Autobiography, James Franklin Buchanan, February 10, 1974
In this bound copy of James Franklin Buchanan\u27s autobiography, he begins with a brief, two page description of his early life prior to enlisting with the Army . On page three he states that This portion of my story deals with the army and proceeds to document his time in the army from enlistment, through training, and on to his service overseas during World War II. Some photographs of people and places during Buchanan\u27s time in the Army are included. Additionally, an account of his trip abroad d for the Farm Bureau Federation\u27s Bavarian Adventure tour of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in October 1973 is included in the last seven pages.
