Anticipating Kalimantan as the New Capital City of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in the Perspective of Legal Politics
Get PDFSince the announcement of the official transfer of the national capital, many reactions have been shown by various groups of people. One aspect that is urgent to study is the change and readiness of people's lives which are an important part of this transfer process and the development of national law in the future. The development of national law in the future must mark the implementation of laws that are in accordance with the wishes of the community and fulfill the values of change in society so that members of the community can be happy. This study looks at how the community is prepared to welcome the relocation of the state capital to Kalimantan and the development of its national law. Get PDFThe Indonesian football ecosystem is undergoing a major transformation in today's computer and internet era. Various aspects of football are affected by these changes, including the way clubs relate to fans and the use of digital technology. The football industry is no longer limited to the production of raw materials such as jerseys and footballs, but also produces ancillary products aimed at improving the health of athletes and clubs. To comply with FIFA and PSSI laws, it is crucial to understand issues such as fan fanaticism, sponsorship involvement and efforts to prevent referee cheating. This study aims to answer and identify the best model for the Indonesian football industry ecosystem, as well as identify stakeholders involved in it. The research method used is qualitative by conducting interviews in group discussion forums, observations, and literature studies based on previous research. The results show the important role of supporters in supporting their favourite clubs and providing income for those clubs. In addition, digital media is also widely used to build the club's image and attract the interest of the audience. Video streaming also has a big impact on the enthusiasm of viewers in the Indonesian football ecosystem. In addition, this study provides insight into how a club can provide welfare for the athletes it shelters. This research provides valuable insights into changes in the Indonesian football ecosystem in the digital age, and provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the football industry and its relation to club revenue, digital media utilization, and athlete welfare. The implications of this research can help Indonesian football clubs to optimize the potential of the football industry ecosystem in today's digital era
Strengthening Sharia Compliance in Islamic Banking Institutions in Indonesia

Sharia compliance is the main differentiator between Islamic and conventional economics. This research employs the library research method, using literature as the primary source of data related to the theme of this paper. The author emphasizes the importance of the presence of Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) as the authority overseeing Sharia compliance in Islamic banking in Indonesia, with clear responsibilities and roles regulated through strict legal provisions. To enhance the role of DPS, the researcher recommends three aspects: firstly, the need for a more comprehensive standardization of DPS competencies; secondly, the clear regulation of independence issues; and thirdly, the standardization and systematic implementation procedures of Sharia audits at the national level
The Influence of Parents’ Attention towards Student Learning Motivation

But, not all parents are able to be present on their children study. Therefore, this study is to aim the answer does parents involvement affects student learning motivation. The authors will use research with the literature review method. In this method, power is obtained from results in the form of research, reading, analyzing, evaluating, and concluding supporting readings in the form of journals on the themes discussed. This method helps researches to learn about the history and nature of the themes being discussed. There a five hierarchy of needs to keep students motivated to perform well at school. Physiological needs, safety and security, love and belonging, self-esteem, and self actualization. The students need to be fulfilled by the parents to reach it’s ultimate aim. Based on the literature review and discussion, it’s possible to infer that learning motivation and parental participation are inextricably linked and cannot be separated. Achievement motivation is a phenomenon in students that is influenced by a variety of circumstances. Internalisasi Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Membentuk Karakter Religius Siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Jawai
Get PDFPenelitian ini di latar belakangi kurang tertanamnya pengetahuan serta pembiasaan karakter religious pada siswa sehingga guru Pendidikan agama Islam melakukan pemberian internalisasi karakter religious kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi yang jelas tentang:1) Karakter religius siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Jawai. 2) Pelaksanaan internalisasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Jawai. 3) Penerapan internalisasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Jawai. Subyek dalam penelitian yaitu guru pendidikan agama Islam, kepala sekolah dan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Jawai. Untuk mendapatkan data yang berhubungan dengan fokus penelitian, peneliti mengadakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu: 1) Teknik Triangulasi, 2) Teknik Member Check. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1) Karakter religius siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Jawai yang ditanamkan kepada siwa yaitu: komunikatif, kebersamaan, disiplin, tolong-menolong, intelek, pertemanan, kebersamaan, pertemanan, terampil, empati, sopan. 2) Pelaksanaan internalisasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Jawai dilakukkan dengan cara: Membiasakan shalat berjamaah serta membiasakan akhlak yang baik di lingkungan sekolah dan di rumah, Mampu mengintegrasikan antara pendekatan, metode dan teknik belajar mengajar, Guru pendidikan agama Islam melaporkan hasil belajar kepada orangtua, Guru pendidikan agama Islam memberikan teladan yang baik terhadap siswa, Guru pendidikan agama Islam menjalankan program kepala sekolah. Guru pendidikan agama Islam saling memberikan pengawasan terhadap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. 3) Penerapan internalisasi pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa dilaksanakam secara: Melaksanakan pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam harus didasarkan pada pengetahuan siswa yang belajar dan lebih sering dikaitkan pada suatu materi mata pelajaran lain, Pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam ini juga harus menjadi sesuatu yang direncanakan dari pada hanya sekedar asal jadi, Pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam ini akan lebih membantu siswa dalam memaksimalkan kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa, menikmati kehidupan, serta kemampuan untuk berinteraksi secara fisik dan sosial terhadap lingkungan

No full textSurah Al-Falaq dan An-Nas yang dikenal sebagai Al-Mu’awwidzatain memiliki kedudukan khusus sebagai media perlindungan dari berbagai bentuk kejahatan, termasuk sihir. Meskipun teknologi modern berkembang pesat, keyakinan masyarakat Desa Sana Tengah terhadap eksistensi sihir dan santet tetap mengakar kuat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, serta telaah dokumen. Analisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara berkesinambungan. "Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis baru dengan menggeser fokus kajian dari sekadar pemaknaan tekstual ke arah analisis fenomenologi praktis, yang mengungkap bagaimana masyarakat Desa Sana Tengah mengintegrasikan Al-Mu'awwidzatain sebagai sistem pertahanan psikis dan sosial-religius yang unik dalam menghadapi ancaman metafisika di era modern." Penelitian di Desa Sana Tengah ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat menangkal keyakinan sihir dengan mengamalkan Surah Al-Falaq dan An-Nas sebagai rutinitas maupun ruqyah syar’iyyah. Praktik ini dipicu oleh faktor teologis, pengalaman pribadi, dan pengaruh tokoh agama. Dalam perspektif Living Qur’an, fenomena ini mencerminkan interaksi dinamis antara teks suci dengan realitas sosial yang berfungsi memberikan ketenangan psikologis serta memperkuat solidaritas masyarakat. 
Implementasi Market Day Untuk Mengenalkan Literasi Keuangan Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun
Get PDFLiterasi keuangan perlu ditanamkan sejak usia dini karena kebiasaan dan sikap finansial mulai terbentuk pada masa kanak-kanak serta memengaruhi perilaku keuangan di masa dewasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi kegiatan market day sebagai strategi penanaman literasi keuangan pada anak usia dini di TK Prima Cendekia Islamic School Kediri. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan market day efektif mengembangkan empat aspek literasi keuangan anak secara simultan, meliputi: kemampuan mengenal nilai uang, membedakan kebutuhan dan keinginan, melakukan transaksi sederhana, serta mengelola uang melalui praktik menabung dan berbagi. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa market day merupakan model pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis pengalaman langsung yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini dan dapat diadaptasi oleh lembaga PAUD lainnya

Get PDFThis research aims to describe and analyze Islamic values contained in parenting practices and their application in modern Muslim family life. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through the literature study method (library research), this study examines various academic sources such as journals, books, and scientific articles published in 2015–2025. The results of the study show that Islamic parenting is based on the values of monotheism, compassion (rahmah), responsibility (amanah), discipline, honesty, and example (uswah hasanah). These values are the main foundation in shaping the character of children who have faith, noble character, and competitiveness in the global era. The application of Islamic parenting is not only through verbal teaching, but also through habituation, example, and affectionate communication. In the digital age, challenges such as the influence of technology and the difference in values between generations require parents to integrate Islamic principles with modern parenting approaches. Thus, Islamic values remain relevant and can be an effective guideline in forming a harmonious family and a generation of Muslims with noble character and adaptive to the development of the times
