Efektivitas Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Melalui E-Catalogue di Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of E-Catalog procurement of goods and services in Kebayoran Lama District, South Jakarta Administration City, DKI Jakarta Province. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interview studies, observation, and documentation, during data collection techniques, data reduction, data display, and verification. This study indicates that the effectiveness of the procurement of goods and services of E-Catalogue has shown success, although it has not run optimally in its application, where efficiency and effectiveness are obtained in the indicators. From the aspect of time, the process of procuring goods and services for E-Catalogue is faster because it takes 1 week at most 3 weeks, conventionally it takes more than 4 weeks. in improving the performance of the number of procurement through E-Catalogue, the procurement process has not yet supported the SOP (Standard Operating System) to carry out an overall transformation, especially in relation to constraints in the electronic procurement system, having certification of procurement of goods and services in operation Computers need the assistance of other human resources to assist their implementation, due to the lack of ability to operate computers and the program and the participation of agencies in conducting the process of procuring goods and services electronically, they are not yet aware of the importance of carrying out the procurement process goods and services that are effective and efficient, the lesson that can be learned from this research is a strong commitment from the leadership to the staff as executor in the field
Pengaruh Kesadaran Wajib Pajak, Pengetahuan Peraturan Pajak, dan Penyuluhan Perpajakan terhadap Kepatuhan Pembayaran Pajak Transaksi E-Commerce
Testing the intended effect for the taxpayer, knowledge of tax regulations, and tax counseling with transaction tax payment compliance for e-commerce actors is the purpose of this research. The research population involves E-commerce actors in the fashion sector who operate on Instagram social media accounts and are located in Surabaya. Multiple Linear Regression is the provision chosen in the data analysis model of this study because this study was designed to examine the influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable. The study results indicate that the growing awareness of taxpayers has a negative and insignificant effect on compliance with paying taxes for e-commerce actors. Knowledge of tax regulations partially found a significant positive effect on tax compliance for e-commerce actors. Then, other results show that partial tax counseling has a positive effect that is not considered significant on tax compliance for e-commerce players
Peningkatan Keterampilan Sosial dan Motorik Halus Anak Melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek: Studi Quasi-Experimental Terhadap Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di RA Kecamatan Plemahan Kabupaten Kediri
This study examines the effect of project-based learning on children’s social-emotional development and children’s fine motoric development. This study uses a Quasi-Experimental Design. Control-Group Design (Pre-test and Post Test) or Nonequivalent [Pretest and Post Test] Control-Group Design, the experimental group (A) and the control group (B), were selected without a random assignment procedure. In these two groups, both pretest and posttest were carried out. Only the experimental group (A) was treated. This research was conducted at RA Uniform Debit and RA Kusuma Mulia, Ngino, Plemahan, Kediri. Data were collected using observation sheets, descriptive statistical data analysis, and paired t-test with alpha <0.05. Based on the results of different tests with the Paired t-test, the Sig. As much as 0.000, where this value is less than 0.05, reject H1 and accept H0, there are differences in social-emotional development and fine motor skills between before (pretest) and after (posttest) getting project-based learning the experimental group and the control group. The average value shows that the social-emotional development after being given the Project-Based learning was more significant than the social-emotional development, namely 26.03> 20.44 in the experimental group and 22.10> 20.23 in the control group. Likewise, fine motor development before being given the Project-Based learning, namely 14.97> 11.84 in the experimental group and 13.03> 11.97 in the control group. This means that the project-based learning given to RA students in Plemahan, Kediri is more effective than learning in the control group
Efektivitas Pengembangan Media Ular Tangga Berbantuan Kartu Angka : Studi Pada Siswa Kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri Blekatuk
This study aims to produce research products in mathematics learning media, namely snakes and ladders assisted by number cards. In addition, this study aims to determine the feasibility of the snake and ladder media with the aid of number cards if it is applied to elementary school mathematics learning. The type of research used in this research is research and development using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects in this study were the second-grade students of SD Negeri Blekatuk, while the object of this research was the snake and ladder media with the help of number cards. Data were obtained through the provision of response questionnaires and tests. The feasibility of the product is assessed based on valid, practical, and effective criteria. The research results through a questionnaire given to media experts, material experts, and expert practitioners meet the valid criteria with an average validity of 3.8. With the aid of a number card, the snake-and-ladder media fulfills practicality with a percentage of 79% for a limited trial and a percentage of 81% for a comprehensive trial. Both trials received a positive response. With the help of number cards, the snake and ladder media met the effectiveness criteria, with post-test results reaching 88%. These data indicate that the snake and ladder media, with the help of number cards developed in this study, is categorized as feasible and can be used in mathematics learning activities for elementary school student
Inquiry-Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Keterampilan Dasar Pada Pelajaran Tindakan Keperawatan
In the Millennial era, learning should prioritize learning based on student-centered approaches based on self-direct learning, namely the Inquiry-based learning (IBL) model. This model is expected to enable students to apply self-direct learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of learning in Nursing Action Basic Skills Subjects for Patient Bed Preparation, to determine the application of the IBL model, and to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is classroom action research using cycles. The final result of this research is that the implementation of learning with the Inquiry-based learning model gives an excellent impression for students, with a percentage of 70% of the questionnaires, while the learning outcomes in the first cycle with 77% completeness and in the second cycle with 100% completeness. The percentage increase in learning outcomes from each cycle is 15.7% in the first cycle and 11.6% in the second cycle
Implementasi Model Problem Based Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pelajaran Administrasi Jaringan
This study aimed to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research is classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. The method of data collection was carried out through observation. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the test results in cycle 1 and cycle 2 with descriptive techniques after implementing the learning method using the Problem Based Learning model. Students\u27 activeness can be seen from the aspect of students who give full attention to the material, dare to ask the teacher, answer questions, and have opinions. In addition, students also collaborate in groups, work on questions, learn to use resources, and make group presentations. This study indicates that the learning outcomes and learning activities of class XII students of SMK PUSTEK BSD, South Tangerang City, Banten Province, in the Basic Network Administration subject have increased
Konflik Batin Tokoh Utama Dalam Drama Romeo and Juliet dan Drama Atas Nama Cinta
This study aims to analyze two literary works and to present the results of the analyzes that the author has reviewed as a consideration or reference for comparative literary studies with the title "The inner conflict of the main character in the drama Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare and Atas Nama Cinta by Agus R. Sardjono. "Shows the inner conflict of the story of Romeo and Juliet about love wrapped in a grudge between the two families, which causes the murder and suicide of the main character until the family finally reconciles. As well as the comparison with In the Name of Love, which is a love drama wrapped in comedy that has a deep meaning about love and power and is closely related to the drama Romeo and Juliet because they have similar inner conflicts.This study uses a Literary Psychology approach with Sigmund Freud\u27s theory. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sources of this research are two drama scripts, namely Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare and Atas Nama Cinta by Agus R. Sardjono. From the analysis of the two drama scripts, it can be rejected. The conflict in the two drama scripts Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare and Atas Nama Cinta by Agus R. Sarjono experienced an inner conflict with the main character. According to Sigmund Freud\u27s theory, there is an ego in the event of this request. Ego is a psychological responsibility and arises because of the organism\u27s need for good relations (reality)
Penanaman Nilai Pendidikan Karakter Kedisiplinan Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar
Students must be able to improve academic results and character. Therefore, teachers have a vital responsibility in instilling discipline in their students. This writing aims to learn about implementing the inculcation of disciplinary character values in improving student learning outcomes. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This study collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data collection was carried out in discussion forums with foundations, principals, and teachers to obtain information about applying discipline character values in improving student learning outcomes with various school policies at Al-Masoem Elementary School through a question-and-answer process. To explain the process of instilling disciplinary character values that can improve student learning outcomes. The population of this study was students and educators of SD AL-Ma\u27soem. The study results concluded that the values of disciplined characters were obtained consistently through time and materials that could help students achieve their potential. This study is inseparable from the teacher\u27s responsibility in developing student character through life habits, discipline, attitudes, behavior, and ethics. Thus, the availability of this paper is believed to be able to instill discipline in children, improve learning outcomes

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hotel service quality on customer satisfaction. This research is a type of library research (library research). Sources of data studied in this research are books, scientific articles from journals, papers, magazines, etc., which are relevant to this research and can answer the main problems. Meanwhile, the approach used in this research is philosophical. While the data collection technique used is documentation. The analysis method used is content analysis to direct the accuracy of the data under study. The findings of this study indicate that the quality of hotel services is very influential on customer satisfaction. If a hotel can provide complete services and products, the customers or hotel guests will be satisfied. Conversely, when hotel services and products are presented in a perfunctory and unprofessional manner, lack of management and good service techniques, there will be various complaints, complaints, and dissatisfaction from customers or hotel guests
Paradigma Kepemimpinan Transformatif Menuju Madrasah Unggulan
The concept of leadership is still developing from time to time. Leadership theory also continues to evolve to find the most effective form of leadership in organizational management. In the 1980s, transformative leadership was born and is often referred to as an effective leadership model. In its preparation, this leadership concept uses a leader-follower perspective. Transformative leadership is claimed to be the most effective leadership pattern, which can achieve the main goals. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with library research methods, and analyzed using the theory of "paradigm" by Thomas Kuhn. This research is basically to reveal: 1. What is the transformative leadership paradigm? 2. How is the application of transformative leadership in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah? This study aimed to analyze the transformative leadership paradigm using the theory of Thomas Kuhn and initiating the application of transformative leadership in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and resulting in the following conclusions: 1. Transformative leadership paradigm in terms of exemplar aspects, subject matter, theory, and method. 2. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, which uses a transformative leadership management paradigm, always develops idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. Transformative leadership is very relevant to be applied in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to create Effective and Excellent Madrasahs
