エンドオブライフに関するブレンディッド型e-learning教材の開発
Get PDF本研究は、エンドオブライフケアについて、看護学基礎教育および卒後教育に活用で
きるブレンディッド型e-learning教材を開発することを目的としている。初年度、エンドオブライフケア実践者
からエンドオブライフケアの現状と教育ニーズに関するインタビュー調査を行った。その結果を基に、コミュニ
ケーション演習教材を作成し、学部生の講義、院内研修およびホームページで公開して学習の機会を提供してい
る。映像教材は、リアリティを感じて考える機会を提供できた一方、教材を視聴するだけでは、教育効果があま
り得られないなど、その活用方法についての課題が明らかとなった。 This study developed blended e-learning materials usable for basic nursing
education and postgraduate education for end of life care. In the first year, we interviewed
end-of-life care practitioners about the problems and challenges of end-of-life care and their
consequent educational needs. Based on those results, we created communication practice materials
and provided undergraduate lectures, in-hospital training, and opened a website to provide learning
opportunities. Our visual teaching materials offer opportunities to think and feel about reality,
but viewing the teaching materials did not produce clear educational effects, exposing the need for

Impacts of 150 Years of Modernization Policies on the Management of Common Forests in Japan: A Statistical Analysis of Micro Census Data
Get PDFAfter World War II, Japan’s policy makers believed that common forests were underutilized because of their legal status and organization method under customary iriai-type ownership and that modern ownership in the form of group ownership, such as forest producers’ cooperatives, or as individual, separate ownership, would improve the situation. Thus, the Common Forests Modernization Act of 1966 was enacted, following successive modernization policies since the Meiji Restoration in 1868. We evaluated the impacts of the past modernization policies on the management of common forests by statistically comparing the performance of modernized and non-modernized 19,690 common forests based on the World Census of Agriculture and Forestry 2000. The performance measures for comparison included planting, weeding, thinning, and harvesting activities. We found less modernized, customary holdings are more active in tending activities such as weeding and thinning, while modernized holdings may have an advantage in harvesting and timber sales
中小規模病院の教育担当者における役割遂行に対する認識
Get PDF2010 年4 月，厚生労働省は新人看護師の離職率の低減を目的として，新人看護職員研修制度とともに，教育担当者を新たに設置した．大規模な病院では教育研修体制が整備されている一方，中小規模病院では整備が困難なところがある．しかし，病院規模別の教育担当者に関する研究はなされていない．本研究の目的は，離職率が高い傾向にある中小規模病院の教育担当者における役割遂行に対する認識を明らかにすることである．本研究ではA 県内の中小規模病院の教育担当者に対して，質問紙調査と面接調査を行った．その結果，教育担当者の役割遂行に対する認識は，【新人看護師の成長が嬉しくやりがいにつながる】などの肯定的な認識へとつながっていることが示された．また，否定的な認識がある場合でも，上司・同僚，スタッフ，プリセプターの協力が得られると，【院内で新人看護師指導の情報を共有する場がある】などの肯定的な認識へとつながることが示された．組織一丸となって新人看護師を育てるという風土を作り上げることが，【教育担当者としての負担がある】という否定的な認識を少しでも軽減できることが示唆された
課題解決型から多分野発散型の政策へ：琵琶湖保全政策の変化に影響を与えた要因の解明
Get PDF琵琶湖流域では，1960年代から水環境の悪化が進み，特に1970年以降，上水被害や農
薬被害，赤潮発生などが深刻な課題であった．本研究では，1970年から2015年の滋賀県議会会議録の内容を定量
的に把握した．その結果，琵琶湖保全に関わる政策決定プロセスにおいて湖内の水質や河川，下水道に関する議
論が多かったこと，公害や琵琶湖総合開発のテーマについては自然環境や滋賀県民の社会的関心事と連動して政
策決定に関する議論が行われていたことが明らかとなった． The water environmental situation of Lake Biwa was getting worth from 1960s
and 70s. In this study, I analyzed text data of Shiga prefectural assembly record from 1970 until
2015.As a result, there were many discussions about "lake water quality","river" and "sewerage
system" in Shiga prefectural assembly. Additionally, discussion topics were related to contents of
