Leadership Development Modeling Serving School Principals
Principals as school leaders are a contributing factor to success in efforts to strengthen governance, accountability, and public image. This success cannot be separated from competence and ability in their duties, roles and functions. Providing excellent service to all school members, optimizing the empowerment and development of school residents, focusing on performance and growth and impact for school progress and for the community, this leadership is called servant leadership. This study aims to produce a model of strengthening service leadership in the form of a constellation model of influence between variables and their mathematical model. From this model, a research hypothesis is derived which will then be tested using path analysis at the quantitative research stage. The research begins by interviewing informants who are considered competent in providing the expected answers. Furthermore, data reduction, data codification, data display, data analysis, and conclusion drawing were carried out. The research was carried out at the Bogor Regency Private Vocational School in the period October to December 2024. From the research conducted, several variables are thought to have positive and dominant influence on service leadership, namely adversity intelligence, proactive personality, teamwork as exogenous variables, organizational commitment, and work motivation as intervening variables
Mind Map Based Knowledge Management System Process Using Internet of Things to Accelerate Information Distribution Process at MAN 6 Jakarta
A paradigm shift in resources that can lead an organization to excellence. A superior organization cannot be measured by finances, buildings, land, technology. Instead, it must rely on knowledge assets (intagible). Because only knowledge has the criteria of non- rivalrous, increasing returns, and not additive, which are characteristics of resources that have strategic advantages. Mind maps are the easiest way to put information into the brain and take information out of the brain. Mind mapping is a creative, effective way of taking notes and will literally "map" our thoughts. With this technique, it is hoped that presentation will be easier and easier to understand so that it can speed up the process of sharing knowledge at MAN 6 Jakarta. Knowledge capture is the process of changing the experience of solving a problem from several sources of knowledge such as books, manuscripts and other sources into an application program, so that what an expert knows tacitly becomes explicit. The capturing technique used in this knowledge management system research is the Internet of Things concept. Internet of Things is a technology that makes it possible to connect to the Internet. The importance of the Internet of Things can be seen by applying it in today's life. The internet of things is a separate research field since the development of internet technology (IT) and other communication media. The more human needs regarding technology develop, the more research will be present, the internet of things is one of the results of the ideas of researchers who optimize several tools such as media sensors, Bluetooth, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Wireless Sensor Network and other Smart Objects. allows humans to easily interact with all equipment connected to the internet network

Learning Style Visual Strategies, Optimization of Visual Strategies to Enhance Learning Styles Differences: A Classroom Action Research (CAR)
The success of learning is not only determined by the teaching materials and the teacher's ability to convey information, but also depends greatly on how far the strategies used are able to accommodate the diversity of student characteristics, especially learning styles. In reality, students in the classroom have different learning preferences, some understand better through visual stimulation, auditory information, and some through physical movement or direct touch. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of visual activity-based learning strategies in accommodating the different learning styles of seventh-grade junior high school students. In the context of the diversity of student learning styles—be they visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or a combination of the three—an adaptive, engaging instructional approach is needed that is able to optimally facilitate individual needs. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach implemented in two cycles, with the application of visual strategies in the form of drawing and coloring activities integrated with mind mapping techniques to respond to the needs of visual, kinesthetic, and auditory or mixed students. The results showed an increase in student learning engagement from 88.6% in the first cycle to 99.33% in the second cycle. Students demonstrated active participation, increased self-confidence, and a stronger understanding of concepts. This strategy also encouraged the creation of an inclusive learning environment that was responsive to diverse learning styles. These findings emphasize the urgency of using visual strategies as a form of learning differentiation in heterogeneous classroom contexts, while enriching pedagogical approaches that holistically integrate students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects
