One-Stop Administration System: Public Service Innovation in the Indonesian Public Sector
Purpose: The study aims to explore the several public service innovations and the role of one-stop administration systems.
Approach/Methodology/Design: The study presents a review of literature on public service innovations. A number of research articles were analysed, highlighting the success of one-stop administration innovations.
Findings: In Indonesia, there have been several public service inventions as well as multiple Samsat service developments. In the sense of public services, innovation can be characterized as service quality improvement by renewal, imagination, or new development. A host of Samsat offices in Indonesia's different regions have innovated. In addition to the Samsat Drive Through, which received the Top 99 Public Service Innovations 2018, there were also innovations, West Java Samsat Ngabret, which established 5 innovation services, and the most recent, East Java Samsat, which launched the first innovation in Indonesia, namely paying motorized vehicle taxes and legalizing annual vehicle registration online. Socialization of the general population must be expanded in order to introduce programs to the general public, and server upgrades must be made in order to maintain service efficiency
Practical Implications: The study presents a theoretical foregrounding for further research on one-stop administration systems. This paper identifies certain gaps, and further research studies might address the effectiveness of some of these one-stop administration systems.
Originality/value: The study highlights the successful public service innovations in Indonesia and how people perceive the projects
The Influence of Taiwan Electronic Production Company's Proprietary Data Products on the Interaction of Company Effectiveness
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the unique interaction of companies in Taiwan from 1998 to 2017 and the influence of the degree of international industry on the effectiveness of the company.
Approach/Methodology/Design: We used time series methods to investigate and research. This study only has a significant impact on the upstream industry of the electronics industry, and there is no significant development in the middle and lower reaches of the industry. This is a very strange situation in Taiwan.
Findings: At the same time, the interaction of the three attributes of the midstream computer industry can also produce the multiplication effect. In this study, it has been found that the degree of international internationalization has a higher impact on the effectiveness of companies, but no matter how high it is, it seems that increasing the degree of international internationalization at about 10% or 50% and more than 80% of the international level can produce and increase the effectiveness of the company.
Practical Implications: This is a very strange situation in Taiwan. However, because the research strength has the effect of prolonging the effect, it may not play a significant role in the middle and lower reaches of the research and development of the product extension effect, so that the research intensity does not play a significant role in the first year of the development of the Taiwan electronics industry.
Originality/value: Our value is mainly to solve the problems of internationalization and performance of Taiwanese electronics industry companies
The Role of Pragmatics in Literary Analysis: Approaching Literary Meaning from a Linguistic Perspective
The present paper aims to produce a detailed account of the term ‘pragmatics’ and explore, by presenting and reviewing different models, its role in literature as it appears to be evident in different linguistic approaches to the study and analysis of literary genres. It is a fact that various pragmatic approaches such as speech act theory, conversational implicature, politeness theory, and relevance theory are developed mainly in relation to spoken interaction, yet, as some studies suggest, they offer invaluable insights to the study of literary texts. Consequently, the paper also strives to shed some light on the relationship these two terms – literature and pragmatics – enjoy so that their commonalities can be unmasked. It also tries to explore how pragmatics may help find out the ‘context’ and ‘meaning’ of literary discourse
An Orchestration of National Cultural Memories in the Grand Union of Britons at the Lazy River of Spain
Zadie Smith is a British author, novelist, and short-story writer well known for her portrayal of the interplay of culture, race, and identity in her works. ‘The Lazy River’ is one of the collections of short stories in the book The Grand Union written against the background of Britain leaving the European Union after the Brexit deal. Few stories in this collection signify the British culture and its embodying acts and also, symbolizes Britishers’ association with European countries in diverse forms and cultural acts. Memory studies is an interdisciplinary field of inquiry and literature serves as the medium of memory. Literary fiction is a parallel to the memory system and a placeholder of fictional memories produced as a result of the process of memory creation and it is also perceived as the symbol of culture. The ‘Lazy River’ exemplifies the process of memory creation and the establishment of collective identity. This paper aims to examine the process of memory creation and exploits the act of memory creation as an act of cultural significance for the establishment of identity as a multifarious factor determined by the intersection of socio, political, physical, and psycho effects

Conclusion: Total cholesterol levels in hyperglycemic rats experienced a significant decrease after 21 days of intervention with walnut extract 300 and 600 mg/kg BW, but only walnut extract at a dose of 600 mg/kg BW had the same effectiveness as metformin
Influence Of Crude Protein Diet on Growth Performance and Some Blood Biochemical Parameters of Growing Male Japanese Quail In Côte d’Ivoire
Purpose: This article aims to evaluate the effect of dietary protein levels on growth performance and some blood biochemical composition of male Japanese quail.
Study Design: Qualitative Descriptive Design.
Subjects and Methods: Three hundred, three week old apparently healthy male Japanese quail were used in this experiment. The birds were randomly allocated into 5 groups with 3 replicates of 20 birds for 21 days of experimental period and placed in cages, measuring 100 cm (length) x100 cm (width) x 80 cm (height). Group A was fed on diet 1 containing 18% crude protein, Group B was fed on diet 2 containing 20% crude protein, Group C was fed on diet 3 containing 22% crude protein, Group D was fed on diet 4 containing 24% crude protein and Group E was fed on diet 5containing 26% crude protein. All groups were subjected to similar management practices.
Results: The findings showed that growth performance parameters significantly improved as dietary crude protein level increased. However dietary protein level beyond 22% has no beneficial effect on growth. Biochemical examination results demonstrated that the crude protein level in diet was not significantly affected the blood glucose, cholesterol, bilirubin, calcium, phosphorus and liver enzyme activities (ASAT and ALT). However, we noticed a significant effect (P<0.05) about Total protein, Albumin, Urea, Triglycerides, Creatinine and Uric acid. Despite the variation of these parameters, they remain within the normal range.
Conclusion: Therefore, it is concluded that dietary protein levels do not affect quail health. The crude protein requirement for Japanese quail from 21 to 42 days old is 22%

Purpose: The aim is to study the effects of stocking density on the performance characteristics, egg quality, and nutrient composition of the eggs of Japanese quails (Coturnix coturnix japonica).
Study Design: Completely Randomized Design (CRD).
Subjects and Methods: Two hundred and ninety-six (296) day-old sexed Japanese quails assigned to four different stocking densities (treatments) with four replicates conducted in the rainy season. The groups (I to IV) contained 11, 16, 21, and 26 quails in the approximate sex ratio of 1:1 (male: female) with stock densities 252.20 cm2, 173.43 cm2, 132.10 cm2, and 106.73 cm2/quail respectively. Standard procedures were adopted in data generation, collation and analyses.
Results: The results showed significant differences (p < 0.05) in weight gain, hen-day production, hen-housed production, total egg /hen, external and internal egg parameters across the treatments. The lowest feed conversion ratio (FCR) of 2.38 % and lowest mortality (2.27 %) were obtained from group one and compared with those in groups two and three. The highest mortality rate was observed in group IV (12.50 %). The proximate analysis and mineral composition of the eggs recorded the highest values from group I which was also compared with the rest of the groups.
Conclusion: It was concluded that 173.43 cm2 and 132.10 cm2/quail bird compared well with the standard (252.20 cm2/quail bird) and hence could still be adopted in quail farming without compromising their welfare and performance
Re-reading Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House: A Modern Feminist Perspective
This article aims to present a re-reading of Henrik Ibsen’s A Doll’s House from a feminist perspective. Ibsen’s play is a pioneering feminist play, and he is credited for creating the first real feminist character in the history of theatre. The central female characters are analyzed, and the article also addresses the attitude of society towards women and how they struggle to prove themselves. Feminist literary criticism and feminism constitute the conceptual framework of the paper. In this play, Nora Helmer is under the illusion that her married life is perfect and that she owns what she deserves. Torvald, her husband calls her a ‘twittering lark’, ‘squirrel’, ‘song-bird’, and she is pleased with it. However, her illusion shatters when she faces the reality of finding herself being treated like a doll. As soon as she realizes that there exists an individual self of her, she revolts. She leaves the house, challenging the social institutions which contribute to women’s subjugation. Nora protests against the ill-treatment towards her by society for her willingness to get her right back, for her self-respect, and for finding herself.
