proxy who opened internet sites totaled 6,178,728 domains, ads that were blocked when computer users opened internet sites totaled 1,679,115 domains, viruses that were blocked when computer users opened internet sites totaled 248 domains, and domains Adult content that is blocked when computer users open internet sites totals 1,294 domains.Jaringan hotspot internet merupakan kebutuhan pokok instansi profesional, termasuk di pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an Tangerang. Sebagai langkah keamanan, juga dipasang fitur internet sehat dan blokir iklan pada jaringan internet. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan perancangan dan pemasangan jaringan hotspot, internet sehat dan blokir iklan di Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an Tangerang. Perancangan dan pemasangan jaringan hotspot di Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an Tangerang menggunakan metode Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Pemasangan jaringan hotspot ini juga menggunakan perangkat lunak winbox sebelum internet bisa digunakan. Pemasangan internet sehat dan blokir iklan menggunakan perangkat lunak Adguard Home. Perancangan dan pemasangan jaringan hotspot berhasil. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring jaringan hotspot, jalur vlan2-hotspot-dhuha menunjukkan kecepatan upload sebesar 1800,6 kbps dan download sebesar 38,7 Mbps. Jalur vlan3-hotspot-alikhlas menunjukkan kecepatan upload sebesar 724,3 kbps dan download sebesar 13,5 Mbps. jalur vlan4-hotspot-danau menunjukkan kecepatan upload sebesar 168,2 kbps dan download sebesar 14,6 Mbps. Setelah melakukan monitoring jaringan, yang paling banyak menggunakan bandwith adalah di jalur vlan2-hotspot-dhuha. Pemasangan internet sehat dan blokir iklan berhasil. Berdasarkan hasil monitoring, pengguna komputer yang terkoneksi dengan mikrotik yang membuka situs internet berjumlah 6.178.728 domain, iklan yang diblokir saat pengguna komputer membuka situs internet berjumlah 1.679.115 domain, virus yang diblokir saat pengguna komputer membuka situs internet berjumlah 248 domain, dan domain konten dewasa yang diblokir saat pengguna komputer membuka situs internet berjumlah 1.294 domain

    Pada saat ini penggunaan teknologi informasi dirasakan sangatlah  penting bagi para pelaku bisnis agar mempermudah pekerjaan dan menghasilkan informasi yang cepat. PT. Sunhope Nutrisi selaku pelaku bisnis yang bergerak dibidang penjualan suplemen, merasakan pentingnya penggunaan teknologi informasi ini.  Sistem yang sedang berjalan di PT. Sunhope Nutrisi mengalami berbagai kesulitan dalam mengolah atau membuat laporan persediaan barang suplemen dan data penjualan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dilakukan penelitian yaitu membangun sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang berbasis desktop. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan model proses pengembangan sistem prototipe. Aplikasi sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman java dengan database yaitu mysql. Dengan adanya sistem informasi persediaan dan penjualan barang diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat PT. Sunhope Nutrisi dalam mengolah dan membuat laporan persediaan barang maupun penjualan barang suplemen.     Public street lighting is one of the most important things because it is related to the security and safety of road users, especially at night which requires good lighting. The lack of lighting on the street, can have a dangerous impact on the community. Along with the development of current technological advances, making changes to the security system and to reduce face-to-face contact in this Covid-19 era. Technology is very important in the need to get the right information, fast and accurate. Currently the development of the IoT (Internet of Things) system which is the result of technological developments has become an inseparable part of people's lives. The IoT system is a very flexible system because anything can be controlled via the internet. And also with this IoT system, it is hoped that it will minimize the occurrence of face-to-face dialogue that can result in the transmission of the covid-19 virus. Therefore, an IoT-based system was created that uses the ESP 32 microcontroller as the processing center for checking damaged street lights or Mafunction whose information is sent through the Application Programming Interface (API) to be forwarded to the recipient's BOT Telegram.  Penerangan jalan umum merupakan salah satu hal yang paling penting dikarenakan berkaitan dengan keamanan dan keselamatan para pengguna jalan, terutama di malam hari yang membutuhkan penerangan secara baik. Minimnya penerangan dijalan, dapat berdampak berbahaya untuk masyarakat. Seiring dengan berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi saat ini membuat perubahan pada system keamanan dan untuk mengurangi bertatap muka di era covid-19 ini. Teknologi sangat penting dalam kebutuhan mendapatkan suatu informasi yang tepat, cepat dan akurat. Saat ini perkembangan sistem IoT (Internet of Things) yang merupakan hasil dari perkembangan teknologi menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat. Sistem IoT menjadi sistem yang sangat fleksibel dikarenakan apapun bisa di control melalui jalur internet. Dan juga dengan adanya sistem IoT ini maka diharapkan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya dialog tatap muka yang dapat mengakibatkan penularan virus covid-19.       Abstract— Technological developments require businesses to be able to prioritize fast service, increase productivity, and convenience and create superior products. By selling and buying products via the internet, it will make it easier for people to access e-commerce websites effectively and efficiently and increase store sales. The problems that occur in Sports Stores XYZ are that there is no system to inform product details, product prices, product sizes, and product stock so that customers run out of items they want to buy, lack of maximum sales promotion, no reports for the best-selling products, lack of maximum results in searching sales report data. This research method builds and designs E-commerce with a WordPress content management system (CMS), develops a B2C (Business-to-Customer) E-commerce model, discusses making product catalogs, ordering products, product transactions, and confirming payments, payment is done by transfer between banks and then the shop will validate if the buyer has confirmed the payment. Dengan menjual dan membeli produk melalui internet, memudahkan masyarakat mengakses website e-commerce secara efektif dan efisien serta meningkatkan penjualan toko. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada Toko Olahraga XYZ yaitu tidak adanya sistem untuk menginformasikan detail produk, harga produk, ukuran produk, dan stok produk sehingga pelanggan kehabisan barang yang ingin dibeli, kurang maksimalnya dalam promosi penjualan, tidak adanya laporan untuk produk yang terlaris, kurang maksimalnya dalam mencari data laporan penjualan. Metode penelitian ini membangun dan merancang e-commerce dengan content management system (CMS) wordpress, mengembangkan model E-commerce jenis B2C (Business-to-Customer), membahas pembuatan katalog produk, pemesanan produk, transaksi produk, serta mengkonfirmasi pembayaran, pembayaran yang dilakukan dengan transfer antar bank dan kemudian pihak toko akan memvalidasi apabila pembeli telah melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan tersedianya fitur katalog produk, cart serta checkout pada sistem E-commerce, adanya fitur coupon dan adanya fitur laporan penjualan dan produk terlaris. Mulai dari permintaan ruangan, penerimaan barang dan distribusi barang sampai penyimpanan data – data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penerimaan barang hingga laporan.     Abstract—PHP programming language is considered as one of the most used scripting languages in web application development. Programming trends have started to develop from using native to using frameworks. Professionals widely use programming using a framework because it has a standard framework that is common and clear to help developers build applications quickly. Codeigniter and Laravel are examples of PHP frameworks that are quite popular among web developers. A comparative analysis of the two frameworks was carried out from various perspectives, both in terms of framework structure and research experiments by making simple CRUD applications to measure the performance of the two websites. This comparison in terms of framework structure is intended so that it can be taken into consideration by web developers in choosing a framework that suits their needs in building web applications. From a simple experiment, in terms of performance, Laravel 8 is superior to CodeIgniter 4 with a not-too-significant difference.Intisari—Bahasa pemrograman PHP dianggap sebagai salah satu bahasa scripting yang paling banyak digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi web. Tren pemrograman sudah berkembang dari penggunaan native hingga menggunakan framework. Pemrograman menggunakan framework banyak digunakan dikalangan professional karna framework memiliki kerangka kerja standar yang umum dan jelas sehingga dapat membantu developer dalam membangun aplikasi dengan lebih cepat. Codeigniter dan Laravel merupakan contoh framework PHP yang cukup populer dikalangan web developer. Dilakukan analisis perbandingan kedua framework ini dari berbagai sudut pandang, baik dari segi struktur framework dan percobaan penelitian dengan membuat applikasi CRUD sederhana untuk mengukur performance kedua website tersebut. Perbandingan dari segi struktur framework ini ditujukan agar dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan web developer dalam memilih framework yang sesuai kebutuhan dalam membangun aplikasi web. Dari percobaan sederhana di dapat dalam segi performance Laravel 8 lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan Codeigniter 4 dengan selisih yang tidak terlalu signifikan.   Kata Kunci—Codeigniter, Framework, Laravel, PHP, Web Application

    Perancangan Aplikasi Pelacakan Program Kerja Kampus di STMIK Antar Bangsa

    Abstract— Every agency or company certainly has a work program for the next one year, this is also carried out at STMIK Antar Bangsa. However, with the passage of time, often during the evaluation, problems of incompatibility were found between the previously designed work programs and their implementation. To overcome this problem we propose a work program tracking application design (APELPROKER) using the waterfall method with the User Acceptance Test (UAT), testing technique which produces 93.75% of respondent responses with the aim of being able to help solve criteria problems very well.Intisari— Setiap instansi atau perusahaan tentu memiliki program kerja selama satu tahun kedepan, hal ini pun dilakukan pada STMIK Antar Bangsa. Namun berjalannya waktu seringkali pada saat evaluasi sering ditemukan masalah ketidaksesuaian antara program kerja yang sebelumnya dirancang dengan pelaksanaannya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut kami mengusulkan rancangan aplikasi pelacakan program kerja (APELPROKER) menggunakan metode waterfall dengan teknik pengujian UAT yang menghasilkan tanggapan responden sebanyak 93,75% dengan tujuan dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah kriteria sangat baik.

Education is recognized as the most important instrument in social and economic change. Improving the quality of education and expanding learning opportunities are the main problems faced by Southeast Asia countries. Thus, ICT is believed to be a strategic way to overcome these problems. In essence, ICT is the result of the process of teaching science and technology. Its existence as a the result of education makes big contribution and has big influence on the implementation of education. This can be seen from many educational practices which even depend on the existence of information technology and communication devicesPerkembangan dunia IPTEK yang demikian mengagumkan itu telah membawa manfaat yang luar biasa bagi kemajuan peradaban umat manusia. Manfaat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dapat dirasakan misalnya di bidang pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, di bidang ekonomi, pendidikan, politik, dan segala bidang kehidupan lainnya. Sehingga menjadi menarik untuk lebih mengkaji pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar keberadaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi benar-benar dapat diwujudkan dan dirasakan oleh masyarakat luas, dan pada saat bersamaan diharapkan dapat meminimalisir akibat negatif dari keberadaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pendidikan diakui sebagai instrumen terpenting dalam perubahan sosial serta ekonomi. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan perluasan kesempatan belajar termasuk masalah pokok yang dihadapi oleh negara-negara di Asia Tenggara, dan ICT diyakini sebagai salah satu cara yang strategis dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut. Pada hakikatnya TIK adalah hasil dari proses pengajaran ilmua pengetahuan dan teknologi. Keberadaannya sebagai buah dari pendidikan, pada perkembangannya memberikan sumbangan besar dan pengaruh besar dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan.
