Islamic Educational Values In The Malay Pantun Tradition: A Case Study In Muara Enim Village: Introduction, Methodology, Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, References
This study explores the Islamic educational values embedded within the Malay pantun tradition practiced by the local community in Muara Enim Village, South Sumatra. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with ethnographic methods, this research aims to uncover the moral, spiritual, and social teachings conveyed through pantun as a medium of informal education. Data were collected through observation, interviews with cultural figures and local religious leaders, and documentation of pantun texts used in daily communication and traditional ceremonies. The findings reveal that the Malay pantun not only serves as an artistic expression but also functions as a pedagogical tool promoting Islamic virtues such as humility, gratitude, sincerity, and social harmony. The study concludes that the pantun tradition represents a form of cultural da’wah, integrating Islamic values into local wisdom and reinforcing moral education in community life. Theoretically, this research contributes to the development of contemporary Islamic education by expanding the framework of value-based learning through indigenous cultural expressions. The Malay pantun tradition continues to serve as an effective medium for conveying Islamic educational values in the Muara Enim community. It transmits principles of faith, morality, and social conduct, supporting character formation and cultural identity. Despite challenges from modernization and digitalization, pantun’s rhythmic and mnemonic features enhance engagement and retention, making it a valuable tool for contemporary Islamic education. Integrating pantun into educational practices bridges tradition and modernity, ensuring the preservation and internalization of moral and spiritual values
Nilai-Nilai Toleransi Antaretnis dalam Perspektif Hadis
This study aims to explore the values of inter-ethnic tolerance in the perspective of the Prophet Muhammad’s hadiths as an ethical foundation for Islamic social relations in multicultural societies. The recurrence of ethnic conflicts in Indonesia, such as those in Papua and Rempang, reflects a gap between Islam’s normative ideals and contemporary social realities. In this context, the research examines prophetic messages embedded in authentic hadiths that emphasize human equality regardless of race or ethnicity. Employing a thematic (maudhu‘i) approach, this study integrates both textual and contextual analyses of selected hadiths related to the principles of equality, solidarity, and the prohibition of tribal or ethnic fanaticism (‘ashabiyyah). To deepen the analysis, insights from the sociology of ethnicity and conflict are incorporated in order to construct a more comprehensive understanding of how these prophetic values are applied within the Indonesian social setting. The findings demonstrate that the Prophet consistently rejected all forms of ethnic superiority and upheld three central moral pillars of Islamic social ethics: equality, human solidarity, and social justice. These principles also serve as the foundation of wasathiyah, the Islamic doctrine of moderation characterized by balance, justice, and the rejection of all forms of extremism, including ethnic or tribal fanaticism, which may threaten social harmony. These prophetic values function as both spiritual and sociological mechanisms for preventing disintegration and strengthening social cohesion amid Indonesia’s cultural and ethnic diversity. The contextualization of wasathiyah and prophetic ethics within education, public policy, and intergroup discourse contributes to fostering religious moderation and developing a humanistic and inclusive Islamic interpretation that aligns with the realities of a multicultural nation

The relocation of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia affects all aspects of life in the Ibu Kota Negara Nusantara (IKN) area, especially in the land sector. Whereas individual community rights, customary rights and other rights which could be renounced for the sake of the aforesaid development. Land regulations related to procurement land for public interest has been regulated in Act No. 2 of 2012 regarding Land Procurement on Development for Public Interest and other concerning regulations that exists both in presidential regulations and ministerial regulations, land acquisition is a legal act carried out between two parties, namely the right holder and the parties who will use the land for development, both in the interests of the State or private companies, whose similar goal is for the public interest, relinquished the legal relation that originally existed between the right holder and his land required, with giving compensation either in the form of money or facilities or otherwise, through the legal procedures in order to relinquish rights in accordance with statutory regulations or deliberations to achieve an agreement. Procurement of land for development in the public interest is carried out through several stages, namely the stages of planning, preparation, implementation and delivery. The Dynamics of Law and Justice in the Perspective of Law Enforcement Against Illegal Mining in West Kalimantan
The enforcement of illegal laws from a legal and justice perspective is the main focus of this study, particularly in the context of West Kalimantan Province. The enforcement of laws that do not comply with existing legal provisions can lead to systemic injustice. This study explores the dynamics of law and justice in the context of illegal law enforcement in West Kalimantan, highlighting the role of Islamic law in the process. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected from various sources, including interviews with policymakers, legal practitioners, and local communities. The findings highlight the complex challenges faced in illegal law enforcement, including issues of legality, culture, and society. This study also considers the impact and implications of illegal law enforcement on social justice and legal stability in West Kalimantan. The findings of this study are expected to provide deeper insights into the dynamics of law and justice in the context of illegal law enforcement in the region
Media Permainan Busy Board Untuk Menstimulasi Motorik Halus Anak
This study aims to examine and understand the Busy Board game media to stimulate fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD KB Mandiri Paoh Concong Village, Ketapang. The research method used is an experiment with a quantitative approach. The data sample of this research is children aged 5-6 years in class B, totaling 13 children. Data sources were obtained based on test results (pretest and post-test) and observation of child development in the classroom. The results revealed that the validation of material experts obtained a value of 100% with the category “Very Feasible”. Media expert validation obtained a value of 75% with the category “Worth Using”. The results of stage I observations obtained an average value of 25.7 (64.25%) with the category “Developing as expected”. Phase II observations have increased, obtained an average value of 38.95 (94.5%) in the “Developing Very Well” category. Thus it is concluded that Busy Board media can be used in the learning process in the classroom at KB Mandiri PAUD
BUDAYA ORGANISASI SYCHOPANCY TERHADAP MODEL POLITIK ORGANISASI CLIENTELISME PNS NAGAN RAYA
This study focuses on investigating the relationship between the organizational culture of sycophancy and the organizational political model of clientelism among civil servants (PNS) in Nagan Raya. The sampling method applied in this research is stratified random sampling, with a total sample size of 257 civil servants from Nagan Raya. Data collection was conducted through a survey technique using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. Data analysis was performed using a simple regression model calculated through the SPSS 24 software. The findings reveal that the organizational culture of sycophancy influences the organizational political model of clientelism among civil servants in Nagan Raya, as evidenced by a calculated t-value (t-count) of 12.020, which is greater than the critical t-value (t-table) of 1.650. The independent variable in this study explains 35.9% of its influence on the dependent variable
Implementasi Kurikulum Adaptif untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus: Sebuah Tinjuan Literatur
An adaptive curriculum allows for learning that is more responsive to the individual needs of students, who differ in terms of learning pace, interests, and learning styles. With a flexible curriculum, teachers can adapt materials and teaching methods to accommodate these differences, creating a more inclusive and effective learning environment. This study aims to examine the implementation of an adaptive curriculum for children with special needs through a comprehensive literature review. The results of the review show that an adaptive curriculum can significantly improve the engagement and academic success of children with special needs by providing a personalised approach based on the strengths, weaknesses, interests, and individual needs of each student. Effective implementation requires the role of trained teachers, technological support, active parental participation, and synergy between school, home, and community. In addition, supportive government policies, including clear regulations and adequate budget provision, are crucial to the successful implementation of this curriculum. Overall, this literature review confirms the great potential of the adaptive curriculum in improving the quality of education for children with special needs, noting the importance of continuous multi-dimensional support
Dinamika Sosial dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Umum VS Sekolah Islam: Balancing Tradition and Innovation: The Dynamics of Islamic Values in the Curriculum at Pondok Gontor 4
Penelitian yang membahas mengenai dinamika penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kurikulum Pondok Pesantren Gontor 4, dengan fokus pada upaya penyeimbangan nilai-nilai Islam dengan inovasi pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gontor 4 berhasil dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai islam klasik seperti keikhlasan, kesederhanaan, dan kemandirian ke dalam sistem pendidikan secara keseluruhan dan berkelanjutan. Inovasi diimplementasikan melalui metode pembelajaran aktif, pemanfaatan teknologi yang selektif, serta pengembangan dalam bentuk ekstrakurikuler yang mendukung pembentukkan karakter dan keterampilan santri yang berguna dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kurikulum Gontor yang diterapkan serta system manajemen pendidikan yang terstruktur memperkuat internalisasi nilai-nilai islam serta tradisi turun temurun. Penelitian ini jiga menegaskan bahwa tradisi dan inovasi bukanlah hal yang bertentangan, melainkan dapat menjadi integrase positif dalam menciptakan pendidikan islam yang relevan, adaptif, dan inovatif serta berdaya saing globa
Sinergi Hukum Adat dan Hukum Nasional Dalam Penyelesaian Sengketa Pertanahan Melalui Konsep Kerakatan Pada Masyarakat Tapin
Sengketa pertanahan di Kabupaten Tapin berpotensi menimbulkan konflik sosial apabila hanya mengandalkan mekanisme litigasi yang formal dan kaku. Masyarakat Banjar memiliki tradisi karakatan, yaitu musyawarah berbasis kekeluargaan, yang secara turun-temurun digunakan dalam penyelesaian konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sinergi hukum adat dan hukum nasional dalam penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan, serta menjelaskan peran karakatan sebagai model penyelesaian berbasis kearifan lokal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan hukum empiris (socio-legal research) dengan dukungan antropologi hukum. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan menekankan pada proses mediasi adat dalam penyelesaian sengketa. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa karakatan melalui praktik bacu’ur (dialog), basuluh (kompromi), dan bapatut (pemulihan harmoni) menjadi mekanisme efektif dalam meredam sengketa pertanahan di Tapin. Proses ini mencerminkan prinsip keadilan restoratif, memperkuat solidaritas sosial, serta sejalan dengan regulasi nasional seperti UUPA 1960, PERMA No. 1 Tahun 2016, dan Permen ATR/BPN No. 21 Tahun 2020. Namun, tantangan muncul pada aspek legitimasi formal dan integrasi dengan sistem hukum nasional. Karakatan berfungsi sebagai jembatan sinergi antara hukum adat dan hukum nasional dalam penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan. Institusionalisasi karakatan penting dilakukan untuk memperkuat pluralisme hukum, menciptakan keadilan yang humanis, serta memperkokoh kohesi sosial di Indonesia
Permainan Tradisional dalam Meningkatkan Motorik Kasar Anak Usia Dini
Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan permainan tradisional dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Di mana peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan beberapa literatur berupa dokumen, buku, jurnal/artikel, majalah, kisah-kisah sejarah, dan lain sebagainya. Berdasarkan kecukupan data yang diperoleh peneliti metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Teknik Analisis data dilakukan dari berbagai data yang telah diperoleh menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan cara mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta kemudian dianalisis dan diuraikan serta memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan secukupnya. Permainan tradisional pada penelitian dikhuskan pada permainan lompat tali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan permainan tradisional dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini
