Islamic activity management of housewives in a multi-ethnic village
Full text linkThis study aims to reveal the morals of housewives in multi-ethnic villages, and border areas of the Province, both in the event of grief, joy, and village government activities. The research methodology is a qualitative phenomenological model, with the key data source being 16 housewives aged 30 to 47 years, the instrument used is a structured interview guide and processing data starting from the collection, validation, analysis, triangulation, and making conclusions. Research results: The morals of Batusondat village housewives outside the home towards bereavement activities, Islamic behavior of Batusondat village housewives outside the home in responding to joy is: visiting with polite clothes and not newly bought ones. While in Sukamaju village are: visiting with polite clothes but with newly bought clothes, Batu Sondat village housewives apply the Islamic leadership model in fostering their children's morals by prioritizing giving examples of behaving in an Islamic manner. While in Sukamaju village: prioritizing a simple lifestyle, The contribution shown by housewives of Batusondat village in participating in the youth moral development program in the village PKK/Jorong is by giving the energy to do activities in activities and also giving money to participate in activities according to sincerity

Full text linkIt is important for insurance companies to carry out a risk selection of the risks that exist in the insurance products offered carefully and thoroughly in order to avoid large losses due to claims. After the COVID-19 pandemic catastrophic event, the company became more vigilant about the risk selection process in each of its products, one of which is a surety bond product at the insurance company PT Bumiputera Muda 1967 Serang Branch. The underwriter is trained to be able to recognize every potential risk that exists in the prospective insured by carrying out the underwriting process effectively and accurately. In this study, it will be discussed about the underwriting procedures carried out by PT Bumiputera Muda 1967 Serang Branch in determining risk selection on surety bond products during the co-19 pandemic. The results of this study show that in surety bond products there are several stages, namely: The principal contacts the agent, the analysis process, data input, print the policy. Where there are 4 types of guarantees including bind bond, performance bond, advance payment bond, and maintenance bond. The obstacles faced by the underwriter are restrictions on surveys of field conditions, survey reports are additional requirements given by the underwriter in the risk selection process for surety bond products after the Covid-19 pandemic

Depending on the route records of this strategic plan, it can be evaluated. For implementation, RKA is often not in accordance with the strategic plan. it was even found that RKA was prioritized over strategic plans it is considered a useless thing and is only needed when necessary. institutional performance appraisal components, and documentary evidence to prove it is realistic as planned (has a track record). Arranging the campus process strategic plan for 2017-2022 begins with mapping activities up to 2016. Besides this situation, be aware of all the problems and inconsistencies that have affected the function and main tasks. In addition, an analysis of the influence of the strategic environment is required involved. either directly or indirectly, with main tasks or functions, both internal and external. That internal strategy influence will turn into strengths and weaknesses, resulting in external influence strategy will turn into an opportunity and a threat. Taking into account this influence on the environment strategic changes, propose policy rules to achieve performance targets in preparing strategic plans for a campus in 2017-2022. In order to clarify the main tasks and the running of its functions, a vision will be formulated and explained on the mission side. based on the vision and mission, goals, objectives, priorities, strategies, and policy paths are formulated. Full text linkThis article discusses the effect of big book media in improving the reading skills of class 2 students at Islamic elementary school 5 Agam. In this research , the writer discusses Arabic. The problems encountered are that students are hesitant to pronounce hijaiyyah letters so they don’t like to read, the text and images in student bool are less attractive because of their small size. This study aims to enable students to pronounce hijaiyyah letters and students can read texts correctly. This study used the Pre Experimental method (One Group Pretesr- Posttest Design). The sampling techniquw is Nonprobability Sampling. The population in this study were all class 2 students at Islamic elementary school 5 Agam total sample of 14 students. The sampling technique is Nonprobability Sampling namely (sampling jenuh) because there are less than thirty students. Data collection tools used are tests, observations and interviews. Perform data analysis using Paires Sample Test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics V.20 for windows. The results showed that the average pre- test was 69, after using the big book media, the average post-test score was 78.5714. The results of data analysis showed that the t count was 9.862 and the t table was 2,160. This means that T count is greater than t table. Thus H0 is rejected while Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the big book media has an effect on improving students reading skills
Pengembangan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi android untuk siswa kelas XI SMA pada materi sistem pernapasan
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi android pada materi sistem pernapasan berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dan guru kelas XI IPA SMA ; (2) Mengetahui tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi android pada materi sistem pernapasan untuk siswa kelas XI IPA; (3) Mengetahui tingkat efektivitas media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi android pada materi sistem pernapasan terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian RnD (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari 10 langkah, yaitu; 1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi tentang kendala serta kebutuhan dalam belajar biologi melalui angket dan wawancara guru; 2) perencanaan pengembangan media berdasarkan analisis penelitian awal yang diperkuat dengan kajian literatur; 3) pengembangan media menggunakan software Unity berdasarkan flowchart, kemudian divalidasi oleh tim ahli dan revisi; 4) pengujian media pada sembilan orang siswa dan satu orang guru; 5) revisi perbaikan berdasarkan saran; 6) uji coba lapangan terbatas oleh 40 siswa dan 4 orang guru; 7) revisi berdasarkan saran; 8) uji kelompok besar oleh 109 siswa; 9) revisi berdasarkan saran. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa dan guru biologi SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan Selatan, SMA Negeri 3 Panyabungan, dan SMA IT Alhusnayain. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data deskriptif (angket dan wawancara), data kualitatif (angket skala Likert), dan data kuantitatif (soal pilihan ganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 98,2% siswa menyatakan bahwa mereka membutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis berupa aplikasi android.. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk siswa SMA kelas XI berdasarkan aspek kualitas tampilan, penyajian materi manfaat dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran, penggunaan dan kemudahan dalam pengoperasian
Accounting information in improving corporate values and responsibility to stakeholders in cement manufacturing companies in Indonesia
Full text linkThe study looked at manufacturing cement as an object of research. Reasons why the cement industry go the public is: 1). Manufacturing companies Cement is still very little that goes public in Indonesian; 2). Cost of goods calculation production at more manufacturing companies complex when compared to service companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cost accounting information on the improvement of corporate value and responsibility to stakeholders, in the cement industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2017-2022. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis product correlation moment for causality test and comparative analysis k one way ANOVA independent sample for comparative test, with 5% significance level. The results showed that the cost accounting information, which is realized in the calculation of cost of goods manufactured significantly affects the increase of company value. Increased corporate value significantly influences the company's ability to fulfill its responsibilities to stakeholders, such as paying dividends to shareholders, borrowing interest expenses to creditors, hiring employees, and paying taxes to the government. This study also concludes that there are differences in firm size, dividend payout, tax burden, interest expense on cement the company goes public in Indonesia, while the salary load is not significantly different

Full text linkThe purpose to minimize the gap that is created between the fewer Islamic Banking jobs and the increasing number of Islamic banking alumni graduates from time to time with the Sociopreneur analysis of alumni. This research is a Field Research conducted using a descriptive qualitative research approach and using triangulation data analysis techniques. Information about the potential of social entrepreneurship was obtained through literature studies collected from research related to documents, books and journals as assistants and complements to the theories studied. Furthermore, researchers will conduct observations in the form of interviews using the snowball sampling technique directly to alumni of Islamic banking as soicopreneurship actors in the TABAGSEL area and will also conduct interviews with the Head of Islamic Banking Study Program and economists in the TABAGSEL area to strengthen the results of the researcher's findings. The results of the research findings The approach taken by UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan Islamic Banking graduates to change perceptions and inspire the younger generation to become entrepreneurs is to provide knowledge about social entrepreneurship and its benefits and apply a caring attitude towards the surrounding environment and society because this will create a feeling of wanting to help others
