    PENGARUH KUALITAS GRUP FACEBOOK TERHADAP KEPUASAN BAGI PENGGUNA

    Abstract—Community needs for information, instant access and the community is an important factor of life of all people. It makes a lot of people are looking for ways to become more efficient communication process. One of the technologies in terms of communication is the creation of a social network. One of the social networking sites are very popular is Facebook. Through facebook users can interact with other users either individually or in groups. For user interaction with the group, the developers created a facebook features facebook group. The number of people who join a facebook group because of these features has the qualities that make people interested and keen to join the group. End-user satisfaction can be used as one measure of the success of this facebook feature. This study used quantitative methods with simple linear regression analysis. Respondents who serve as research object numbered 34 people. Based on the correlation coefficient, normality test and test of significance, the variable quality of the facebook group has a very strong influence positive and significant impact on user satisfaction. Intisari— Kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi, akses cepat dan komunitas menjadi faktor penting dari kehidupan semua orang. Hal itu yang membuat banyak orang mencari cara agar proses komunikasi menjadi lebih efisien. Salah satu teknologi dalam hal komunikasi adalah terciptanya sebuah jejaring sosial. Salah satu situs jejaring sosial yang sangat terkenal adalah Facebook. Melalui facebook pengguna dapat berinteraksi dengan pengguna lain baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Untuk interaksi pengguna dengan kelompok, pihak pengembang facebook menciptakan fitur grup facebook. Banyaknya orang yang bergabung ke dalam sebuah grup facebook tentu dikarenakan fitur tersebut memiliki kualitas yang membuat orang berminat dan tertarik bergabung ke dalam sebuah grup. Kepuasan pengguna akhir dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu ukuran keberhasilan dari fitur facebook ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi linier sederhana. Responden yang dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian berjumlah 34 orang. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi, uji normalitas dan uji signifikansi, variabel kualitas grup facebook mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna.Abstract—Community needs for information, instant access and the community is an important factor of life of all people.     Abstract—Each company or organization that wants to survive needs to determine an appropriate marketing strategy. Data sales of products made by the company will eventually generate mountains of data. products offered various brands, brand influence people to buy the product, to determine the brand with the highest sales priori algorithms needed to know, and with the help of tools Tanagra, products with the highest sales can be known. Priori algorithms including the type of association rules in data mining. One association analysis phase which attracted the attention of many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is the analysis of patterns of high frequency (frequent pattern mining). Important or not an association can be identified by the two benchmarks, namely: support and confidence. Support (support value) is the percentage of the combination of these items in the database, while confidence (value certainty) is a strong relationship between the items in the rules of association. Priori algorithm can be helpful for the development of marketing strategies. Intisari— Setiap perusahaan maupun organisasi yang ingin tetap bertahan perlu untuk menentukan strategi marketing yang tepat. Data penjualan produk yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan lambat laun akan menghasilkan tumpukan data. produk yang ditawarkan bermacam merek, merek mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk membeli produk tersebut, untuk mengetahui merek dengan penjualan terbanyak diperlukan algoritma apriori untuk dapat mengetahuinya, dan dengan bantuan tools tanagra, produk dengan penjualan terbanyak dapat diketahui. Algoritma apriori termasuk jenis aturan asosiasi pada data mining. Salah satu tahap analisis asosiasi yang menarik perhatian banyak peneliti untuk menghasilkan algoritma yang efisien adalah analisis pola frequensi tinggi(frequent pattern mining). Penting tidaknya suatu asosiasi dapat diketahui dengan dua tolak ukur , yaitu : support dan confidence. Support (nilai penunjang) adalah persentase kombinasi item tersebut dalam database, sedangkan confidence (nilai kepastian) adalah kuatnya hubungan antar-item dalam aturan asosiasi.     Abstract— Employee performance evaluation is a very important thing to do, no purpose other than was to assess the extent to which the performance of the employee, is there anything that needs to be repaired from the employee, and what needs to be done to develop the employee's performance. There are several tools that are commonly used to evaluate employee performance is the method of performance appraisal. However, this method has some problems such as: a subjective assessment, occurred halo effect, central tendency, influenced by age, race and gender. Therefore, we need a technical system assessment in performance appraisal.Fuzzy logic provides a specific value on any value between true or false statement to determine the membership function (MF) for each value of the input of the fuzzy (crisp inputs) and the degree of membership (degree of membership) which states the degree of membership function corresponding crisp input between 0 to 1, making it possible for an equation to have a value of true and false simultaneously. Intisari: Evaluasi kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menilai sejauhmana kinerja karyawan, adakah yang harus diperbaiki dan apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kinerja karyawan tersebut. Ada beberapa alat bantu yang umum digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja karyawan salah satunya dengan metode performance appraisal. Akan tetapi metode ini masih memiliki beberapa masalah, diantaranya penilaian secara subyektif, kecenderungan terpusat, terjadi efek hallo, dipengaruhi oleh umur, ras, jenis kelamin, dan masih banyak yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem teknis penilaian pada Performace Appraisal.     Implementasi Metode Klasifikasi Naive Bayes Pada Sistem Analisis Opini Pengguna Twitter Berbasis Web

    Abstract— Development of social media which is the result of technological development is an inseparable part of people's lives. Social media is a place where ordinary people express their feelings and opinions about something that concerns them. Inknowing the direction of public sentiment, surveys are usually done online or offline, this sentiment analysis system will facilitate and speed up the process of knowing the direction of public sentiment, in the case of research. This uses data from Twitter social media called tweets or tweets, web-based sentiment analysis system that will classify tweets into 3 (three) types of sentiments, namely positive, neutral and negative, then make a percentage to make it easier to see the direction of public sentiment. In classifying this system uses the Naive Bayes Classifier method and displays it in a web interface with the PHP programming language and uses the Application Programming Interface (API) to get data from Twitter. Intisari — Saat ini perkembangan media sosial yang merupakan hasil dari perkembangan teknologi menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan masyarakat. Media sosial menjadi tempat masyarakat biasa mengutarakan berbagai perasaan dan opininya tentang suatu hal yang jadi perhatian mereka, dalam mengetahui arah sentimen masyarakat biasanya dilakukan survei baik secara online atau offline, sistem analisis sentimen ini akan memudahkan dan mempercepat proses mengetahui arah sentimen publik, dalam kasus penelitian ini menggunakan data dari media sosial Twitter yang disebut dengan tweets atau cuitan, sistem analisis sentimen berbasis web yang akan mengklasifikasikan cuitan kedalam 3 (tiga) jenis sentimen yaitu positif, netral dan negatif lalu melakukan persentasenya agar mempermudah melihat arah sentimen publik.     Sistem Informasi Manajemen Data Pasien Untuk Meningkatkan Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Puskesmas Curug

    Abstract— The quality of service in health services is very important to be considered, because the importance of service quality is to meet the needs and desires of patients, which can produce patient confidence which is an indicator of the success of the delivery of health services. While the use of technology is also very important as a means of increasing patient care. In the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Curug Puskesmas, there are obstacles due to the recording of patient data that starts from the registration process until the preparation of patient registration reports is done by recording and there are piles of paper stored on storage shelves, so that errors often occur and when parties puskesmas need patient data, it takes a long time to find where the data is stored. Another problem arises when many patients come for treatment and have to queue to fill out the registration form or the patient visit form. So we need a computerized system and a system that can provide information about UPT. Puskesmas Curug to patients or the general public online. Intisari— Kualitas pelayanan pada jasa kesehatan sangat penting diperhatikan, karena pentingnya kualitas pelayanan adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pasien, yang dapat menghasilkan kepercayaan pasien yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan. Sedangkan penggunaan teknologi juga sangat penting dilakukan sebagai sarana dalam peningkatan pelayanan terhadap pasien. Pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Puskesmas Curug, terdapat kendala karena pencatatan data-data pasien yang dimulai dari proses pendaftaran sampai pembuatan laporan pendaftaran pasien dilakukan dengan dicatat dan terdapat tumpukan kertas yang disimpan pada rak-rak penyimpanan, sehingga kerap terjadi kesalahan dan ketika pihak puskesmas membutuhkan data-data pasien, perlu waktu yang cukup lama untuk mencari dimana data tersebut di simpan. Masalah lain muncul ketika banyak pasien yang datang untuk berobat dan harus mengantri untuk mengisi form pendaftaran atau form kunjungan pasien. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dan sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai UPT.     Abstract— The cash receipt and expenditure system used in STMIK Antar Bangsa has been computerized but still uses Microsoft Excel and has not been integrated with the database, causing some obstacles such as requiring a long time to prepare financial statements so that a system that can be used as a reference to help performance is needed financial department. By using the cash information system acceptance and expenditure application is expected to help the work of the finance department, especially in making financial statements. SMA Negeri 10 Bekasi is one of the schools that do not have a computerized information system , so as to obtain the information of parents , students , and the community must come to school. Schools that do not have this information system is considered very requires web-based academic information system in order to provide convenience to parents , students and the public in obtaining information . Software development method used is the Waterfall method. With web-based academic information system is expected to help resolve the problems . Parents and students do not need to come directly to the school to seek and obtain the required information . Thus helping to provide information quickly and accurately. Intisari—Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web adalah sistem yang memberikan informasi seputar akademik sekolah. SMA Negeri 10 Bekasi adalah salah satu sekolah yang belum memiliki sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga untuk mendapatkan informasi orangtua, siswa, dan masyarakat harus datang ke sekolah.     Optimalisasi Keamanan Jaringan Menggunakan Metode Port Knocking Pada LAZIS Wahdah Jakarta

    Abstract— Network security system is very important, because it relates to the security of resources in network, if the networksecurity system is weak, so people are not interested could be easy to attacks on the system, either to manipulate the data or changing the configuration of the network . In Lazis Wahdah has not made the block on port network systems, and used of modem Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) in the network do not block the port. This is because the ADSL Modem just can do simple configuration and also not have features such as Router. Focusing on the issue, the use of methods Port Knocking on Mikrotik RB951UI-2ND is an appropriate way to improve network security system. With Port Knocking only IP address that corresponds to the rule or according to a predetermined Knock can access Mikrotik, while that does not comply with the rule will remain blocked. So Port Knockingmethod can improve the security system on the network at Lazis Wahdah Jakarta. Intisari— Keamanan sistem jaringan sangat penting, karena berkaitan dengan keamanan sumber daya yang ada padajaringan berupa data-data, jika system keamanan jaringan lemah,maka orang yang tidak berkepentingan dapat denganmudah melakukan serangan pada sistem tersebut, baik untuk melakukan manipulasi data atau merubah konfigurasi padajaringan. Di Lazis Wahdah Jakarta belum melakukan blok pada port system jaringan, dan penggunaan modem AsymmetricDigital Subscriber Line (ADSL) pada jaringaan tidak melakukan blok terhadap port, ini karena Modem ADSL hanya bisamelakukan konfigurasi sederhana dan juga tidak memilik ifitur seperti halnya Router. Berfokus pada masalah tersebut,penggunaan metode Port Knocking pada Mikrotik RB941-2ND merupakan cara yang tepat untuk meningkatkan sistemkeamanan jaringan. Dengan Port Knocking hanya IP Address yang sesuai dengan rule atau sesuai dengan Knock yang telahditentukan yang dapat mengakses ke Mikrotik, sementara yang tidak sesuai dengan rule akan tetap diblok.     Abstract— Wireless communication / wireless ( LAN ) has become a basic need or a new lifestyle information society. Wireless LAN is better known as Wi- Fi networks to alternative technologies and relatively easy to implement in the workplace. Installing the Wi - Fi network is more flexible because it does not require connecting cables between komputet. The access point is a device commonly used in wireless network (hotspot areas) where the user or the user is connected to the internet using the medium of air through the access point. Moreover, with this wireless -based network makes it easier for people to access the internet wherever they may be. Implementation of network installation consists of RJ-45 connectors on UTP cable, repeater configuration, the Access Point configuration, configuration MikroTik HotSpot Server. With the wireless network based on the HotSpot Scoolh SMA KOSGORO, will be easier for students to access the internet for free. In addition, wireless network configuration is not that difficult, as long as it follows the rules -making network.Intisari— Komunikasi tanpa kabel/nirkabel (wireless) telah menjadi kebutuhan dasar atau gaya hidup baru masyarakat informasi. LAN nirkabel yang lebih dikenal dengan jaringan WiFi menjadi teknologi alternatif dan relatif lebih mudah untukdiimplementasikan di lingkungan kerja. Instalasi perangkat jaringan Wi-Fi lebih fleksibel karena tidak membutuhkan penghubung kabel antar komputet. Access point merupakan perangkat yang biasa digunakan dalam jaringan wireless (Hotspot area) dimana user atau pengguna terhubung ke internet menggunakan media udara melalui perangkat access point. Selain itu, dengan jaringan berbasis wireless ini membuat masyarakat lebih mudah untuk mengakses internet dimanapun berada. Implementasi pemasangan jaringan ini terdiri dari pemasangan konektor RJ- 45 pada kabel UTP, melakukan konfigurasi repeater, konfigurasi Access Point, konfigurasi HotSpot Server MikroTik. Dengan adanya jaringan wireless berbasis HotSpot di Sekolah SMA KOSGORO, akan mempermudah mahasiswa/i untuk mengakses internet dengan gratis. Selain itu, melakukan konfigurasi jaringan wireless tidak begitu sulit, asalkan mengikuti aturan pembuatan jaringan.Abstract— Wireless communication / wireless ( LAN ) has become a basic need or a new lifestyle information society. Wireless LAN is better known as Wi- Fi networks to alternative technologies and relatively easy to implement in the workplace. Installing the Wi - Fi network is more flexible because it does not require connecting cables between komputet. The access point is a device commonly used in wireless network (hotspot areas) where the user or the user is connected to the internet using the medium of air through the access point. Moreover, with this wireless -based network makes it easier for people to access the internet wherever they may be. Implementation of network installation consists of RJ-45 connectors on UTP cable, repeater configuration, the Access Point configuration, configuration MikroTik HotSpot Server. With the wireless network based on the HotSpot Scoolh SMA KOSGORO, will be easier for students to access the internet for free. In addition, wireless network configuration is not that difficult, as long as it follows the rules -making network
