    The prevention strategies of radicalism

    This letter looks for extremism in Indonesia and its defense. Extremism has emerged today in Indonesia. The issue is not over; the other issue has yet to arise. There are rotten crowds more than fifty; two hundred and fifty of them originate in the atmosphere. Other than, to corrupt the doctrine, these deviant doctrines were the shattering of the community system, the family connection, and the union of the nation and the thinking of society. There is even a threat to the continued union of the country of the Republic of Indonesia (NKR), including: the Islamic leadership in terms of its call is not public and after noon and finally they fight all sects other than from their Shiites then the stage of success to the stage of teaching psychological government. The scholars in general and the Council of Indonesian Scholars in particular have exerted a great deal of opportunity, opportunity and idea, but rather strive with funds and souls to establish and prevail over the matter. Authenticity with the harm caused to these misguided doctrines. The republic in general and the president in particular had agreed with the fatwas presented by the Indonesian Council of Scholars and indicated that the religious fatwas had brought it out and appointed that the Indonesian Ulema Council could expel it. Therefore, scientists must bid farewell to this issue. If in the past time the scholars are concerned about matters of fatwas and extracting them, then they must in the next hour to preserve the ummah’s belief and the origin of religion

    The use of flashcard game method to improve students’ learning interest in Akidah Akhlak subject

    The problem of this research was found from the result of interview with the teachers of Akidah Akhlak lesson that there were students who did not pay attention to the lesson, talking with other students, and did not intent to help their friends doing the group task while the learning process was running. That case happened because of lecturing method dominance used by the teacher. This caused the interest of students in learning Akidah Akhlak lesson was low. Thus, the researcher gave them a solution in learning Akidah Akhlak lesson by using flashcard game method. The purpose of this research was to know whether the use of flashcard game method could improve learning interest of grade X students in Akidah Akhlak lesson at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan. The research involved a classroom action research, which used qualitative method. The samples of this research were 38 students taken from class of X MIA-1. The instruments of data collection were questionnaire and observation. Quantitative approach with statistical method was used to analyze the data through SPSS 22 program. According to this research, it was concluded that students’ learning interest of X MIA-1 in Akidah Akhlak lesson could be improved through flashcard game method. This improvement could be seen from the results of questionnaire and observation. The result of questionnaire usage in cycle I was 97.31 in average, cycle II was 104.86 in average, and cycle III was 113.65 in average. The result of observation usage in cycle I was 86.83%, cycle II was 91.44%, and cycle III was 95.39%. After all, all approaches done from cycle I until cycle III showed improvement of students’ learning interest in Akidah Akhlak subject

    Community based education development patterns in Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School Jambi Province

    This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the pattern of community based education development in the Nurul Iman Islamic boarding school in Jambi. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach with case study research design in the sense that research is focused on just one phenomenon that is chosen and wants to be understood in depth. This research was conducted directly by using field notes and cameras for documentation. Data collection is done by the method of in depth interviews and observations. The results of the research from the Community Based Education Development Pattern in the Nurul Iman Islamic boarding school in Jambi can be divided into two important components, namely: through the first component is the Teaching Pattern with Community Spiritual Education and Community Work Education and the second component is the Islamic Leadership Pattern. Participation Community members in the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School and Stakeholders in Educational Development have felt well in the form of thought participation, labor participation, property participation, skills participation or proficiency and social participation. Factors Affecting the Pattern of Community Based Education Development in the Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Jambi, internal factors originating from the individual itself.     This research was conducted on the people of Binjai City who read the daily newspapers published by Medan. Based on the scientific field, this research is a field research. This type of research is classified as quantitative research, it is correlational. Statistical testing was conducted, namely to help researchers make generalizations accurately. Using agenda setting theory was first introduced and developed by McCombs and Shaw. This theory argues that if the mass media exerts pressure on an event, then the media influences the audience. The prominence and categories of Islamic news and articles in Waspada and Analisa daily newspapers are slightly different. In the Waspada daily newspaper, articles are not only placed in the Mimbar Friday column, but also in the al-Bayan column, opinions, features, sometimes even in the editorial column. Meanwhile, there are news in almost every page of the newspaper. Waspada even prepared a column of information about Friday khatibs which occupy column two half a newspaper page. The daily newspaper Analisa rarely puts news and articles on the front page of the newspaper. Islamic articles are only placed in the Mimbar Islam column

    Pemerintah melakukan perubahan pendidikan yaitu adanya Merdeka Belajar. Merdeka Belajar diharapkan dilaksanakan oleh semua jenis pendidikan termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus diberikan kesempatan penuh untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dan pengajaran. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu sistem zonasi sebagai sistem Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) dan asesement kemampuan minimum serta survey karakter. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum. Sumber data sekunder adalah 5 orang guru dan siswa di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Kumala Indah kota Padangsidimpuan. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, dokumentasi. Data dianalisa dengan teknik interaksi melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem zonasi PPDB telah dilakukan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Kumala Indah kota Padangsidimpuan sebagai bukti mendukung program pemerintah. PPDB melalui jalur zonasi 50 % terdiri dari 10 siswa
