PENERAPAN METODE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE MENGGUNAKAN OPTIMASI GENETIC ALGORITHM UNTUK PREDIKSI PENYAKIT DIABETES
Get PDFAbstract—Currently diabetes progressively increasing number of sufferers. Diabetesis a disease that can lead to complication scan even causedeath. Many studies using theme thod of Support Vector Machine predicting diabetes butthe accuracy ofthe resulting valueis stillless accurate. Inthis stud ycreate da mode lof Support Vector Machine algorithm toget the rulein predicting diabetes and provide a more accuratevalue of accuracy. After testing the model of Support Vector Machine and Support Vector Machine, the results obtained are thusobtained testing algorithm using Support Vector Machine where the value obtained accuracy is 74.21% and the AUC value is 0.758 and testing by using Support Vector Machine based Genetic Algorithm accuracy 75.26% values obtained with precision value 76.25 % and the AUC value is 0.771.Abstract—Currently diabetes progressively increasing number of sufferers. Intisari— Saat ini penyakit diabetes semakin lama semakin meningkat jumlah penderitanya. Penyakit diabetes adalah salah satu penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Banyak penelitian yang menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine dalam memprediksi penyakit diabetes tetapi nilai akurasi yang dihasilkan masih kurang akurat. Dalam penelitian ini dibuatkan model algoritma Support Vector Machine untuk mendapatkan rule dalam memprediksi penyakit diabetes dan memberikan nilai akurasi yang lebih akurat. Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan model Support Vector Machine dan Support Vector Machine maka hasil yang didapat adalah algoritm asehingga didapat pengujian dengan menggunakan Support Vector Machine dimana didapat nilai accuracy adalah 74.21 % dan nilai AUC adalah 0.758 dan pengujian dengan mengunakan Support Vector Machine berbasis Genetic Algorithm didapatkan nilai accuracy 75.26% dengan nilai precision 76.25% dan nilai AUC adalah 0.771
Perancangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web Pada MAN 10 Jakarta Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa

In developing the information system that will be designed at MAN 10 Jakarta using the waterfall method, this application uses Codeigniter, PHPMyAdmin as a database and Sublime text 3 for making theinformation system application. This application or system can simplify the recording process by automating lending andrepayment and simplifying the process of making monthly reports and others.Intisari — Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan MAN 10 Jakarta masih menggunakan cara tercatat, dimana peminjaman, pengembalian buku hingga laporan. sehingga pastinya memakan banyak waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan informasi ataudata yang diingi nkan , karenanya diperlukan Sistem Infomasi perpustakaan yang bisa mengubah waktu menjadi lebih efektif,untuk memperoses peminjaman dan pengembalian dengan otomatis dan menghasilkan informasi yang tentunya cepat dan tepat. Dalam pengembangan sistem Informasi yang akan dirancangkan pada MAN 10 Jakarta menggunakan metode waterfall, aplikasi ini menggunakan codeigniter dan phpmyadmin sebagai database dan Sublime text 3 untuk pembuatan aplikasi sistem informasi tersebut. Intisari— Dengan berkembangnya dunia teknologi terutama teknologi berbasis internet seperti website dimana segala informasi yang diinginkan bisa dengan mudah dan murah diperoleh. Hadirnya website sistem informasi akademik ini, diharapkan dapat membantu para guru, siswa, wali murid, dan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi aktual seputar SMA BUDI MULIA DI TANGERANG. Dalam membangun sistem ini penulis menggunakan alat pendukung dengan metodologi yang berorientasi objek yaitu UML karena UML mendukung bahasa pemrograman berorientasi objek atau OOP (Object Oriented Programming), aplikasi web, PHP dan MySQL, sedangkan untuk photo editor penulis menggunakan Adobe Photoshop CS3 dan Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 media untuk menuliskan scripts PHP. Browser, berfungsi untuk melihat tampilan perintah-perintah PHP yang telah dijalankan di web server. Intisari—Perkembangan sistem informasi melalui internet dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana peningkatan informasi dihampir semua bidang usaha, baik bidang perdagangan, industri maupun jasa. Pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web sebagai sarana promosi yang efektif dan efisien serta mudah diakses oleh pengguna internet. Penulis merancang website tentang analisa kredit motor yang dituangkan dalam pertanyaan–pertanyaan yang sering muncul pada saat pengajuan kredit motor. Website tersebut bisa juga digunakan untuk mengajukan kredit motor. Begitu juga dengan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang yang memiliki perpustakaan sebagai pendukung sistem proses belajar mengajar perpustakaan tetapi masih menggunakan sistem manual yang masih sangat banyak memakan waktu dalam pencatatan atau pengelolahan data perpustakaan dan belum dapat memberikan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu. Namun dengan semakin meningkatnya kualitas pengguna perpustakaan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang, maka sistem yang dilakukan secara manual tersebut tidak efisien lagi untuk saat ini sehingga perlu adanya suatu sistem yang memungkinkan Siswa-siswi untuk dapat melihat data-data buku perpustakaan dan juga dapat memesan buku yang ingin dipinjam secara online. Dengan rancangan sistem informasi perpustakaan ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada pengguna perpustakaan dan meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pengolahan data. Juga untuk staf perpustakaan diperlukan adanya sistem yang mampu melihat stok data buku yang tersedia di perpustakaan,sehingga tidak kesulitan dalam mengetahui jumlah data buku dan lebih mengetahui jumlah buku yang terpinjam.

Get PDFIntisari— PPPA Daarul Qur’an adalah suatu lembaga yang mengelola sedekah, mengabdikan diri pada pembangunan masyarakat yang berbasis tahfidzhul Qur’an, dan dikelola secara profesional. Salah satu program yang ada di PPPA Daarul Qur’an adalah bantuan sosial kemanusiaan dan pengembangan masyarakat yang diperuntukan untuk guru-guru, da’i, dan para pendakwah Al-Qur’an yang telah mengabdi dalam dunia pendidikan dan dakwah selama minimal 3 tahun di perkampungan atau di pedesaan. Dalam pemilihan penerimaan bantuan tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk pembobotan kriteria sehingga menghasilkan penilaian perbandingan kriteria simpatik guru konsisten dan tidak memerlukan revisi penilaian dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk perankingan sehingga terdapatkan guru-guru yang layak menerima bantuan yang menjadi prioritas utama yaitu guru 1, guru 3, guru 5 dan guru 9.

SPBU 34. Medang Karawaci selama ini melakukan penilaian karyawannya belum menggunakan metode apapun yang ilmiah sehingga dirasa hasilnya tidak adil dan sangat subyektif menimbulkan ketidak puasan terhadap hasil penilain tersebut. Perlu adanya metode Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan (SPK) dalam penilaian kinerja karyawannya. Metode TOPSIS dirasa cocok untuk dijadikan metode di dalam mengambil keputusan memilih karyawan terbaik karena konsepnya sederhana tetapi tahapan pemecahan masalahnya termasuk kompleks sehingga penilaian kinerja yang di hasilkan bersifat objektif dan dpat diterima semua pihak.

Therefore, the author tries to make the media applications of mathematics which has android based application form that includes the chapter material geometries with video for explaining the example problems and exercises to test students' understanding by the multiple choice questions and essay receipts scoring system that will be stored in the form of high score table in order to evaluate the students' learning progress. Is by using this app students can learn independently in a fun way to choose the material that has not been understand or review materials that have been studied with the ease of access to learning media through smartphone devices.Abstract— World quintessence of education is currently experiencing a significant increase in line with improvements in the facilities and infrastructure to support learning and that it is also changing the current learning method of direct teaching methods in the classroom and through online media. But these methods still have disadvantages and advantages, for example is the limited time of learning and the internet connection itself, therefore it needs a learning media so that students can learn independently in understanding any instructional material taught anytime and anywhere. Intisari -- Dunia pendidikan saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan seiring dengan semakin baiknya sarana dan prasarana pendukung pembelajaran yang mana hal tersebut juga mengubah metode pembelajaran saat ini dari metode mengajar langsung di dalam kelas maupun melalu media online. Tapi metode tersebut tetap memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihannya masing masing salah satunya adalah terbatasnya waktu pembelajaran baik karena jam pelajaran maupun koneksi internet itu sendiri, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan media pembelajaran agar siswa dapat belajar mandiri dalam memahami setiap materi pembelajaran yang diajarkan kapan dan dimana saja. Salah satunya adalah mata pelajaran Matematika dimana penulis membatasi mengenai pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif matematika untuk siswa SMK/SMA mengenai bab geometri model ADDIE, yaitu analysis (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (Implementasi) dan evaluation (evaluasi). Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba membuat aplikasi media pembelajaran matematika berbasis android berupa aplikasi yang memuat materi bab geometri dilengkapi media video dalam menerangkan contoh soal dan soal latihan untuk menguji pemahaman siswa dengan soal pilihan berganda dan essay meggunakan scoring system yang nantinya disimpan dalam bentuk tabel skor tertinggi guna mengevaluasi kemajuan pembelajaran siswa. Dengan meggunakan aplikasi ini siswa dapat belajar mandiri dengan cara yang menyenangkan dengan memilih sendiri materi yang belum dikuasai ataupun mengingat kembali materi yang telah disampaikan ditambah dengan kemudahan mengakses media pembelajaran melalui perangkat smartphone

Issues to be addressed in this study is whether the strategy of information technology systems for SMEs engaged in the sale of clothing online shop based child so that the SMEs can become one of competitive SMEs, while the purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the current system. Then dala this occasion, will be analyzed informsi technology system based on SWOT analysis systems.The result of research are the first, SWOT Matrix can be used to develop a variety of strategies to strengthen conditions of SMEs, second, Based on the results of SWOT analysis is a small gallery on growth strategy, and third, results of internal matrix processing strategy used is the strategy of growth.
Intisari— Penerapan sistem teknologi informasi pada sebuah UKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan baju anak akan bermanfaat jika penerapannya sesuai dengan tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi dengan menetapkan strategi bisnis dan strategi sistem teknologi informasi. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu analisa berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya suatu perencanaan strategi sistem atau teknologi informasi yang adaptable dan selaras dengan strategi bisnis. Permasalahan yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah strategi sistem teknologi informasi bagi UKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan baju anak berbasis online shop agar UKM tersebut bisa menjadi salah satu UKM yang kompetitif, sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi sistem saat ini. Maka dalam kesempatan ini, akan dilakukan analisa sistem teknologi informasi berdasarkan analisa sistem SWOT. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu: pertama, matrik SWOT dapat digunakan untuk menyusun berbagai strategi untuk memperkuat kondisi UKM.
