In the case of the economic recession of Covid-19 Pandemic nowadays, strong and resilient leadership in the dynamics of advances in Science Technology and Science (IPTEKS) and technology is always expected by the community, especially to support the goal of increasing the quality of national development in the area of Information and Communication (ICT) today. Leadership Resources of local government apparatus in Indonesia need to be developed using education and training methods. This research uses the descriptive-analytic method and implemented a literature study. The implementation of leadership tasks in the regions in the future is faced with several main issues that influence each other, namely science and technology as a concept of developing development forces faced with the dynamics of national, regional, and global. Theories that are considered relevant to be applied in the development of Regional Leaders Others are Behavioral Theory and Participative Theory. The research results discuss the Regional Heads and the Competencies of Leadership and Educational Personnel of the Institute for Regional Leadership Development. The Ki Hadjar Dewantara Leadership Trilogy, which has been implemented nationally until now, can be used as a permanent leadership development method in the regions. This research recommends a leadership development approach through three aspects, namely, the Aspects of Regional Leadership Development, Aspects of Increasing the Competence of Educational Personnel of the Leadership Training Institute, and the Aspects of Facilities. and Infrastructure
AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DESA DI KECAMATAN JANGKA
The welfare of society is a very complex issue. The reality of the low level of welfare of society was felt by our ancestors, even though as we know that the potential for natural resources of Indonesia is very abundant. The high poverty rate is still haunting the national development issue. Following up on this problem, the government has made efforts to formulating and implementing a national development strategy to overcome the reality of the low level of welfare of society by implementing development on village development-oriented, namely through the allocation of village funds for each year. To achieve this goal, the government hopes that village funds can be managed accountably. This study aims to investigate the accountability of village fund management and to evaluate the efforts made by the village government to improve the welfare of society in the term district. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that the management of village funds ranging from planning, implementation, administration, reporting to accountability activities had not fully fulfilled the principle of accountability and the welfare indicators tested showed that the villagers were not yet fully prosperous. There are still villages that have not prioritized the management of village funds for villager empowerment programs so that the efforts of the village government to improve welfare are not optimal

The covid 19 pandemic is a disaster that impacts all sectors especially the economic sector in Indonesia. Indonesia’s economics whose growth significantly should decrease again because of the corona outbreak. Property field which is focused on occupancy, residential, mall, apartment, etc should willing that income decreased in 2020. Social distance policy makes the public minimize to interacts. Even more, also many companies should out of business, and causing the unemployment rate to go up so that the public prefers to save money in pandemic which is an uncertain end. The impact can be seen from the company’s financial statement, especially in revenue growth also net income growth. Both facts can give information about product sales and profit of the company in a certain period. Both facts also can help the company to decide on sales of company products so that company will get maximum profit and customer loyalty
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Dengan Pemasaran Relasional Sebagai Variabel Intervening : Studi Kasus Pada Dealer X Motor Yamaha Area Bogor
The purpose of this research is to find the influence of service quality and product quality to effect on customer loyalty with relationship marketing as a variable intervening (case study at dealer X on Bogor area). The research data collection uses the questioner spread to respondents. The population of this research is all customers of Dealer X Bogor area. The sampling method collection used in this research is non-probability sampling, with the collection technique is purposive sampling. The total sample of this research is 240 respondence. Calibration instrument to verify validity and reliability of each item. For each statement calculated with coefficient product-moment, and reliability calculated with coefficient alpha Cronbach. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis technique. The results of this research show that service quality has an impact on relationship marketing, and product quality have an impact on relationship marketing. The conclusion is product quality has a higher value impact on relationship marketing than service quality. Service quality has an impact on customer loyalty, and product quality has an impact on customer loyalty. The conclusion is customer value has a higher value impact on customer loyalty than service quality. Purchase decisions have an impact on customer loyalty. As a whole viewed, which has the most impact on customer loyalty is relationship marketing. Based on this result of research, to increase customer loyalty need good service quality and good product quality so that improve relationship marketing between Dealer X and customer, and increase customer loyalty
Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil, dan Jumlah Penduduk Terhadap Belanja Daerah di Provinsi Jawa Timur
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of regional original income, profit sharing funds, and population of regional expenditure. This research was conducted in 6 districts/cities in East Java Province. The type of research is to use secondary data originating from the central PPID site in the form of a budget realization report. The data analysis technique used in this study uses a quantitative approach through EVISS 9 software with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the regional revenue variables and the variable number of population has a positive and insignificant effect. Whereas for variables of fund sharing funds have a significant positive effect. From the research that has been done, it is hoped that the local government, especially the Regency/City of East Java Province can explore the potential as a source of Regional Original Revenue and maximize its budget for development and support community welfare.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Bagi Hasil, dan Jumlah Penduduk terhadap Belanja Daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 6 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari situs PPID Pusat berupa Laporan Realisasi Anggaran dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui software EViews 9 dengan metode analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Variabel Jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Sedangkan untuk Variabel Dana Bagi Hasil berpengaruh positif signifikan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diharapkan pemerintah daerah khususnya Kabupaten/ Kota Provinsi Jawa Timur dapat menggali potensi yang menjadi sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah serta memaksimalkan anggarannya untuk pembangunan dan menunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat
Analisis Respon Konsumen Muslim Terhadap Kedai Kopi Yang Belum Bersertifikat Halal
A coffee shop is one of the exciting hangout places. However, not every coffee shop has halal certificates, in the Jombang Regency particularly. This study aimed to find Muslim customers’ responses toward coffee shops with no halal certificates in Jombang Regency. The study used a descriptive quantitative method. The result showed that generally, Muslim customers are knowledgeable about halal certificates, but they are less concerned about the existence of halal certificates in coffee shops. Nevertheless, they still have a reservation that makes them more selective in choosing coffee shops, and some of them decide to avoid coffee shops with no halal certificate. Likewise, both Muslim customers and owners support halal certification programs for coffee shops.Kedai kopi merupakan salah satu tempat yang diminati masyarakat. Namun saat ini masih ditemukan kedai kopi yang belum memiliki sertifikat halal,salah satunya di Kabupaten Jombang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon konsumen muslim terhadap kedai kopi yang belum bersertfikat halal di Kabupaten Jombang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukam bahwa respon konsumen muslim memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai sertifikat halal.Akan tetapi pada implementasinya mereka masih kuran peduli mengenai sertifikat halal pada kedai kopi. Meski demikian, dalam diri konsumen muslim masih terdapat keraguan sehingga menimbulkan motivasi dalam diri mereka untuk bersikap lebih selektif dalam memilih kedai kopi dan beberapa diantaranya memutuskan untuk menghindari kedai kopi yang belum bersertifikat halal. Lebih lanjut, konsumen musim dan pemilik kedai kopi juga mendukung program sertifikasi halal untuk kedai kopi.
 
Analisis Pemahaman Masyarakat Terhadap Kewajiban Zakat di Kecamatan Giligenting: Gambaran Pemahaman Masyarakat Terhadap Kewajiban Zakat di Giligenting
This study aims to find out how the community’s understanding of the obligation to pay zakat in Giligenting sub-district is, the extent to which efforts are being made to understand the obligation to pay zakat. This study uses qualitative data which aims to analyze the condition of the Giligenting community towards their obligation to pay zakat. Based on the results of the study, it shows that many people do not fully understand the meaning and purpose of zakat, what they understand is that zakat is only an order that must be carried out in the month of Ramadan, even though there are other zakat that must be implemented. Without them knowing, zakat is a problem that can release Muslims from poverty and a means of cleaning wealth from all kinds of selfishness.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman masyarakat tentang kewajiban berzakat di kecamatan Giligenting, sejauhmana upaya yang dilakukan untuk memahami kewajiban berzakat. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat kesenjangan yang terjadi karena mayoritas masyarakat muslim banyak yang melaksanakan ibadah haji daripada pelaksanaan rukun islam seperti zakat. Hal ini diakibatkan kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap penerapan nilai-nilai zakat dalam bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan data Kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisi keadaan masyarakat Giligenting terhadap kewajibannya menunaikan zakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak masyarakat belum paham sepenuhnya arti dan tujuan zakat, yang mereka pahami zakat hanya sebatas perintah yang wajib dilaksanakan pada bulan Ramadhan, padahal ada zakat lain yang wajib dilaksanakan. Tanpa mereka ketahui zakat merupakan problematika yang bisa melepaskan umat muslim dari kemiskinan dan sarana membersihkan harta dari segala macam keegoisan.

Accounting plays an important role for every company in monitoring the course of financial flows and sales and can be a reference in lowering the level of risk that will occur in the future. Accounting itself must also be applied into information systems to get effective results and good reports. With the accounting information system owned by PT Pratama Metropolis Sejahtera, the company gets an effective report in knowing the flow of cash and credit sales that are structured. In the journal that will be discussed by this author there are several conclusions that can later be a reference about the importance of accounting information systems in the company
Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja Serta Kepuasan Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Sulawesi Selatan
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of Clerk At the regional secretariat for South Sulawesi province which consists of organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction. The population in this study was an employee at the regional secretariat for South Sulawesi province with the number of samples as many as 86 people. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire, interviews, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using the method of descriptive and quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction on performance Clerk at the Secretariat The area of South Sulawesi province which consists of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction. Based on a test of the free variable F (organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence against variables bound (employee's performance). Through testing (R) correlation coefficient obtained that level of correlation or relationship between organizational culture and work Motivation, job satisfaction is Employee Performance against a high relationship that is 98.3%. And the motivation of working is the most dominant factor influencing the performance of Employees On the regional secretariat for South Sulawesi Province
Pengaruh E-Wom Pada Media Sosial Tiktok Terhadap Brand Image Serta Dampaknya Pada Minat Beli
This study aims to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) on TikTok social media on Brand Image and its impact on buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products in Sukabumi City. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis using the SPSS program. The population of this research is the people of the city of Sukabumi who use social media, TikTok. The location is in the city of Sukabumi, West Java. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of research samples to be used is 100 people. The results showed that the variable electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on brand image and had an impact on consumer buying interest. Based on the information they get from consumer reviews via TikTok social media, the people of Sukabumi can find out the quality and benefits of the Scarlett whitening product
