Evaluasi Stabilitas Lereng Dengan Metode Limit Equilibrium pada Sungai Waridin
Rivers play an important role in improving the welfare and quality of life of the Indonesian people. In addition, rivers can also cause flooding. The Waridin River is one of the rivers in the Kendal regency area. Flooding is an event where inundation occurs in a flat area around the river due to the overflow of water that the river cannot accommodate. To overcome the flood problem, the addition of parapets and the normalization of the river were carried out. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the slope stability of the Waridin river from the excisiting conditions, design and construction conditions by paying attention to 3 (three) modeling conditions. The method used in this analysis is the Limit Equilibrium method, which utilizes software, specifically Geostudio, through the SLOPE/W menu. The analysis was carried out on existing conditions, planning, and construction. This analysis was carried out under normal conditions, earthquakes, and rapids. The results of the existing analysis were obtained that in the condition of the combination of earthquakes, the slope stability was below the safe factor, namely 1.02 < 1.2. sendang in other conditions tends to be safe. In the planning analysis by combining normalization and the addition of parapets with a 3-meter mini pile foundation, the results of all analysis conditions exceeded the value of the safety factor. Because at the time of construction a landslide occurred, a back analysis was carried out where the results of the back analysis were added reinforcement to the foot of the river slope with a mini pile of 4 meters with a distance of 1 meter each associated with the frame beams. The analysis results obtained show that it is safe for all implementation conditions.

UTILIZATION OF ORGANIC MATERIALS TO IMPROVE CELERY (Apium graveolens L.) YIELD
Celery (Apium graveolens L.) is a leaf vegetable and medicinal plant usually used as a cooking spice. Several countries, including Japan, China, and Korea, use the leaf stalks as a food ingredient. The demand for celery continues to increase yearly, both domestically and abroad. Celery cultivation is rarely done in big cities because environmental conditions are unsuitable for growth requirements. Fertilization technology is one of the determinants in efforts to improve the quality and quantity of agricultural products. The use of appropriate fertilizer is expected to achieve economically profitable production levels. Fertilization essentially provides nutrients into the soil so plants' nutrient needs can be met. This research aims to determine the best use of organic fertilizer in increasing the growth and yield of celery plants. This research was conducted from June to September 2024 and is located in Tirto Rahayu, Rambaan Hamlet, Dau District, Malang Regency, East Java. This research used a Randomized Block Design with 7 treatments and 4 replications consisting of A1 (22 grams of urea), A2 (2.5 grams of humus), A3 (200 grams of goat manure), A4 (200 grams of chicken manure mixed with husks), A5 (2.5 grams of humus + 22 grams of urea), A6 (200 grams of goat manure + 22 grams of urea), and A7 (200 grams of chicken manure + 22 grams of urea). IMPROVEMENT OF THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF CORN FLOUR THROUGH FERMENTATION TECHNOLOGY USING MA-11 AND EM-4
This researchto determine the effect of corn tumpi fermentation with the addition of bioactivators MA-11 and EM-4 as well as urea and molasses on the content of BK, PK, and SK. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Veteran Bangun Nusantara University for one month using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 8 replications. The treatments were P0: 250 grams of corn tumpi + 2 grams of urea + 5 cc of molasses; P1: 250 grams of corn tumpi + 2% MA-11 + 2 grams of urea + 5 cc of molasses; P2: 250 grams of corn tumpi + 2% EM4 + 2 grams of urea + 5 cc of molasses. The results showed that the addition of MA-11 and EM-4 significantly increased the content of BK and PK, and also decreased the content of SK compared to the P0 / control treatment (P <0.01). Treatment P1 gave results that were not significantly different from treatment P2. The dry matter (DM) content in treatment P0 was 87.97%, P1: 88.65% and P2: 88.45%. Treatment P0 produced a crude protein (CP) content of 9.79%, P1: 11.37% and P2: 10.45%. The lowest crude fiber (CF) content was achieved by treatment P1 (3.70%) followed by treatment P2 (4.33%) and P0 (6.38%). The conclusion that can be drawn is that corn tumpi fermentation using MA-11 and EM4 with the addition of urea and molasses has a very significant effect on increasing CF content and decreasing CF content, but treatments P1 and P2 provide the same DM content. Bioactivator MA-11 provides a more effective effect than EM4 in increasing CF content and decreasing CF content

Visual Representations in Indonesian Chemistry Textbooks: Supporting Deep Learning for 2025 Educational Goals
Indonesian students struggle with abstract science concepts, as reflected in their low performance in international assessments. The primary learning resource is still textbook, and their visual materials are significant in helping students understand abstract concepts, especially in chemistry. However, visuals are often underutilized in science education. To address this gap, this study analyzes visual representations in Indonesian chemistry textbooks of the 2013 Curriculum to inform future improvements aligned with Indonesia’s 2025 educational goals. Two widely used textbooks for grades X and XII were examined to explore differences across grades. Using qualitative content analysis and a modified rubric, the study reveals that symbolic visuals that have explicit surface features (such as chemical formula and equations) dominate, while macroscopic and sub-microscopic visuals are underrepresented. In relation to the text, most visuals are completely related with the content but not directly referred to in the text, which may hinder students’ understandings. Positively, most visuals are contiguous (positioned close to the related text) with the related text and categorized as either with-caption or incorporated into text. These findings highlight gaps in textbook design, such as overreliance on symbolic visuals and poor visual-text integration. To support deep learning, textbooks should include multi-level visuals, ensure direct referencing, and provide clear captions. These changes are essential for fostering deeper understanding and aligning with Indonesia’s 2025 educational goals, offering insights for improving textbook quality.
