Full text linkThe problem facing Muslims today in a constitutional context is a complex one. A legal formulation is needed that can answer and solve these problems. The problem that arises especially in the context of siyasah harbiyah is about how to formulate laws on weapons and state defense. The problem in the context of siyasah dusturiyah is how to formulate Islamic law to answer legislative problems. And the third is the problem in the context of levy and customs policies as part of the context of siyasah maliyah. In this study, a literature research method with a qualitative approach was used. The data collection technique used is to collect various references to the subject matter and then classify it for further analysis by interpretation method. Based on the results of this study, it can be described that the qiyas method as the fourth constitution in Islam is able to answer the problem of its obligation to regulate the armaments and security of the state, as well as its obligation to designate people as members of the legislature, as well as its obligation to attract levies and customs taxes on imported goods entering a territor

Dispensasi kawin era covid 19; faktor peningkatan dan upaya penanggulangan
Full text linkDispensasi kawin merupakan upaya dari calon pengantin untuk mendapatkan penetapan dari Pengadilan agar dapat melangsungkan perkawinan bagi pasangan yang menikah dibawah umur. Permohonan dispensasi kawin secara menyeluruh mengalami peningkatan sejak pandemi covid 19 melanda Indonesia, data tahun 2019 menunjukkan 23.126 permohonan dispensasi kawin dari seluruh Pengadilan di Indonesia, kemudian meningkat menjadi 64.211 permohonan di tahun 2020.
Berbagai faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya peningkatan dispensasi kawin, diantaranya: faktor kenakalan remaja (hamil diluar nikah), perjodohan, ekonomi rendah, dan juga dorongan tradisi adat.

Full text linkJumlah mahasiswa baru program pascasarjana S2 PAI IAIN Padangsidimpuan dari tahun 2016 2019 mengalami penurunan, sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan citra Program Pascasarjana (S2) PAI IAIN Padangsidimpuan di kalangan dosen Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) yang ada di wilayah Tapanuli serta mengetahui aktif atau tidaknya merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain. Populasi yang digunakan seluruh dosen dan sekaligus penasehat akademik pada PTKI yang ada dikawasan Tapanuli yang berjumlah 212. Teknik stratified random sampling digunakan dalam penentuan sampel yang berjumlah 53 dosen. Instrument pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data dengan teknik F-F Scale. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 1) citra Program Pascasarjana (S2) PAI IAIN Padangsidimpuan di kalangan dosen masing-masing PTKI yang ada di wilayah Tapanuli cenderung positif dengan catatan tingkat pengenalan mereka terhadap program studi ini masih rendah. 2) Program Pascasarjana (S2) PAI IAIN Padangsidimpuan masih jarang menjadi topik pembicaraan (word of mouth ) di kalangan dosen masing-masing PTKI yang ada di wilayah Tapanuli sehingga tingkat keaktifan mereka dalam merekomendasikan Program Pascasarjana S2 PAI IAIN Padangsidimpuan kepada orang lain masih jauh dari yang diharapka

Faktor Penentu Gaya Hidup Halal Generasi Z di Sumatera Utara
Full text linkThe increasing number of Muslim populations throughout the world has resulted in an increasing level of demand for halal products. Currently there is a shift in lifestyle towards a halal lifestyle. This phenomenon is growing, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world. The pandemic demands that people prioritize health by paying more attention to a healthy and hygienic lifestyle. The application of the halal lifestyle has spread throughout the world, not only in Muslim countries but also non-Muslim countries. Its development can be seen in various sectors such as food, beverage, fashion, pharmaceutical, finance and other sectors. The population of Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim majority, is currently dominated by Generation Z. Generation Z, which tends to be literate in information technology, affects the lifestyle that is applied in everyday life. Several studies have stated that Generation Z has not been fully consistent in implementing a halal lifestyle. In choosing products for consumption, they do not always pay attention to the existence of the product's halal label. This is due to the assumption that products produced by Muslims are guaranteed to be halal without having to be accompanied by a halal label on the product. The purpose of this study is to determine the determinants that influence the halal lifestyle of Generation Z in North Sumatra. This study is a quantitative study using primary data obtained by distributing online questionnaires. The number of respondents as many as 445 who are Generation Z in North Sumatra. Research data is processed using Smart PLS. The results showed that the variables of experience, personality, perception, motives and culture influenced the halal lifestyle. Meanwhile, family factors, social environment, and demographics do not affect the lifestyle of Generation Z in North Sumatra. The halal industry needs to continue to be developed to provide Muslim consumers with more diverse choices in determining the products and services to be consumed
Praktik perkawinan sapowik : study kasus di Desa Tanjung dalam tinjauan Hukum Islam
Full text linkTulisan ini ingin menggambarkan pelaksanaan perkawinan Sapowik di desa Tanjung dan juga bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam terhadap perkawinan Sapowik ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian lapangan. Setelah dianalisa penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelarangan perkawinan Sapowik masih diberlakukan sampai saat ini, tentu akan mendapatkan sanksi adat bagi orang yang melanggarnya. Kemudian kalau ditinjau dari hukum Islam tentu adat kebiasaan ini bertentangan. Kemudian bila dilihat dari teori ‘Urf maka larangan perkawinan Sapowik ini termasuk kedalam ‘Urf Fasid, secara teori Ushul Fiqih Sad al-Dzariah maka larangan perkawinan Sapowik tidak bisa diterima karena banyak mafsadah yang akan muncul
Integration of muslim professional religious financial planning through islamic financial institutions in Indonesia
Full text linkThe financial planning behavior of Indonesian Muslim professional religiosity is still low unlike other types of financial planning, such as investment planning and family finances which have become a necessity. Even if integrated through Islamic financial institutions, it is still limited to worship which in technical implementation is required through financial insti- tutions such as hajj and zakat. The purpose of this study is to analyze first, the making of relig- iosity financial planning among Indonesian Muslim professionals; second, the integration of religiosity financial planning among Muslim professionals through Islamic financial institu- tions in Indonesia. To answer the formulation of the problem above, this study uses theory of planned behavior. The research method uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The results showed first, in general, Muslim professional respondents had a fairly good general understanding of religious financial activities. Second, the behavior of making financial planning of religious activities is driven by intentions, subjective norms and behav- ioral control perceived in Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behaviour. Third, their religious financial planning has been integrated with LKS, although not all aspects and utilization of LKS have not been optimal
