    The effect of online transportation system on unemployment rate and public welfare in Indonesia

    The aim of this study was to examine the effect of online transportation system on the unemployment and public welfare in Medan City, Indonesia. Technology-based business practices in the industrial era 4.0 require certain skills in the area of works. Furthermore, changes to the technology system which initially absorbed more workers tend to decrease due to it replace human role. Consequently, the level of public welfare will also decline. This study was carried out at PT. GO-JEK Indonesia using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The model used was a loading factor constructed from each indicator. The results of this study showed that an online transportation has effect on the reduction of the unemployment rate. Furthermore, it showed that this system may improve the welfare of the public. Therefore, online transportation has a positive effect on reducing unemployment and improving public welfare

    Marriage is not just a written contract or usually spoken between the bride and groom. Ijab qabul is one of the pillars of marriage, there is ijab, namely lafadz spoken by the guardian of the prospective bride or her representative while qabul is lafadz spoken by the prospective groom. Then without the pillars in a marriage contract, the marriage is invalid. As happened in the process of the marriage contract in the city of Padangsidimpuan, the lafadz consent and qabul were not in accordance with the provisions of the Shari'a.The purpose of this thesis is to find out how the marriage registrar's perception of lafadz ijab qabul in the marriage process in the city of Padangsidimpuan.The conclusions obtained in this study are that the implementation of the ijab qabul lafadz in the procession of the marriage contract in the city of Padangsidimpuan lafadz qabul ijab as follows: the consent pronounced by the guardian must be in harmony with the qabul answered by the prospective groom. If the guardian of the prospective bride is her biological father in her consent, there is no need to say using binti, because it is clear in her consent that it is my biological daughter

    Muhammad Rasyid Ridha merupakan intelektual Muslim yang bernama lengkap Muhammad Rasyid bin Ali Ridha bin Syamsuddin bin Baha’uddin Al-Qalmuni Al-Husaini. Dimata dunia Islam lebih mengenalnya dengan nama Muhammad Rasyid Ridha. Ia lahir di daerah Qalamun (sebuah desa yang tidak jauh dari Kota Tripoli, Lebanon) pada 27 Jumadil Awal 1282 H bertepatan dengan tahun 1865 M. Muhammad Rasyid Ridha dilahirkan dan dibesarkan dan dididik dalam lingkungan keluarga taat beragama dan terhormat. Dalam sebuah sumber dikatakan bahwa Rasyid Ridha masih memiliki pertalian darah dengan Husin bin Ali bin Abi Thalib, cucu Nabi Muhammad saw. Semasa kecilnya, Rasyid Ridha dimasukkan oleh orang tuanya ke madrasah tradisional di desanya, Qalamun, untuk belajar membaca Alquran, belajar menulis, dan berhitung. Berbeda dengan anakanak seusianya, Rasyid kecil lebih sering menghabiskan waktunya untuk belajar dan membaca buku daripada bermain, dan sejak kecil memang ia telah memiliki kecerdasan yang tinggi dan kecintaan terhadap ilmu pengetahuan, negara dengan sistem khilafah. Mengenai hal di atas, penulis berusaha untuk menyusun buku ini dengan menguraikan penjelasan terkait Gagasan Kontekstualis Muhammad Rasyîd Ridha terhadap Syûrâ dan Khilafah. Terinspirasi oleh adanya sintesis antara ide yang dilontarkan Rasyîd Ridhâ tentang bentuk negara dengan sistem khilafah dalam karyanya tentang khilafah yang ditulis pada tahun (1922-1923) memiliki relevansi dengan ide pembentukan negara khilafah pada era kontemporer ini seperti yang digagas oleh kelompok Hizbut Tahrir

Salah satu teknologi informasi yang ikut berperan dalam dunia pendidikan adalah pembelajaran Daring. Pembelajaran daring berfungsi sebagai penghubung antar pendidik dengan Mahasiswanya dengan jaringan internet yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja. Media daring yang digunakan subjek penelitian adalah bermacam- macam (WhatsApp, Google Classroom, Website).Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektifitas dalam pemebelajaran daring. Metode yang dikumpulkan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tanya jawab kepada narasumber yaitu mahaMahasiswa semester IV Pendidikan Dosen madrasah Ibtidaiyah IAIN Padangsidimpuan melalui WhatsApp Group. Kemajuan teknologi memberikan dampak besar terhadap perkembangan pendidikan, para pendidik memanfaatkanya untuk mempermudah proses belajar mengajar serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Berikut pandangan Mahasiswa tehadap efektifitas pembelajaran berbasis daring:1.Mayoritas Mahasiswa merasa pembelajaran daring dirasa tidak efektif, karena dalam praktiknya Dosen lebih dominan dalam pemberian tugas bukan penjelasan materi.2.Mahasiswa merasa ada kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam pelaksanaan daring.3. Mayoritas Mahasiswa merasa pembelajaran daring lebih menyenangkan, karena dirasa lebih santai dan efisien.4. Mahasiswa berharap penerapan daring bisa diperbaiki, seperti rekomendasi Mahasiswa yaitu penjelasan materi pembelajaran melalui video dan pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi (pembelajaran melalui live IG)
