Vacunación del adulto en atención primaria: durante y después de pandemia
Get PDFImmunization is one of the most important advances in medicine, achieving protection against numerous microorganisms that have put the health of the population at risk for centuries and is currently one of the main health prevention strategies; Recently, with the appearance of COVID-19, a before and after has been marked, since vaccination has regained visibility and importance after the pandemic. However, despite the available evidence, there is limited dissemination and promotion of vaccination in the adult, a situation that generates low coverage in this population. The current global context sets an urgent call to strengthen the implementation of vaccination plans and strategies not only in the pediatric population, but also in the adult population, so the objective of this narrative review is to synthesize the current recommendations for vaccination in the population. from Colombia and Latin America with a focus on primary care in the adult population. For this, a bibliographic search was carried out in the PubMed, Science direct, Redalyc, Scielo and academic Google databases; Including studies related to vaccination in adults in Colombia and Latin America, which allow to propose systematized vaccination strategies in primary care.La inmunización es uno de los avances más importantes de la medicina, logrando la protección contra numerosos microorganismos que han puesto en riesgo la salud de la población durante siglos y siendo en la actualidad una de las principales estrategias de prevención en salud; recientemente con la aparición del COVID-19 se ha marcado un antes y un después, pues a partir de la pandemia la vacunación recobró visibilidad e importancia, sin embargo, a pesar de la evidencia disponible, existe una limitada divulgación y promoción de la vacunación en el adulto, situación que genera una baja cobertura en esta población. El contexto global actual configura un llamado urgente a fortalecer la implementación de planes y estrategias de vacunación no sólo en la población pediátrica, sino también en la población adulta, por lo que el objetivo de esta revisión narrativa es sintetizar las recomendaciones actuales de vacunación en la población adulta de Colombia y América Latina con un enfoque en atención primaria en la población adulta. Para esto, se llevó a cabo una búsqueda bibliográfica en las bases de datos PubMed, Science direct, Redalyc, Scielo y Google académico; Incluyendo estudios relacionados con la vacunación en el adulto en Colombia y América Latina, los cuales permiten plantear estrategias sistematizadas de vacunación en atención primaria

To evaluate the frequency of the ICD-10 diagnosis called "problems related to inadequate social skills" in children according to age and sex in a physical therapy and rehabilitation polyclinic in the district of Villa el Salvador in Lima, Peru. Materials and methods. Observational, descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional study based on the compilation of data concerning the diagnosis CIE-10 code Z73.4 “problems related to inadequate social skills” of 188 patients of both sexes in a parochial polyclinic of physical therapy and rehabilitation located in the district of Villa el Salvador during the months of January 2021 to July 2022. The study variables were: sex, age and diagnosis Z73.4. I have a validated collection form. The sample was the total of the objective population which was 218 patients, patients with a history of neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and ADHD, as well as organic disorders such as epilepsy, were excluded. For the statistical analysis, the program SPSS statistics 25 was used. Descriptive statistics and tables were used. Results. With a total of 218 patients, it was found that 87.16% of the patients evaluated were male, compared to the female gender, which accounted for only 12.8%. Those who attended the physical therapy and rehabilitation center for the assessment and treatment concerning problems related to social skills, in general, were students at the pre-school stage with a 57.79%. Conclusion. There is a high frequency of care for problems related to inadequate social skills in boys than in girls.Objetivo. Evaluar la frecuencia del diagnóstico CIE-10 denominado “problemas relacionados con habilidades sociales inadecuadas” en niños según edad y sexo en un policlínico de terapia física y rehabilitación del distrito de Villa el Salvador en Lima, Perú. Materiales y métodos. Estudio observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo y transversal basado en la recopilación de datos concernientes al diagnóstico CIE-10 código Z73.4 “problemas relacionados con habilidades sociales inadecuadas” de 188 pacientes de ambos sexos en un policlínico parroquial de terapia física y rehabilitación localizado en el distrito de Villa el Salvador durante los meses de enero de 2021 a julio de 2022. Las variables de estudio fueron: sexo, edad y diagnostico Z73.4. Se conto con una ficha de recolección validada. La muestra fue el total de la población objetivo la cual fue de 218 pacientes, se excluyó a pacientes con antecedentes de trastornos del neurodesarrollo como el autismo y TDAH, así como trastornos orgánicos como epilepsia. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó el programa SPSS statistics 25. Se utilizó estadísticos descriptivos y tablas. Resultados. Con un total de 218 pacientes, se encontró que el 87.16% de los pacientes evaluados fueron varones, comparado al género femenino que solo tuvo 12.8%. Los que acudieron al centro de terapia física y rehabilitación para la evaluación y tratamiento concerniente a problemas relacionados con habilidades sociales, en general fueron alumnos en etapa pre-escolar con un 57.79%. Conclusión. Existe una alta frecuencia en atenciones por problemas relacionados con habilidades sociales inadecuadas en niños que en niñas
Acinetobacter Lwofii, an unusual cause of infectious pericarditis complicated with cardiac tamponade: a case report

The importance of its knowledge lies in the fact that mortality can reach up to 100% in untreated patients. Once diagnosed, pericardiocentesis and administration of intravenous antimicrobial therapy are mandatory for the prevention of its complications, which include cardiac tamponade and sepsis. Análisis de la gestión administrativa en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local N.° 302, Leoncio Prado
Get PDFObjective: To analyze the administrative management in the Local Educational Management Unit N.° 302, Leoncio Prado. Methods. The research approach was quantitative, while the level was descriptive. A survey was applied to the principals (primary and secondary) that make up the educational staff of the province of Leoncio Prado, who formed the unit of analysis of the study. Results. In the analysis of administrative management, the results were 42.0 % or "regular". Planning yielded results of 46.1 % or "fair". Also, organization yielded results of 47.7 % or "fair". The results for management were 47.2 % or "fair". Finally, the results for control were 47.2 % or "fair". Conclusions. The analysis of the administrative management of the institution was predominantly regular, being the dimensions: planning, organization, direction and control, the ones that presented the greatest deficiencies in the management of the Local Educational Management Unit N.° 302, Leoncio Prado.Objetivo. Analizar la gestión administrativa en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local N.° 302, Leoncio Prado. Métodos. El enfoque de investigación fue cuantitativo, mientras que el nivel fue descriptivo. Se aplicó una encuesta a los directores (primaria y secundaria) que conforman el personal educativo de la provincia de Leoncio Prado, quienes formarón la unidad de análisis del estudio. Resultados. En análsiis de la gestión administrativa arrojó resultados del 42,0 % o “regular”. Por su parte, la planeación arrojó resultados del 46,1 % o “regular”. También, la organización arrojó resultados del 47,7 % o “regular”. Referente a la dirección esta arrojó resultados del 47,2 % o “regular”. Finalmente, los resultados del control fueron del 47,2 % o “regular”. Conclusiones. El analisis de la gestión administra de la insttución fue predominantemente regular, siendo las dimensiones: planeación, organización, dirección y control, las que presentaron mayores deficiencias en la gestión de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local N.° 302, Leoncio Prado
Composición y comportamiento inicial de malezas precoces en sustrato con plantas de Solanum lycopersicum L. en Satipo

We have worked with 12 javas of agricultural land exposed to the elements with irrigation and rain; the seedlings were counted and weighed by species and family at 30 days; Plants with roots were extracted, grouped by species and weighed on a digital gramera scale; the data was processed in excel with formulas for the percentage and the quantities per m2. 12 species of weeds have been registered, of these four forage, three edible, three antibiotics, one medicinal and one nematicide; Phyllantus niruri L. was the most abundant with 80.4 individuals per m2 (27.93%); Euphorbia heterophylla is the heaviest in green matter with 106.43 g/m2 (28.68%); Euphorbiaceae are more abundant in number of species per family, with three species representing 25%; Poaceae are the most abundant per m2, with 84.89 individuals (29.5%); Euphorbiaceae are the heaviest with 196.16 g/m2 (51.8%). The most important thing was to find a diversity of early weeds in the first 30 days in an abundance that covered 100% of the soil surface, which helped to extract the plants from each java, identify them, count them and weigh them.Las malezas en el trópico por el clima caluroso, húmedo y lluvioso en 30 días cubren el 100% de la superficie del suelo en contra de las plantas cultivadas; no hay estudios sobre la dinámica de las malezas en tomate que nos permitan entender para evitar el uso de herbicidas. Se ha trabajado con 12 javas de tierra agrícola expuestos a la intemperie con los riegos y la lluvia; las plantitas fueron contadas y pesadas por especie y familia a los 30 días; se extrajo plantas con raíz agrupando por especie y se pesó en una balanza digital gramera; los datos fueron procesados en excel con fórmulas para el porcentaje y las cantidades por m2 . Se han registrado 12 especies de malezas, de estas cuatro forrajeras, tres comestibles, tres antibióticos, uno medicinal y uno nematicida; Phyllantus niruri L. fue la más abundante con 80,4 individuos por m2 (27,93%); Euphorbia heterophylla es la más pesada en materia verde con 106,43 g/m2 (28,68%); las euforbiáceas son más abundantes en número de especies por familia, con tres especies que representan el 25%; las poáceas son las más abundantes por m2, con 84,89 individuos ( 29,5%); las euphorbiáceas son las más pesadas con 196,16 g/m2 (51,8%). Lo más importante fue encontrar una diversidad de malezas precoces en los 30 primeros días en una abundancia que cubren el 100% de la superficie del suelo, lo que ayudó a extraer las plantas de cada java, identificarlas, contarlas y pesarlas
Aprendizaje basado en retos para el desarrollo de competencias digitales en estudiantes de un instituto, Ica
Get PDFThe purpose of this work was to determine the influence of challenge-based learning for the development of digital skills in students of an Ica institute. To achieve the objective, the following methodology was obtained: experimental type, quantitative approach and pre-experimental design. In this regard, it should be said that a program was used, developed in 16 sessions. We worked with a sample of 21 students in the Technological Research and Innovation course. For the objective evaluation, the rubric instrument was applied —pretest and posttest—; the observation technique allowed the variable to be measured. Likewise, the data was processed using the static SPSS v.26, which was explained through illustrations —tables and figures—. The statistical results of Wilcoxon show values to accept the H1 raised in the investigation. The study concluded that there is an influence on the development of digital skills in students of an Ica institute.
El propósito de este trabajo fue determinar la influencia que tiene el aprendizaje basado en retos para el desarrollo de competencias digitales en estudiantes de un instituto de Ica. Para alcanzar el objetivo se utilizó la siguiente metodología: tipo experimental, El enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño preexperimental. Al respecto conviene decir que se empleó un programa, desarrollado en 16 sesiones. Se trabajó con una muestra de 21 estudiantes en el curso de Investigación e Innovación Tecnológica. Para la evaluación objetiva se aplicó el instrumento de la rúbrica —pretest y postest—; la técnica de la observación permitió medir la variable. Asimismo se procesó los datos mediante el estático SPSS v.26, los cuales se explicaron a través de lustraciones —cuadros y figuras—. Los resultados estadísticos de Wilcoxon evidencian valores para aceptar la H1 planteada en la investigación.
