Digital Education: Healthy Lifestyle and Disease Prevention in Adolescents at Mulia Karya Husada Health Vocational School
Adolescence is a critical transitional period that shapes lifelong health behaviors and risks. In the digital era, adolescents are increasingly exposed to sedentary lifestyles, fast-food consumption, and psychological pressures from social media. These conditions elevate the risk of obesity, non-communicable diseases, and mental health problems. Limited health literacy further increases adolescents’ vulnerability to inaccurate information. Therefore, digital-based education tailored to adolescents’ characteristics is urgently needed. This study aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge regarding healthy lifestyles and disease prevention through a community service program at SMK Kesehatan Mulia Karya Husada. The implementation consisted of preparing instruments and educational video materials, delivering interactive health education, and conducting evaluations through pre- and post-tests. A total of 30 tenth-grade students participated in the program. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge, with mean pre-test and post-test scores of 66.3 and 81.3, respectively (p < 0.001). Correlation analysis (r = 0.553; p = 0.002) indicated a moderately strong relationship between pre- and post-test scores. Participants’ responses toward the use of short educational videos were highly positive, with 53.3% agreeing and 46.7% strongly agreeing that the media was effective, engaging, and motivating for healthy behavior. In conclusion, digital-based health education effectively enhanced adolescents’ health literacy and can serve as a sustainable strategy to foster healthier and more productive future generations
Design of a Web-Based Inventory Control Information System on Jami' Baitul Muttaqin Mosque
The definition of inventory according to the Big Indonesian General Dictionary is (a list of) items used in an office, company, and inventory is the making or compilation of a list of items in an office, house, ship. imagine how complicated it would be if we wanted to find out what items were purchased by an institution in the past 05 or 10 years if we had to open files or records regarding these items in a book, perhaps more than one large stack of books would have to be we read them one by one and it will take quite a long time. In modern times like now, if these manual things are still done, we will be increasingly left behind by other people and will not be able to progress because we will lose in the competition. Fast, precise and effective work has become the main requirement for completing work in the current era of globalization. The inventory data collection application is an application that is used to control inventory items and planned expenditure. This application is designed to improve the performance of the DKM Jami' Baitul Mutaqqin Mosque, because up to now the process has been carried out manually so the time required is more long time to approve replacement of inventory items that must be replaced. This application was built using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database

Design of Web-Based Warehouse Information System
Basically, a company engaged in manufacturing requires adequate warehouse inventory management to support every job done, especially when the work is still done manually. Every item that comes out of stock is recorded on a card, then later monitored whether it matches the records on the card with the inventory in the warehouse. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based information system as a solution to problems arising from manual data processing. The data collection method used by the author is a literature study and field study. Data collection that covers all goods to fulfill each business process is still done manually which causes many errors or discrepancies between the available data and the existing goods. Another obstacle, because the data collection is still done manually, causes the re-data collection process on existing data to take time, because the search for the required data must be searched for one by one. This study identifies in detail the deficiencies that occur in the warehouse storage management process starting from the mismatch between the recorded stock of goods and the physical stock of goods, the data search process is also hampered and inefficient and tends to be time consuming because the data is searched manually, and there is inaccuracy in the reporting of warehouse goods so that it disrupts the work process. With the Design of this Warehouse Information System, it is expected to be a Solution to the existing problems

Penerapan Model Lean Six Sigma Dalam Menurunkan Waktu Tunggu Layanan Pra-Analitik Di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Fatmawati Jakarta
Pre-analytical errors represent a major source of inaccuracy in laboratory testing, contributing to approximately 70% of total diagnostic errors. At Fatmawati Hospital, prolonged patient waiting times within the laboratory workflow have emerged as a critical issue, adversely affecting both service quality and patient satisfaction. Lean Six Sigma (LSS) provides a structured methodology to systematically identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies and errors. This study aimed to apply the LSS framework to enhance the operational efficiency of pre-analytical laboratory services. An action research design was employed, utilizing the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) model. Data collection methods included direct observation, structured interviews, and process audits, with subsequent analysis conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics. Implementation of LSS led to a statistically significant reduction in patient waiting times, decreasing from a mean of 129.13 minutes to 83.04 minutes — an improvement of 46.09 minutes or approximately 35.7%. This outcome was achieved through the elimination of non-value-added activities and the optimization of service pathways. In summary, the findings demonstrate that Lean Six Sigma is an effective approach for improving efficiency and service quality within pre-analytical laboratory operations. Factors Related to the Productivity Level of Tofu Processing Workers at the Doa Ibu Tofu Factory in East Jakarta
Work productivity is a crucial factor in determining the success of an organization or company. In the informal sector, productivity is often not formally recorded, but can be estimated through indirect indicators such as production output, work completion duration, and frequency of labor involvement. Labor productivity is a key determinant in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the production process. Several factors are known to influence productivity levels, including work climate, nutritional status, and individual characteristics such as age, gender, education level, and length of service. This study aims to analyze factors related to the productivity levels of tofu processing workers at the Doa Ibu Tofu Factory in East Jakarta. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The entire population of 34 processing workers was sampled using a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through direct measurements using WBGT (work climate), Body Mass Index (nutritional status), and questionnaires (age, gender, education, length of service, and productivity). Some respondents were recorded as having low productivity levels (50%). The results of the chi-square analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between the variables of work climate (p = 1,000), nutritional status (p = 0.214), age (p = 0.335), gender (p = 1,000), education (p = 0.398), and length of service (p = 1,000) on productivity (p > 0.05). However, monitoring working conditions and nutritional status is still recommended as an effort to increase workforce productivity
