    The most important factor in an organization or a company is Human Resources. If you do not have good human resources then an organization will not run. This will also not work in harmony if there is no good management of human resources in an organization or company. A company or organization is formed and created based on a vision and mission to achieve goals for the benefit of humans and is managed by humans as well. So the importance of human resource management in the company environment. The purpose of this article is to explain a brief analysis of what managerial efforts can improve performance through a reward system to achieve organizational and company success. The method used in writing this article is to use a literature study by looking for references from several sources related to the researchFactor terpenting di dalam suatu organisasi atau dalam sebuah perusahaan yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Yang mana jika tidak memiliki sumber daya manusia yang baik maka tidak akan berjalannya suatu organisasi. Hal tersebut juga tidak akan berjalan selaras apabila tidak terdapat sebuah manajemen pengelolaan yang baik terhadap sumber daya manusia yang berada di suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi dibentuk dan dibuat dengan  berlandaskan visi dan misi guna memperoleh tujuan untuk kepentingan manusia dan dikelola oleh manusia pula. Sehingga pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di lingkungan perusahaan. Tujuan dari artikel ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan analisis singkat  mengenai apa saja upaya manajerial yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja melalui reward system agar dapat tercapainya kesuksesan organisasi maupun perusahaan.     Muhammad SAW, the number one most influential man in the world. Muhammad was able to bring change in all aspects, ranging from religious, moral, and  political matters through Islam. Good Corporate Governance is a system that functions as a company controller. Muhammad was a leader who succeeded in providing the welfare of the people fairly, not only Muslims but people from other religions. This leadership cannot be separated from the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance to the Prophet. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by collecting data from books, scientific articles, and information from the internet. The results obtained from this study are the principles of Good Corporate Governance in line with the nature of the Prophet, namely Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathanah. This is the key to the success of the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad as the head of religion and government.  Abstrak. Nabi Muhammad SAW, manusia nomor satu paling berpengaruh di dunia. Nabi Muhammad SAW mampu membawa perubahan dalam segala aspek, mulai dari hal religius, moral, hingga politik melalui islam. Good Corporate Governance merupakan sebuah sistem yang berfungsi sebagai pengendali perusahaan. Nabi Muhammad SAW merupakan pemimpin yang berhasil memberikan kesejahteraan umat secara adil, tidak hanya umat islam namun umat dari agama lain. Kepemimpinan tersebut tidak lepas dari penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada diri Nabi Muhammad. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dari buku, artikel ilmiah, dan informasi dari internet.     Along with the current advances in digitalization of technology which can make every aspect of life change people both to carry out their daily activities and also to charity activities such as paying zakat, infaq, and alms for Muzakki who want to pay their ZIS easily and definitely fast. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Which was carried out to determine the effectiveness of digitization in the ZIS fundraising at Laz Washal. The results of the study show that in terms of ZIS digitalization payments consisting of BSI, Funds, and OVO it has a significant influence on the ZIS digitization payment process at Laz Washal because with that providing ZIS it can be easier and more efficient in making ZIS payments. Thus, people will compete to do ZIS charity at Laz Washal because the digitization of zakat fund collection at LAZ WASHAL is quite effective which can be seen from the sufficient indicators of effectiveness in research.Seiring dengan adanya kemajuan digitalisasi teknologi yang ada saat ini dimana bisa membuat setiap aspek kehidupan mengubah manusia baik itu untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-harinya dan juga bahkan bisa ke aktivitas beramal seperti membayar zakat, infaq dan sedekah bagi para muzakki yang ingin membayar ZIS nya dengan mudah dan pastinya cepat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Yang mana dilakukan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pada digitalisasi dalam fundraishing ZIS di Laz Washal tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal pembayaran digitalisasi ZIS yang terdir dari BSI, Dana, dan OVO itu mempunyai pengaruh yang siginifikan dalam proses pembayaran digitalisasi ZIS di Laz Washal karena dengan itu dalam memberikan ZIS nya bisa lebih mudah dan efesien dalam melakukan pembayaran ZIS. Maka demikian, orang-orang akan berlomba-lomba untuk melakukan amal ZIS pada Laz Washal tersebut karena digitalisasi penghimpunan dana zakat pada LAZ WASHAL sudah cukup efektif yang dapat dilihat dari sudah cukup terpenuhinya indikator-indikator efektivitas dalam penelitian

Data collection techniques to obtain primary and secondary data are in-depth interview methods, observation or observation methods, and documentation. This study uses the guidance theory of Molla and Licker's model.     The purpose of this research is to find out how to record financial statements at the Gigi-Net business, located at Jalan Ruko Taman Dhika Cluster Bromo No. 10 Buduran Sidoarjo. The author collects some data, such as primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used by the author is to conduct direct interviews with the Owner, documentation and observation. In data analysis used by the author is the descriptive method. Based on the observations made by the author, it can be seen that the Gigi-Net business was built to be self-managed. From the results of interviews with the Owner in their operational activities, they do not apply the accounting system because the Owner does not understand accounting. Therefore, the Owner has switched to using his idea to continue to carry out his operational activities so that it continues. Thus, the author is interested in knowing what the recording of financial statements by Gigi-Net is like without using an accounting system, but in his own way made by the Owner in a simple and easy to understand way. However, Gigi-Net's business can continue to run and even progress and develop until nowTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu agar kita bisa mengetahui bagaimana pencatatan laporan keuangan pada usaha Gigi-Net yang beralamat di Jalan  Ruko Taman Dhika Cluster Bromo No. 10 Buduran, Sidoarjo. Penulis mengumpulkan beberapa data seperti data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai oleh Penulis adalah dengan melakukan wawancara langsung oleh pihak Owner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dalam analisis data yang dipakai oleh penulis adalah metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan dari observasi yang dilakukan penulis dapat diketahui bahwa usaha Gigi-Net dibangun untuk dikelola sendiri. Dari hasil wawancara kepada pihak Owner dalam kegiatan operasionalnya tidak menerapkan sistem akuntansi dikarenakan pihak Owner tidak begitu paham tentang akuntansi. Maka dari itu, pihak Owner beralih menggunakan ide sendiri agar tetap dapat melakukan kegiatan operasionalnya supaya terus berjalan. Maka dari itu penulis tertarik ingin mengetahui seperti apa pencatatan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan Gigi-Net dengan tidak menggunakan sistem akuntansi, tetapi dengan cara sendiri dibuat oleh pihak Owner dengan sederhana dan mudah untuk dipahami. Namun usaha Gigi-Net bisa tetap terus berjalan bahkan semakin maju dan berkembang hingga kini

    This research was aimed at examining the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit (FDR) on the profitability of Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2014-2021. The sample of this research is the quarterly financial statements of Bank BCA Syariah for the period 2014-2021 through a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the Effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) has a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA), Financing to Deposit (FDR) has a positive and significant impact on profitability. significant effect on profitability (ROA), and simultaneously CAR, NPF, and FDR have a significant and significant effect on profitability.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit (FDR) terhadap profitabilitas Bank Muamalat Indonesia periode 2014-2021.     A country will never be separated from various problems that are certainly related to its citizens. Unemployment in Indonesia has reached tens of millions of people and is an urgent problem that must be solved immediately because the impact of unemployment will be very dangerous for the order of social life. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency from 2000-2021 by using the independent variables of PDRB growth rate, minimum wage, and population. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from BPS South Aceh Regency. This study uses a statistical descriptive analysis model and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the PDRB growth rate variable had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency, the minimum wage variable had a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate in South Aceh Regency and the population variable had a positive and no significant effect on the unemployment rate. unemployment in South Aceh Regency. Simultaneously (F-test), the PDRB growth rate, minimum wage, and population have a significant effect on the unemployment rate, with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). While the magnitude of the effect of the growth rate of PDRB, minimum wage, and population on the unemployment rate is 78.8%, and the remaining 21.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model

    Peran Budaya Tradisional Bali Dalam Mendukung Presidensi G20 di Bali Indonesia

    The purpose of this study is to determine the influence that traditional culture in Bali has on the performance of the G20 Presidency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 90 art actors in Denpasar City consisting of music, dance, and performing arts. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability, correlation tests, simple regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and ANOVA model tests. The results showed that traditional culture has a correlation with the G20 presidency in a high category. Traditional culture has a significant effect on the G20 presidency. The results of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R) test were obtained by 0.395 which was concentrated at 39.5% This shows that the influence of Traditional Culture on the G20 Presidency is 39.5%. While the remaining 60.5% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this studyTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan budaya tradisional di Bali terhadap kinerja Presidensi G20. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku seni di Kota Denpasar sebanyak 90 orang yang terdiri dari seni musik, seni tari, dan seni pertunjukan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji korelasi, uji regresi sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, uji model anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya tradisional memiliki korelasi dengan presidensi G20 dengan kategori tinggi. Budaya tradisional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap presidensi G20. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (adjusted R) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.395 yang  diprosentasekan menjadi  39,5% Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Budaya Tradisional terhadap Presidensi G20 sebesar 39,5%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam  penelitian ini
